Em primeiro lugar gostamos muito da simpatia dos donos, neste caso da Joana. Da localização, próximo de tudo. Do conforto e da qualidade geral do apartamento moderno e espaçoso. Da decoração com bom gosto. Cozinha muito completa. Da limpeza no início da estadia. Da garagem e do acesso ao apartamento por elevador.

Isto é apenas um reparo e não condiciona em nada a nossa opinião referente à nossa estadia! O apartamento não tem ar condicionado nem qualquer ventoinha, o que seria muito útil para os dias mais quentes (e esteve muito quente durante a nossa estadia). Exterior algo barulhento devido à estação rodoviária próxima mas perfeitamente suportável. Não haver troca de lençóis ou limpeza a meio da estadia (6 dias), mas havia atoalhados suficientes para banhos diários.

Outdoor furniture:there was only one (1) chair. Would have loved to spent more time on one of the balconies.

The apartment was perfect for us and an easy walk to the beach. Modern, comfortable, well designed and fit up; super clean with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washing machine/drying rack. Underground parking was a nice bonus.

Much of the area surrounding the apartment is under construction, so didn’t feel 100% comfortable walking at night, but that will likely be resolved when the construction is complete. We had a hard time finding the apartment based on Booking.com location and there were no helpful Street signs. Additional information about the precise location would have helped.

Nice apartment in quite a good location, close to the bus station and just few minutes walking from the beach, two sleeping rooms, one living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, all rooms have balconies (I was very surprised by that). Stuff was very very very helpful. It was possible to use the underground parking as well.

Really nothing.

Luxurious, very modern and tastefully decorated apartment. Hostess was friendly, flexible and helpful. Underground parking was very convenient. Kitchen was quite well equipped, but no basics for cooking available (not even salt), we were prepared accordingly. Sofa and living area were large and comfortable. For those arriving by car, we found the location perfect: in a few minutes you are at the sea and the market is even closer. For shopping in larger supermarkets a car is very convenient.

A fresh rinsing sponge/cloth would have been nice (they were still wet from cleaning). We love dogs, but the poodle mix across the street is really crazy, barks a lot (but fortunately not at night, then the owners seem to take care of the animal) and also runs towards moving cars - be careful.

Super flexible, super nice and clean. Location is perfect

The location was convenient: The apartment is a 5min walk to the beach and 5min by car to several supermarkets. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped! The host is super nice and helpful!! :)

Although it is a newly built apartment, you need to be careful when using multiple electrical devices as it causes power breakdown quite easily.

it was cold in the region so houses are equipped for sunny days not windy even if we had heaters.
