The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! We loved meeting and visiting with our delightful host and were impressed by all that she was doing to make our stay a comfortable and happy experience. We would definitely recommend the Willard Richards Inn!

It was somewhat difficult for my 80 yr old mother to manage the stairs and the large bathtub. We were fortunate enough to know the other visitors staying there and they allowed her to use their shower. It is a little tricky to have to access the bathroom across the hall, but certainly worth staying at the Willard Richards Inn none the less!

Excellent location in historic center. Hostess was very friendly and gives you personally attention and makes sure that you have a pleasant stay at the Inn.

Breakfast was a piece of Quiche and 2x little beef burger patties served on a plate and a fruit yoghurt. We were expecting a full loaded breakfast other reviews were talking about. The hostess has to learn how to cook a proper breakfast.

Genna was very knowledgeable about the house, which had deep historic roots and meant my husband and I could make the most of our stay. We found some family connections thanks to the detailed information about items dotted around the home. The location was amazing and immersed us in the Nauvoo experience.

Can't thing of anything.

This is a beautiful, well restored historic house. It is also filled with a number of interesting artifacts. These artifacts included historic furniture pieces and pictures which may not be suitable for families with small children. We met the owner and the families several times and they were wonderful hosts. The breakfast were freshly cooked and filling. It is located within walking distance of historic Nauvoo. This made it very convenient.

I loved everything about our stay. We gave them about a 15 minute notice. They came to the Inn to open our room. We could take pictures of all the rooms and antiques. Our breakfast was fabulous and our host was perfect. An absolutely delightful experience, right in historic Nauvoo!! I highly recommend this Inn to everyone!!

I was a little intimidated by meeting other patrons in the hallways going to and fro from room to bathroom...

The staff was very accommodating. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was made the way you wanted it. Comfortable seating area to watch movies and chat with other guest if you like.

Breakfast was excellent. Wayne was awesome.
