We loved the personal attention from Ray & Jason, as well as the great room, the library/sitting room, the breakfasts and meeting the other guests.

Excellent accommodation, breakfast and facilities including a beautiful pool and garden. The owners were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly (as were their two lovely dogs!). The property is in a good location with easy access to restaurants and bars. There are various museums to visit, the pier and also St Pete’s beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend The Kenwood Gables.

Our room was quite compact but spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Everything was done with Exceptional detail and quality. The owners are great people to be around and do everything to make you comfortable and feel welcome. We would highly recommend, you will enjoy.

The breakfast was excellent, with freshly baked sweet and savory pastries, made to order eggs or omelette selections, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and a selection of beverages. The location is perfect with easy walking access to shops in the Central area and short driving (or walking for the more energetic) distance to St. Pete and beaches…or take the trolley to St. Pete. Our room had direct access to the deck and pool area with comfortable wicker lounging furniture.

Place is beautiful, welcoming environment, breakfast is great. Hostesses are very helpful, respectful and friendly. They would go out of their way to help you if need it. Area is close to everything. Rooms are very clean. Beds are really comfortable, pool is very clean and safe. I am coming back soon. I already booked a second stayed, Loved this place! ☺️

I liked everything

Good location. We stayed in one of the suites which was perfect and pool was fabulous! Reymond and Jayson are superb host and the breakfast was sooo yummy!! Great location and the house is beautiful from the decor to the outside. We soaked up the pool and enjoyed the morning chats with Jayson and Reymond and their precious dogs Kona and Fizzgot!!! We will definitely stay again.

Everything was splendid. I never asked about the bikes but that is a nice addition if included.

Visiting the burg & choosing The Kenwood Gables was an excellent choice! Jayson & Reymond we’re delightful hosts throughout our stay, be sure to enjoy Jaysons breakfasts you won’t be disappointed. They gave us some fantastic cuisine choices, 2 days surely isn’t enough but more reason to return again. be sure to say hello to Fizzgig & Kona.

The entire Kenwood Gables, including our room, was so tastefully designed and comfortable. Jayson and Reymond were amazing accommodating hosts, offering both great conversation and great recommendations. Breakfast was both healthy and tasted great and conversation with other guests was a highlight of every morning. The location is great, just a few blocks from Central Ave (with a ton of bars, breweries, and speakeasys, which Reymond and Jayson gave us the the scoop on). From there, the trolley to Downtown St. Pete is free and takes just 10 minutes. And as an added bonus, Jayson and Reymond's two puppies are so delightful! Just the perfect place to stay. When I visit St. Pete again, this is the only place I'll stay.

Room was clean and ambience was lovely. Had all the fine touches! Breakfast was exceptional and very tasty! Hats off to the chef! Was a short drive to downtown and walking distance to a fabulous steakhouse.

The Kenwood Gables is a charming home. The hosted breakfasts in the morning were one of our highlights! The hosts are knowledgeable and helpful about local places to go and try out.

Parking was a little tight but they were accommodating with additional spots off the little ally way. Some of the door hinges squeaked when opening or closing doors in the room areas.

The B&B was exquisitely decorated (both common areas and our room) and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts--fresh fruit, pastries, and custom omelets. Our room opened up to the deck and pool, and it was nice to sit there and relax (and work too, occasionally). The hosts were gracious and very helpful with suggestions about what to eat and do in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Bed mattress wasn’t as comfy as we would’ve liked. But every other aspect of the stay was perfect!

It’s absolutely beautiful and clean. Very relaxing and peaceful. The owners are phenomenal, extremely friendly atmosphere. Cooked to order breakfast was always delicious and the pool area was Amazing ! Rooms and beds extremely comfortable!

I am a smoker and there is no where to sit to do that, however I just walked to the street and put my cigarettes in a bottle. No big deal and definitely not a deal breaker. I will definitely be back!
