Ubicado en el tranquilo vecindario de WALDEN ON LAKE CONROE, este espacioso condominio le da la bienvenida a momentos relajantes, recuerdos familiares y de amigos, pesca, paseos en bote y muchas otras comodidades. Para que su estadía sea placentera, este condominio ha sido recientemente remodelado y ofrece una cocina completa con granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una vida cómoda (con 70 "Smart TV y sistema de sonido envolvente Bose) y área de comedor, barra de desayuno y amplias habitaciones (master King / Second gemelos) con televisores de pantalla plana y baños separados. (Tenemos una trona y paquete n play disponible si es necesario) Un beneficio adicional de este condominio son los dos balcones separados. Un balcón está fuera de la sala de estar con una mesa para 4 y el otro balcón está fuera del dormitorio principal con una sala de estar privada. Encontrará que este complejo es tranquilo y familiar. Hay un muelle para amarrar su bote o moto de agua durante la noche justo en frente de nuestro condominio. El condominio es conveniente para la pesca de torneos, así como un día de pesca lento. Algunas otras excelentes comodidades son el acceso a dos piscinas y un parque infantil.

The condo was nice. Rules took us about an hour to read and had to keep reading over and over. (You will see what I mean if you book). Wasn't warned about the water situation until after I paid. Be prepared to get burned with HOT water. NO COLD WATER AT ALL. Instruction were followed to regulate the water temp but it didn't work. We even spoke to a person who lived there and he said it was a problem throughout the complex. Won't ever stay here again.

It was very relaxing and therapeutic. House was clean. Shower was warm/hot but they did a good job of giving instructions on how to manage it. Overall enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our last weekend getaway before school starts. This condo was very comfortable and clean. Two nice balconies looking onto Lake Conroe. Great communication with owner when needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and feeding the ducks swimming in the lake. If you’re looking for something to do, the “Jolly Pirate Ship” was fun for all of us.

We enjoyed our stay over Father’s Day weekend with our eldest children and grandsons. We rented a boat for the morning and spent the afternoon at the country club pool. We walked to the country club in the evenings to listen to live music. We visited the restaurants in the area and loved every bit of our weekend stay! Beautiful condo and tastefully decorated!

This property offers exactly what’s listed, great location and amenities are excellent! My family and I enjoyed walking to the Yacht club, the weather was a bit cold so unable to enjoy the pool but the view was beautiful! The condo was comfortable for our family of 5, including teenagers, we had plenty of games to choose from, tv, wifi, etc. Also, there is a nearby school with a soccer field and playground which was open to the public and we were able to use. During our stay, some external building repairs were being done which was not ideal, however, when we reached out to Stephanie, she was communicative and provided us with a solution.
If planning to travel to the Conroe or
Montgomery area, I highly recommend this condo!

We were looking for a break from the snow up north and this was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful condo and scenery, fishing, golf,kayaking and close enough to Houston to spend time with friends and family. It was perfect and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything in the posting is spot on. It was very clean and organized, labeled to a “T”. Rooms were very comfortable. My husband and I loved the master, view was amazing. My daughter loved the extra room too. It was everything to us to be able to have a getaway vacation, thank you so much!

The place is very nice. My only negatives are they supply you with only one roll of toilet paper for a multu-day stay. Same with trash bags and enogh dishwashing detergent for more than a load or two. There are no toiletries whatsoever, so if you fly in, make sure you hit the Walmart. The water pressure isn't great and I had to buy a plunger because the toilet has a hard time with pee, let alone anything else, but the plunger is there for future guests now .. You're welcome. Lastly, it appears the hot and cold water lines have been crossed. You can get maybe one cup of cold water out of a faucet, but it all goes hot in the end. Otherwise, the property is dated but nice, in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views, and suited all our needs except a cold glass of water to drink. I almost forgot, the laundry area is impossible to find - never did find it.

Property had a great view and all the required necessities. The only problem was the water system. All it had was hot water, no cold water, so couldn't take a shower.

Great, laid back get away!
The condo was very welcoming and comfortable. The lake views were so nice to look out onto also - the kids loved watching the ducks! Definitely a perk having the amenities to use. We all enjoyed our stay on the lake and would definitely return.

Perfect Stay for Mother/Daughter Weekend
My three adult daughters and I had the best weekend staying in the Kyle Family condo on Lake Conroe! The condo is spacious, super clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We loved swimming at the Walden Yacht Club Pool and the funnel cake fries at the Lakeside Grill were amazing. The condo offered a quiet, cool place for us to come back to after our Tiki Cruise on the lake in the hot sun. There was always a parking place for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make some fun mother/daughter memories!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The condo was so nice and had the most amazing views. Loved having the dock right out back to fish. Definitely would recommend this place for your next vacation.

The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 3 teens and the master had plenty of space and felt like our own retreat considering the 2nd balcony access. What a great value and there’s so much to do. Beautiful view and great location
This was our first trip to Lake Conroe and this condo is located within a convenient area to access Montgomery and Conroe. The pools and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer, the view from the balcony is fantastic!

Beautiful views! Only downside was we used the guide on baby items that were available and unfortunately there was no high chair which made it hard for meal times with our baby. Not a big deal just wish we would have known to bring ours! The other issue was the hot water was too hot to take a shower and way to hot to give our kids a bath. Tried to run the bath and have it cool down but there was a leak and the water just kept draining out. The owner did communicate the water issue and sent best settings but only at the time of check in, and it was still way too hot for anyone to bathe. Property was as described and was very clean. Accommodating owners and helped make a sooner check in time and check out time for our flights with two littles! Overall good stay!
