This property is very nice, clean and comfortable, however; it is a short drive to the beach, not a short walk. Also upon my arrival, my directions were not clear on which codes were for the front door or the garage. I had two codes and it was not clear where they belonged, meaning front door or garage. So I spent about 10 mins trying to enter the property. In our group we had all adults and more importantly an adult with special needs. This is not a comfortable walk to the beach when you have beach chairs, coolers, and bags. Of course they offer a golf cart for use but it’s 150.00, which is laughable, plus you have to put gas in it. If I am renting a golf cart for 150.00, that should be included in the fee that I pay when I book my stay. This should not be an additional expense, 150.00 is the total amount that I put in my car to get to and from the property, that is absurd. Please do not be fooled by the description it is a little misleading.
Overall it was a relaxing time but the desire to go to the beach was less likely because of the effort to get there.

We were very impressed with the property. All necessities were provided and were very serviceable. All equipment and appliances except for the water dispensing on the refrigerator door. The water flow is restricted and needs repair ASAP. The elevator is a big plus. If this property didn't have an elevator I would not have rented it. I'm 80 years old and the elevator was great to have. Would I rent this property again? Yes, in a heartbeat. This one is a Gem.

We were visiting for a family member’s wedding! Great location, there is a golf cart at the condo, that IS available for rent! Instructions are in the condo for rental.

We had a wonderful time ! I took my daughter 14. Nephews 2 and 4 and my parents 75+. The elevator was my favorite!! Between the luggage, groceries and sleeping kids to carry, it really saved my back.
The place was very clean and well decorated. The beds were so comfortable, everyone had a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels and linens. The living room furniture was comfortable the deck was small but nice and the neighbor next door was very friendly. Short drive to the beach and no problems parking. There was a golf cart in the garage, we had 2 cars and I was hoping to park them both in the garage.
I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting St Simon.

We had a great family vacation staying in this condo. It was bigger than we thought but it worked out perfectly. Everything was nice and clean and we had no issues checking in or out. Communication was also great.

Perfect Getaway!
We had a wonderful vacation in SSI. This rental was in a great location and the easy golf cart rental made getting to and from the beach very easy. Super comfy beds and we loved the decor. My only suggestion would be a keurig in the kitchen but overall we had a wonderful stay!! Highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely awesome! We still can't believe how much space it had. Four floors with a elevator to make life easy. It was clean and Hodnett Cooper was very professional. We will be booking again in a couple of months.

We had a great time at this property. It is convenient to the downtown area as well as the Torras causeway to the island. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo had all of the normal items you would expect for a hotel type stay. Everything worked, and had pleasant decorations in every room. Overall, this was a five star stay for us.

This condo was perfect. It has four bedrooms, but can sleep a lot more. It is about a .6 miles walk from the beach or there is a parking if you rather drive. The area around the condo was well kept and very safe feeling. The elevator was very useful when bringing luggage in and we had two dogs who could not do the steps so the elevator was very useful. The only thing bad about the place was it said had a dvd player but it really is a blue ray. So I brought dvd movies, but could not watch. The kitchen needs a new big frying pan that everything doesn't stick to. And a good thing to add to the kitchen would be a keurig. So much easier to make coffee. It was nice to have a garage that fit two cars Overall I would highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed the roominess of this condo. It was spacious enough for 3 families with kids. No outdoor space, but we toured St. Simons and Jekyll so we weren’t looking for a yard to play. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place but needs clocks in bedrooms, a hose outside to clean up after the beach, and most of all the occupants should be able to control the thermostat.
