- the pool and gardens area - 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment - a broom to sweep up any dirt

- on our 8 night stay, no cleaning products were provided, asked for additional toilet paper and towels and was advised to message administration for permission... With no cleaning services being provided during the stay (empty own bins and rubbish etc, no sheet changes or anything) just would have thought having some additional cleaning products would have encouraged us to do more clesning of our space. - was asked 4 days into our stay what time we were leaving that day as they had us checked out. Had to re-show them booking to confirm we still had another 4 days. Was grateful we were at the apartment when they came around to check... - poo smells wofted throughout the day and night in our ground level apartment. Especially in the laundry cupboard. - air filters needed cleaning in each air con unit, smelt very musty - only double sized beds in bedrooms that could easily fit super kings (this was our error not checking beforehand, was just disappointed we didnt check first) - mattress protector on the beds were crunchy snd loud making loud noises when moved - no way to clean up swept dirt from the floor - messaged administration on whatsapp inquiring about scooter rentals, no reply after it was seen - water in showers were salty?? We never felt actually clean afterwards

Great location, clean and all staff interactions were helpful and friendly.

The toilet in one of our apartments did not work properly. Hot tub was broken as well. The kitchen could be stocked better, only a couple items to cook with and a wine opener would be a great addition.

Cheap and ok location

Bad facilities, low quality of hydraulic (pieces coming out of the tap water). Veeeery poor ventilation, smell of mold, bad air quality

The location was literally downtown everything was walking distance the rooms were clean and ready for us nice pool nice jacuzzi

The first room we stayed in the heater had a huge leak and soaked up the floors we complained an we got relocated to another apartment same day. i taught the bikes was included but its not and very expensive to rent. had some mosquitos

What is the front door code this my second time locked out There is no extra wash cloths and towels The washing machine is very loud and unstable It's bugs and no cleaning supplies

Very spacious. There was only 2 of us but could’ve easily fit 5 of us. Love this apartment, had nearly everything we needed inside already. Cleaning staff were friendly (they only cleaned our apt. before we arrived and when we left). On the walk to the high street, there are a few taco stands and they’re all AMAZING! Could never stop ourselves getting a few whenever we walked past and they were open. The host was nice, as far as I could tell since we never got to meet her.

Apt. Is in the middle of nowhere. Not a fan of the location as it’s ages away from everything else, even though it’s still on the same main road as the high street. The high street is about a 20 min walk away (3min taxi drive, 10min bike) & the walk gets tiring to do back and forth for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, it is quite nerve racking walking after sunset as you have to walk past a few bushes, ditches and dodgey corners along the way to get to and from the high street. Host wasn’t present at all through our stay so never anyone at the reception. When we needed more toilet roll or an iron, the cleaners said we needed to show a response message from our host confirming this - which was an annoying inconvenience.

The apartament is big.

Is not like what you see in photos, also the personal not clean the apartament, don t change the towel, don t give us paper. The roms don t have a window you feel like you are in a box and hear a lot of noise.
