Krásny hotel čo sa týka exteriéru aj interiéru, nádherná recepcia, izby, reštaurácia, dizajn sa naozaj podaril. Milý personál. Výborné raňajky, bohatý výber. Jeden z najkrajších hotelov, aké som kedy navštívila. Welness otvorený až do 00:00, pričom od 22:00 je len pre dospelých. Lokalita hotela je super, necelých 10 minút pešo do centra.

Parkovanie za poplatok navyše (10€ na noc), ale auto máte aspoň v bezpečí v podzemnej garáži. Wellness je príliš malý vzhľadom na kapacitu hotela, bazén je studený.

Nice room, big enough, with terrace. Fantastic location, not in the centre but not to far from it. 10 minutes walk to the main street, and nice restaurants around. The hotel restaurant was also fine. We asked for room not on the ground floor on the spot after check-in, and they solved it - fantastic kind reception :)

The pool was very disappointing. 5 beds and no other possibilities to sit or lay down, no space for towels, one pool with almost cold water and one jacuzzi - that's all. From a 5 stars hotel honestly it's not so much. All the other services were fine.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful balcony. The breakfast was good. It was a beautiful hotel.

The hotel was understaffed with no one working in the pool/excercise area. So I I went down to the pool there were 6 very large men lounging in it. They knew each other. When I tried to swim along an empty side of the pool back and forth, they kept cutting me off. I left the pool after 3-5 minutes. My husband was present and agreed that that was the safe thing to do. When I tried to use the sauna, two large men would not make room for me. I felt UNSAFE in this part of the hotel. When I mentioned it to staff I was told that they were also paying guests and had a right to use the pool (which I was not disputing).

The room is very comfortable also the bathroom. The location is great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's the hotel that we think that we will get back.

It was a negative surprise to find out the parking lot is not free though we were guests of a 5* hotel. 100 PLN for two days, way too much. Explanation- it is like this in Zakopane. BOOKING.COM, please note this and put it in big letters under Amenities regarding this hotel- so people know that price of the room increases with 50 PLN per day. It should be written in BOOKING! Otherwise, how do you help customers. And- in 5 stars hotel people certainly come by car. so it is relevant for more than 90% of your potential clients. The breakfast in 5* should include fresh juices! Not from machine. In bathroom- luxurious bathing products! TV- Prime, Amazon, Netflix for 5 star, not 6 Polish channels only. The temperature of the pool was not 30 degree but 20. In winter the pool should be warm. Otherwise-cute little spa.

We are in the hotel for the second time, it is beautiful here and close to the main street. I rate the services as very good. Beautiful interior. Great choise of breakfast.

But on the other hand, I have to give a minus for food for the baby. I communicated with the hotel in advance about a simple mixed meal for a 1-year-old baby, but one shift was very nice and willing to prepare anything, the second shift acted as if I was bothering them and they said they didn't have anything in the kitchen that we asked for (potatoes, rice, basic foods ..).

Fantastic location close to the Krupuvky high street and most restaurants. Quality of hotel and decor aesthetic is exceptional. Rooms are large clean and comfortable. The on site restaurant has nice creative fine dining presentations. Hotel staff all very polite and smiling.

Only a single elevator servicing 5 floors. The gym is very small and there were no weights or machines suitable for men, All weights were from 10 kgs and under.

Everything was really good again. Beautiful design, clear rooms, delicious breakfast, nice staff. The wellness area is a little bit small. This is the place where i could whenever return.

Amazing design - contemporary interpretation of Polish mountain style, great location (outside noisy and pretty kitschy Krupowki street) and fantastic cuisine (breakfasts and restaurant offer). The room was very spacious and decorated in the same way as the entrance to the hotel.

Very good breakfast. Nice personal. Very good roomcleaning. Quiet and good location in Zakopane. Excellent car garage.

The pillows were too soft.

It’s hard to believe that at 5star hotel there are just a few Public TV channels. There are many foreigners at the hotel, but no foreign tv channels at all! BBC or CNN there are standard information channels, but not at this hotel . So I was very disappointed, for 1 week stay at the hotel I had no access to daily News.

We liked the style and architecture. The pool and saunas were really exceptional! We also enjoyed the rich choice of breakfast dishes

Excellent location, very kind staff, their spa is open to the whole family including children most of the day, a very rich breakfast
