Cozy North Austin \/ Cedar Park House (3 Bedrooms)
Esta encantadora y luminosa casa de tres dormitorios está ubicada en el borde de Cedar Park, una excelente ubicación para visitar Austin. Está a 10 minutos del tren ligero que lo llevará directamente al centro de Austin. A 5 minutos del centro comercial Lakeline y del supermercado HEB. Fácil acceso a la autopista 620, la autopista 183 y la autopista 45.

While the location and neighborhood was nice, the place itself could have been cleaner and more complete. 2 of the 3 bedrooms only had a thin sheet on the beds and no comforter. A towel hook was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom and there was no bath mat to stand on outside of the shower. Many of the dishes were dirty in the kitchen and we had to wash all of them before using. The swing set is very rusty and the grill was also too rusty to use. There was random objects laying around which is hard when there’s babies there.

We were in town to visit family and the home was close by. Having a home to stay in really made our trip relaxing. The home is beautiful and close to many amenities. Thank you.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. We were in Austin for my Daughter's graduation. This was a perfect location with easy access to Austin/.

Our stay was very pleasant. We came into Austin for family weekend at the University and choose to stay in Cedar Park as apposed to downtown Austin which can be very congested. It was just a 16 mile drive to our daughter's dorm. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and very close to an HEB. I originally got the dates wrong by one day and was able made the change without any difficulty. The house was for the most park just like the listing. My only complaints would be that there was not a working smoke detector as stated for safety. Just a mount on the ceiling and the rest of it was broken and on a shelf in the garage. The other would be that the coffee maker still had used coffee filter and coffee grinds in it which should be part of a cleaning checklist especially since you are being charged a cleaning fee. Overall though, it was pleasant stay that served our needs.

Spent a week here while visiting my daughter. It worked out perfectly for our needs, but it obviously doesn’t have the personal touches that many other Vrbo and abnb’s have. That being said, it really did work well for my family. The yard was fenced for my dog, the master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The bath update is great! I appreciated having the attached garage as well. With a little more personal attention it could be a really fabulous place. I think for the price, it’s a very good stay and way better than a hotel.

Great value in perfect location.
Spent a week here while visiting my daughter. It worked out perfectly for our needs, but it obviously doesn’t have the personal touches that many other Vrbo and abnb’s have. Nice place in Round Rock, TX. Visited Austin for a disc golf tournament, and the house was perfect for the 4 of us. Garage parking, quiet neighborhood. Ease of access to highways and major routes. Will book again!

Cons: smoke detectors were not functioning, needs a thorough cleaning under beds, corners, ceilings, vents. We needed handicap accessible, this isn't ideal. No grab bars in bathroom (neither toilet or shower. Front entry inside home has 2 steps down. One going to bdrms the other to main living. Weeds in Lawn were over a foot tall when we arrived Tues. Someone did mow on the 3rd day. The playset in the backyard needs trashed, nothing like the pics. It was very convenient and close to our family, but will probably not be using this particular property again.

Great place to stay visiting family. We were close to them without being in their hair. Quiet neighborhood. Simple and clean as described.

Clean & exactly as listed!
Stopped in Austin for a night with my husband and two small dogs. This place was exactly as listed. Very clean, in a good central area and had a nice yard for the dogs to do their business.

Nice neighborhood - really strict about noise
Home was nice and clean. Check in was easy. Owner was a little excessive with the noise warnings. He mentioned noise at least twice in text, and posted a note on the door saying loud noise will not be tolerated in this neighborhood. Kind of felt like they just want you to sleep and get out.
