Great time with family from all over. Elevator was a big help to Seniors. Two kitchens were a plus.

This property is well-maintained and the owners were very responsive. We held our family reunion here and had over 30 people attending. There were TWO kitchens which made food prep very easy. We were right on the beach, so we could hear the surf all day and night. And, it was less than a five minute to walk to the water. I look forward to staying here again.

This was a great relaxing vacation, some things need a little tender loving care but overall it was beautiful. The communication while there was perfect. If you want to relax this is the place to go

The house was big enough for all of us (23) to gather for meals and games. We loved the pool! Family pictures by the ocean means great memories.

My family booked this house last minute because it was right on the ocean, had a heated pool and a hot tub! Even though it was the last week of the year we got to really enjoy the outside of this wonderful property! And mostly, I have to say how amazing the property manager and owner were to work with!!! They were both super responsive even on a holiday and really helpful and friendly. That alone is reason enough to book any property that is owned or run by these two amazing women!

This well worn house made traveling with our extended family a breeze. The three floors gave each group alone time and together time all in one. The kids enjoyed the top floor bunk rooms! We loved the pool and sea side views. The few small issues we had were addressed quickly and without question. Thanks for making ours a great, start to summer vacation.

We are five related families. My 85+ parents, me and my family, and my three siblings and their families. Our house requirements are on the beach, sleeps 20, has at least 9 bedrooms, has an elevator, and a private pool. All Decked Out offered all this and so much more. First and second floor are laid out exactly the same with a fully stocked kitchen and pantry, sitting area, two dining areas, a deck, laundry room, and three King master bedrooms...all beautifully furnished and made to live in. We cooked meals on the first floor and kept drinks and snacks on the second floor. Having two full refrigerators is a must for that many people and the two wine coolers were nice too. A great pool and short walk to a beautiful beach and perfect weather made our stay fantastic!!

Our family loved All Decked Out! The house was so clean. We played in the pool all day and hot tub every evening. We had evening cocktails on the oceanfront decks...so beautiful. Very well appointed bedrooms w extremely comfortable beds and the bedding was in excellent condition. It felt very clean. The house manager was quick to answer all our questions prior to arrival. Having 2 full kitchens was so helpful because we cook a majority of our meals and really appreciated 4 ovens and all the pantry and refrigerator room. Luxury Lodging By Laura gets 5 stars all around from us!! We will be back!!!

We loved having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms-excellent floor plan. We all agreed we need you to know the name of the mattresses/beds-incredibly comfortable. The house was simply wonderful. But more than all of that, thank you to the staff of All Decked Out. From booking to check out every single person we encountered genuinely cared if my family had a great experience and for that, I thank you. We held our very intimate wedding at this very beautiful home immediately after hurricane Florence hit and while major cleanup was still in full swing. I can’t say enough about the owner, Laura Fisher, and her AMAZING staff. They really rallied into action for us so that we could go forward with our wedding as planned. From relieving our guests' fears about coming to the island, to immediately assembling a small army to fix some of the storm’s damage to the home including rebuilding the steps to the beach access this team worked tirelessly to accommodate us. They even had the pool cleaned and the hot tub ready for us. Our wedding was perfect!! Thank you All Decked Out Crew, you made our dream come true.

The space was large and clean (though one child who got a rug burn from the dining room rug ended up with a large infected streptococcal abscess). Beautiful view, easy beach access, kitchen well equipped with dishes, appliances, etc. Our fans and AC weren't working at different points, and the grill was disgusting; the management company remedied the issues relatively quickly, but it was HOT to be without AC for 2 days (luckily it was only one floor, and otherwise the temperature was very comfortable). There was not enough bedding for the trundle beds (despite paying extra to have bedding included) so we had to purchase our own blankets from Walmart. Several people, adults and kids, got splinters on hands and feet from the beach access decking (it desperately needs to be treated). Plenty of parking, access to pool toys, covered decks to get out of the sun. More umbrellas are needed at the pool (it's full sun all day) and the plastic lounge chairs are so cheap you couldn't sit it some of them without them collapsing. Bunk rooms on third floor were great for kids to hang out/sleep.

We have enjoyed this house with family and friends for 5 plus years...we loved the house, have many fun memories, loved the beach access, beautiful views, lots of room and fitted the needs of all....

For a week of family, fun, and sun, this home is a must. Our family stayed at this location for the past 5 years and I can't begin to thank Laura enough for all the wonderful memories that we have created at her beautiful home. This home has all the amenities that anyone could imagine. Hot tub and private pool area are great for outdoor fun. We bought seafood at the local seafood market and grilled right by the pool! Everything at the Memory Maker was so relaxing and luxurious from the large comfortable beds to the jetted garden bath tubs. Over the years we had so much fun that more friends and family joined every year until we finally outgrew our home and moved on to one of Laura's larger homes called Southern Comfort. Laura makes every vacation nothing less than perfect! Would never rent through anyone else.

We had 27 family members from D.C., Wilmington, Atlanta and Raleigh North Carolina and All Decked Out was the perfect spot! The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We loved having 2 full kitchens because we cook a majority of our meals. Service from the Laura's and maintenance crew was excellent. We received very quick, friendly responses and helpful suggestions about what to do in the area. Carolina Beach is lovely with lots to do for all ages. We went to the pier one night walk around and let the kids ride some amusement rides. There were fireworks thursday night that we watched from the pool deck. We walked via the beach one afternoon to the oceanfront restaurant and tiki bar that was only a 5 minute walk. We loved working directly with owners and could tell how much they valued our business. The pool, hot tub and easy beach access were all great. We loved that the beach access was not too long. Lots of space out by the pool to hang out. It really was the perfect place for our family reunion and we will definitely return. We do this trip every year and this was our first but definitely not our last to All Decked Out.

My husband and I recently stayed with our 4 grandchildren. The Regency Tower complex was safe, clean, and enjoyable. There was always security, cleaning, and administrative staff available for our assistance. It is a gated parking lot with a guard at the gate or a key code for entering/exiting. The 2 pools, reasonably priced snack bar/bar, fitness center and hot tub area made for an enjoyable vacation. The condo unit was spacious with all amenities that a family needs. The bedding and linens were new and great quality. The unit is in the center of the building right above the heated pool. This made it easy to watch the kids (teens) while enjoying the ocean view from our balcony. I highly recommend this condo. The owners were very responsive before and during the stay. I am a travel consultant and will definitely recommend this to my clients. I personally hope to visit this condo in the future.

I just returned from my vacation in Ocean City and loved the condo I rented. It was directly on the beach at St Charles place. I never believed I could afford to stay on the beach but I got a rather good price (naturally compared to other beachfront rentals) I'm making this comment because of a coincidence I experienced when I returned from my vacation. I received an email alert by one of the largest real estate firms in Ocean City with a complete story and many pictures attached proclaiming St Charles the best beach in Ocean City. I was in OC for a wedding and much to my surprise the pictures included shots of the actual ceremony, what fun that was. I highly this property and give it a 5 star rating.

These home was very nice and roomy. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. It rained a lot when we where there so the pool was nice when we could not go to the beach. We wanted a relaxing week and that is what we had. The renter is very prompt with responses.

We are so so happy that we chose to stay here. This home is adorable. We have only been here one night and have walked to a great neighborhoood restaurant for dinner. The owner suggested it and a lot of other nearby restaurants. Don't stay at a hotel. Stay here. It is close to everything and is so much more spacious. Close to restaurants, stores, nature and running trails. Kitchen has everything you need and a cute back porch. We are so glad we are here and not at a hotel.

Wonderful place for a wedding!!!! The beach house has everything you need for a wedding/vacation/family get-together. There were 32 of us there and it didn't feel small in the least. The 2 kitchens are a dream to work in, very well equipped down to the 2 wine fridges in the pantries. The beds are the super comfy and the bedding is awesome. As someone else mentioned, bring towels, beach/bath as they are not provided. Everything else is there for your enjoyment. If you are in the need of a caterer I most highly recommend John from JohnnyLukes restaurant in Willmington NC. Their food was superb and they went out of their way to be accommodating. We opted for "small plates" poolside so guests could mingle and "graze". It worked out wonderfully and the 2 kitchens helped the caterers prepare everything on site. Elevator is a hugh help when arriving and leaving. The only small negative is the parking during the event. Guests do have to park off site and pay which we weren't aware of. But it all worked out.

My husband and I just got married here on Tuesday, September 6th. We truly had the most amazing experience of our lives here at the Memory Maker. We loved every second of our stay. I was the planner of our wedding and our week long stay and I am so happy to have chosen Laura's home to rent. She made everything so easy and helped me plan along the way...she even sent over Megan, someone to help us the day of the wedding! The property was very clean! The pool was spectacular, the beach access was perfect. We had a little trouble with the hot tub, but it got fixed quickly once I contacted the manager. The home had plenty of space. We had 31 people staying there and everyone slept comfortably! Everyone that stayed with us for the week had only positive things to say about their stay and we all wish we could abandon our everyday lives and just live there. Check-out was easy since we were given clear instructions about what needed to be done before we left. Our wedding was on the beach and the reception on the deck. They just extended the pool deck and it gave us plenty of space for tables, a dance floor, our bartender and anything else we needed! I would recommend this home over and over again. Laura, the owner, was fantastic every step of the way. Her property manager, Laura Ann, was very professional and organized. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping the home clean and solving any of our issues! A couple suggestions: -Have everyone bring their own bath and beach towels as they are not provided -Pay the cleaning fee, the house is way too big to clean yourself -Pay for the hot tub! It's worth it! -Bring dish towels and hand towels for the bathrooms, too -Be aware that the noise ordinance is in effect all day long and some neighbors aren't big fans of fun (we had a great time, anyway :) !!!) We brought together six families during our stay at The Memory Maker. The name of the house speaks for itself. Many wonderful memories were made that week. The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool, porches, and beach were the main hang outs for our family. Everyone loved the location, Carolina Beach. We rented a boat one day, ventured to Wilimington, and checked out Fort Fisher as well as the aquarium. It truly was the perfect getaway for our family which is comprised of many different ages including toddlers, teens, young adults, and seniors. I highly recommend this home!

Family vacations are about making long lasting memories and our visit to Carolina Beach will provide a lifetime or remarkable memories mainly due to this amazing home. The layout of the home was perfect for our 9 adults and 10 children ranging in age from 5-16. The upper level bunk room was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by 4-6 kids on any given night. The other bedrooms were perfect and gave us tremendous flexibility in determining who stayed where. The house actually has two full master suites with clear views of the Atlantic and all the other bedrooms were large and furnished impeccably. The two kitchens worked great as we would enjoy breakfast and lunch as a family in one kitchen and then use the other for dinner each evening. The large pool and hot tub were tremendous hits as well with plenty of space for all 19 of us to spend quality time together throughout the day and well into the evening. The beach is no more than 50 steps from the pool which makes toting beach chairs (which are provided), coolers, toys etc. effortless. Overall this is one of the nicest ocean front homes we have had the pleasure to stay in and it is one we plan to come back to in the future. The pictures do not do it justice. The furnishings and decor are spectacular and the location is perfect. You can walk to the Kure Beach pier or to the Boardwalk with minimal effort. I would strongly recommend this home for any large family vacation as I know it will provide the same remarkable memories as it did for our family.

One word... AMAZING!! We rented this house for our wedding and it was nothing short of spectacular! We had never traveled to Carolina Beach before, in fact we are from Michigan and had no idea what to expect. Laura sent us recommendations for EVERYTHING & I honestly had no other choice but to trust her & she did not let me down. Everything was exactly how we had dreamed. It was amazing how everything came together. The house was absolutely PERFECT & so beautiful & CLEAN! We had 31 people and I couldn't have asked for anything different. Between the house, the pool, the ocean... We didn't even need to leave. But the town was so fun & beautiful! The food even! I truly am more then satisfied with how everything turned out! Thank you!! Hoping to make it back sooner then later!!

Having stayed in a rental in Surf City last year, we weren't sure this rental would compare, but everyone was totally surprised by the differences. 1. The preparation & cleanliness upon arriving (Thanks Lisa !) was superior to the previous year. 2. We had 6 families sharing the house and nobody felt cramped or crowded whether inside or poolside. 3. Having 2 well equipped kitchens was a definite plus, room to have breakfast & lunch while preparing for dinner in the other. 4. Parking was ample as we had 5 cars & 2 golf carts with room to spare. 5. A commercial grade elevator with automatic door vs a wooden sliding door was a big positive! 6. Inside was well furnished and comfy couches & chairs was a big plus, TV's galore ! Beds were exceptionally comfortable. 7. The decks had ample chairs & tables & the views were second to none ! The outdoor bed was a big hit with everyone, very comfortable. 8. Plenty of Oceanside windows and views of the ocean from each floor, no dunes restricting sights. Laura's personal signature on decor & the quality of the fixtures makes this Memery Maker namesake well justified. Thank you for the great week and looking forward to many more happy memories !
