Great condo with the best ocean view, you are right on the beach. Brad is a great host & we are already looking forward to next year

This was our 8th year vacationing on SSI and our best rental yet! The condo is beautiful, nicely updated and very nicely furnished. It wasnt over decorated or over crowded with furniture, as so many rentals are. The kitchen was nicely stocked with quality appliances. The beds were comfy and linens high quality. The floors were so clean! A rarity in sandy vacation rentals. The King and Prince resort is perfect for families with multiple pools, a restaurant and daily crafts for kids. The property owner was thorough and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony. We had a wonderful week and plan to return!

Our week was beautiful in st Simons. This condo was big enough for 2 families even though it was just 2 of us for our week. Very clean, well equipped, and that view....perfect. The location of the unit was also 4 stars. Owner was wonderful to work with. We hope to visit there again when returning to our favorite Georgia island.

My family and I come to King and Prince every year. This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. We will definitely be booking this rental again. It is beautifully decorated, the view is breathtaking. Communication was great. Brad was just a phone call away!

This was a perfect spot for our mini family reunion. The condo was perfect, right on the ocean as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed including a relaxing ocean breeze. The host Brad made the process effortless.

We have been vacationing in St. Simon’s at the King and Prince for the last 10 years. We love everything about it there! We all agreed that this was the best villa yet, which was saying a lot, because most of the others were super nice too! The views were incredible from every room. Even though the weather wasn’t that great this time, the wonderful villa made it not so important. Can’t wait to go back! Brad was a pleasure to work with. Be prepared for withdrawal when you have to leave and return to reality! Heaven is a little closer by the beach!

Tastefully decorated and renovated. Exquisite 180 degree view of beach, ocean, grass field, palm trees from living areas and two of the bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful welcome from Owner/manager on arrival. Soft and luxurious linens and great local history books, novels, and magazines. Just perfect

Condo was spectacular, and recently updated. Had everything we needed and more. It couldn’t be easier to get to the beach. We had two toddlers and the layout was perfect. We would definitely stay again. Brad, thanks for being so on top of it and friendly!

We had a wonderful time at St. Simons! The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our group of 6. The amenities at the King and Prince are excellent! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, we were even able to walk the beach down to the pier. Overall a great family trip!

This condo has one of the absolute best views of any King and Prince condo we have ever stayed in. Incredible ocean views from both king bedrooms which you do not get anywhere else. The condo itself was updated and lovely. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

This was a beautiful place and great location. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. We could walk to some nearby restaurants and it was an easy .08 mile walk to the heart of downtown. The house was very clean and the owner got back to us quickly. We would definitely come back!!

This condo was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfy. It was great to have two master bedrooms with bathrooms attached. This was the perfect place to stay with a group. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. The owner was great to deal with.

Our stay in this King & Prince condo was so great. The location was amazing. Oceanfront with an amazing view and also a short walk to three or more of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back! Owner was very responsive and helpful, too.

We’ve stayed at this particular condo many times and will continue to do so for these reasons:
1) The view from every room is amazing. So close to the ocean it’s like you’re on a ship
2) The interior is very well done - very pretty, clean, and updated.
3) Access to the resort pools is included. Sitting at the pool overlooking the ocean while my kids go back and forth between the pools and the ocean is the most convenient way ever to “do” the beach.
4) Walking distance to Pelican Market, Fiddlers, Crab Trap, and The Cottage.

Condo is in great shape and had what we needed to have a week-long family vacation. Couldn't have asked for a better location and easier access to the beach! Will definitely rent again.

This room was amazing! It was super clean, everything looks new, and we loved the beach decorations! We love St. Simons, but this is the best room we have stayed in! The 2nd floor is perfect to let the kids play in the grass below, and it’s on the end closest to the beach with a spectacular view! Looking forward to coming again!

Can't get closer to the beach than this! The listing is as pictured. Nicely appointed and comfy, we felt right at home. It was a good set-up for kids and adults. Melissa and Brad were excellent at communicating, and easy to work with. We needed to change the dates on our reservation and they were very accommodating. The beach towels were a nice touch to have. The unit is located close to a smaller pool and easy access to the beach and the larger pool. The only thing we'd change is a few more towels in the bathroom and different hangers for the closets. But everything else was excellent. We hope to be able to rent the unit again soon!

This property is close to the beach, basically on the beach which hard to find at SSI.
We loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from the balcony.
The bonus was the K&P amnesties which makes you feel like you are a resort

This was our fifth stay at the King and Prince but the first in this beautiful condo. The ocean is so close you can practically touch it. And when you aren’t enjoying the outdoors, you can sink into the comfy sofas and chairs for some R&R. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to staying again in the future..

This property was perfect for our family. Close to beach, restaurants, great pool and resort areas. Already planning to stay here next year. Owners were great to work with.
