Apartamento situado en el casco histórico de Córdoba, donde poder visitar la Mezquita, Sinagoga o el Alcázar , así como a 2 minutos de la ribera, un hermoso paseo junto al Río Guadalquivir y la ruta de sus puentes, disfrutando de las mejores terrazas y restaurantes con encanto cordobés, ideal para probar la gastronomía local o disfrutar del clima y buen tiempo en compañía tomando unas copas.
A pesar de tener una situación tan privilegiada el alojamiento es muy tranquilo y el ruido del exterior, inexistente. Por otra parte está muy bien comunicado con otras zonas de Córdoba por medio de dos autobuses.Es de destacar que los monumentos más relevantes de la ciudad se encuentran a 5 minutos o algo más, a pie: Mezquita, Alcázar, Puente Romano y alrededores, Museo Arqueológico, Patios de San Basilio etc...Este acogedor apartamento de interior dispone de una cama doble para 2 personas y sofá cama en el salón con capacidad para dos personas. Un cuarto de baño con bañera y con todo lo necesario y cocina equipada. El apartamento se preparará para la cantidad de huéspedes especificados en cada reserva, no para la capacidad máxima.TV, Wifi, Aire acondicionado y calefacción.
A tan solo 150 metros del alojamiento, podréis encontrar el Parking La Ribera, a un precio de 15,50€/día.
Política niños: se admite un niño menor de 3 años de manera gratuita por reserva. Tanto el segundo niño de la reserva como los mayores de 3 años deberán pagar la tarifa correspondiente como si fuera 1 adulto.El alojamiento siempre estará listo para el número de huéspedes que se reservó. Spacious, nicely decorated, very comfortable and homey apartment, totally in the centre of old Cordoba. Pilar, the host is very helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved it.

Pillar was outstanding and very helpful. Her apartment is lovely and quaint. Air con at nite very helpful. Very close to the Roman bridge and the Mezquita. Several nice restaurants close by. Washing machine was helpful with a clothes line out the window. Cute little bath with shower. On the first floor with key entry. Little supermarket on the next corner and coffee was available over the road. Quaint part of town and we took a taxi from Cordoba station. Pillar called us a taxi to return to the station when the time came to leave. A full kitchen is available for use too.I would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy, quiet, modern apartment in great location
We loved staying at Pilar’s place. She was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is modern, very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. (The bed was very comfortable)So close to everything. Parking was convenient in a nearby lot. Perfect for my husband and me. We are seniors and would highly recommend it young or old!

Just such a lovely place to stay with a great host who gave us all the best places to see and to eat at. We were there for 5 nights and we're busy each day with lots to see and coming home each night to a lovely apartment was great. Easy to get to via public transport from the main bus/ train station. Our host had fresh bread, milk, some butter and jam with tea or coffee on our arrival! A lovely host!

Cosy, Clean and very central.
Although on the small side it is perfect for a couple. Close to all major sites in old town and one street back from river. Pilar was very pleasant and informative. Cordoba was very hot but air con etc worked fine. Would recommend.

Great Apartment, Super Location!
Incredibly comfortable apartment especially for such a small space. Very well maintained with new appliances and well equipped. Even better, Pilar is a great host. She is very friendly, loaded with information, and very willing to help make your stay great. As the unit is on the second floor (first floor if you call the ground floor Zero or Planta Baja), there is no terrace and is the only reason we did not rate it five stars.
The apartment is within walking distance of all you want to see in Cordoba and within one block of some of the best food in Spain. The neighborhood is very welcoming and fun to stay in. This was easily the best place we stayed during our three weeks in Spain. We will return to Cordoba and will stay in this apartment again.

Lovely host and a great location
This apartment is in a great location for exploring Cordoba. It's a block away from the river (and parking), just within the traffic-restricted old town area. Pilar is a lovely and helpful host, pointing out to us, for example, the best bars and restaurants. A great apartment in a great area, highly recommended.

A Cordoba Gem
We spent an incredible week in this modern and stylish apartment. Centrally located, you are only steps away from all corners of the Old Town. This quiet apartment has everything to make you feel at home and comfortable. Pilar, the owner is extremely helpful and available to assist in any way. Updated throughout, we were extremely pleased to call this home for the week and would not hesitate to return and stay here again. We highly recommend this gem in Cordoba.

Great location & fantastic host
We had a fantastic stay at Pilar's apartment in beautiful Cordoba. The apartment is in a great location in the old town area so everything is within easy walking distance (the way to really get to know Cordoba). The apartment is very nicely furnished, with modern furniture and appliances and Pilar is always within easy reach. It is very comfortable (we are a family of 4). We strongly recommend staying here. Cozy and Comfy in Cordoba
So happy we found this cozy, comfy apartment. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift, but easy stairs) of a updated, well maintained and secure building. Although compact, the apartment is functional, in excellent condition and spotless. I prepared breakfast each morning and found the kitchen to be adequately stocked for preparing simple meals. There was not a kettle (which seems to be common in Spain) but we made do. I found the bed to be a little soft, but my husband had no complaints . There were extra pillows and blankets which is always nice and a large built-in closet. WIFI worked well and the parking garage is practically across the street. Our host, Pilar, was very sweet, professional, informative and responsive. We would stay again!

Very central
As a couple we enjoyed our stay in Cordoba. Secure parking garage across the street was very handy. We were ideally located for all the destinations. One flight of stairs, but the apartment is well laid out with everything we needed.

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine à Cordoue malgré la chaleur. L'appartement de Pilar est très agréable et merveilleusement bien placé, à proximité de la Mesquita et de tous les lieux touristiques de Cordoue... mais perdez vous aussi dans les ruelles alentour, Cordoue est magique. Quant à Pilar, elle est adorable et parle couramment le français, alors que demandez de plus!

Great location and information by Pilar
April 2016, we stayed in Pilar's apartment. She provided a wealth of information during our orientation and during our stay. The apartment is very convenient to most of Cordoba, but is far enough away from the huge Mazquita/Catedral crowds. Bars, restaurants, small grocery stores and the market at the Plaza de la Corredera are convenient. Evening walks overlooking the Rio Guadalquivir with the locals was nice was to end the day. The WiFi was available for communicating with friends and family as well as local google searches. The washing machine allowed us to pack fewer cloths, which was our plan.
One suggestion we have is that more of the shelf space be cleared for the renters things.
It is too bad that the Expedia-HomeAway buyout has resulted in a huge increase in the owners' listing amounts and a brand new large renters service fee on top of it. HomeAway was quite profitable before these increases. Corporate greed has ruined a good thing. We will no longer use HomeAway for future booking and hope that a new listing company emerges.

Pleasant experience
We lived two days in Pilar's apartment. For our family of 3 adult person it was very comfortable place. Apartment is in very central position, next to old city centre, Mesquite and all places of interest in Cordoba. Parking is very close to apartment, opposite your door. Apartment is very clean, bright and absolutely quiet. Communication with Pilar (by phone and e-mail) was always quickly and effective. She is very careful and hospitable hostess. We strongly recommend Pilar's apartment!
