Great communication from reception. Very close to the beach and a number of good dining places. Also shopping is nearby. Very clean, air conditioning worked great in that hot muggy environment which was a blessing at night.

Had to put a plastic card which was attached to the keys to activate electricity in the place. Not guidance was given about this, we had to guess from previous experience elsewhere. Also there were no written instructions on what to do with the keys when ending our stay.

Location was excellent for beach and restaurants and walk into centre. Georgina was fantastic at resolving any small issues straight away.

Beds could do with being updated, pool area needs some shade and pool needs regular cleaning.

- the noise during the night, of the bottle container in front of the apartment! - the pool was part time closed - the furniture was really not in nice conditions

These apartments are excellent right across from the beach,absolutely spotless got everything you need including washing machine, hairdryer,iron and ironing board and Georgina is lovely and very helpful.

Excellent location. Three minute walk to the beach. Lovely restaurants around the apartment. The apartment was very clean on arrival and exactly like the photos when booking. Would definitely stay here again.

It is very noisy outside when sleeping but we knew to expect that from reading other reviews. You get used to it very quickly.

Lovely friendly owners. Get location. Clean and.comfortable ,good value. . New owners were just taking over so said they were doing up the place. Pool terrace needs some work but that's their plan.

Maybe towels.coumd be changed mid week if staying a week but understand it's not a hotel.. The pool area does need work if you had smaller children with you but it was fine for us.

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It was in a place that was close to beach, just a few minutes walk away. Even though it looked like it was on a busy road, it was not noisy. There’s great restaurants and a bakery right there. The apartment was clean, had everything you need , lots of dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine.Everything worked really well and lots of hot water too. Comfortable couch and beds and of course a wonderful view of the sea. Loved the balcony to sit out on at night. We also liked that the bedroom had a door so if someone got up early you could close the door and not wake the other. We had booked for 3 nights and stayed for another 2. This apartment could easily be used for a month or two, it’s set up well. Such kind hosts who were very accommodating with all our wishes. Thank you María and Expedito for a wonder stay.

We were in Nerja for four days for a wedding. It is a very nice charming and quality appartment with a cute kitchen, with a nice balcony and nice small pool (cold but I went in!) on top of the building, near the beach and promenade. There was good easy communication by email & texts from Maria & Sofia to collect key earlier which was great. The Belgian/French restaurant under the appartment had a great choice of breakfast and pastries and lovely staff. Also good mini grocery shops & choice of restaurants in front of the Riu hotel.

Bring earplugs! I went with my mother (who is half deaf) and we found it very noisy early in the morning with trucks and traffic, especially on the monday morning we guess with deliveries. It's because the appartment is on the first floor at a busy street corner and above a busy cafe/restaurant. It's not as noisy at night. I had asked Maria for a quiet appartment five months in advance so it would have been better if she had given us a quieter one on a higher level, or at least tell us about the morning traffic and we would have been prepared for it. The double room has only drawers but needs a wardrobe, my mother had to use mine in the twin room to hang her clothes. Also the fridge needs an icecube tray (to cool drinks). Lastly two appartment keys would have been better than just one, as there were two of us.
