The unit had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes from the moment we arrived. The pull out bed was more of a foot stool and we did not have linens until the final night. Would not recommend this place for 8 people

Very nice town house. Clean and comfortable. Close to the IMAX. Owners were vwry responsive to questions. Easy check out procedure.
The road where the townhouse was locates is very narrow making getting in and out of the driveway a little challenging.
But would definitely stay there again.

We were up in the area for a family wedding in Oregon City. Five of us stayed here, and it worked out well. Very close to the light rail, which would have been great for getting into Portland.

The house is in a very quiet area.We walked to a restaurant for lunch that was close by.a 7-Eleven and the max train pickup is a short 5 min walk.We had a great time and would recommend this house for your stay.

My mom, 2 sisters & I had a great time thrift shopping in Portland & this was a great location! The house was clean & comfortable & there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. I wish check in was a bit sooner, but otherwise no complaints!

Very clean new property with modern interior. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms closet space. Fusball table nice bonus. Right on MAX line and walking trail. Walking distance to downtown Milwaukie cafes. Full kitchen with gas range. Could use a one more saucepan, stainless steel stockpot, blender for people wanting long stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Milwaukie Heights recently. The property is very well furnished and the location is perfect. There is a nice trail nearby that leads to a river and a shuttle line to downtown within walking distance.
The house itself is tastefully decorated and super comfortable. There was ample space for all of us. Would highly recommend it

Quick trip to Portland to ride bikes
We enjoyed the rental very much. It was clean, the AC worked great!!! For us the location was perfect as we wanted quick access to bike trails and transit! All in all a great location if you want to bike around town but not have the business of downtown

Lovely new house, comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space for 3 couples. The house was spotless and on arrival, we found our host had left for us a welcome gift of a great Willamette Valley wine.

Sorry I’m late posting this review but I have to say our April 2022 stay was incredible! We were two sisters and our families meeting in the middle (WA & CA). The home was perfect for the adults, one teen, and a 5 yr old. It is located at the end of a very nice street so no unnecessary traffic. It is walking distance to transit and centrally located to take advantage of area attractions. Lots of food and shopping choices nearby.
We did not use the attached apartment below this unit but what a nice option to have! The grounds are beautifully kept and the house was spotless. Would definitely recommend and re-visit this home.

I traveled with five people to Portland for the first time. This house is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is spotless, the beds are super comfortable and all of the amenities are great. We definitely recommend!

Comfortable Condo
Property via very nicely laid out with homey and comfortable appointments. It was a great space for our out-of-town family to be based for an in-town family graduation. Seniors down to teenagers had what they needed for a great stay!

Gentrifying neighborhood. Property is very nice and new. Surrounding homes are not in the same condition and some neighboring homes like to play music or ride motorcycles late at night - possibly street racing. Good location with easy access to portland

Nice new house in convenient location.
Located just outside the Portland city limits, this new & well furnished house is very conveniently located for travel by car or the adjacent light rail station. The house was immaculately clean and well kept, and we had no problems during our stay. A question about parking at our arrival was answered with a quick phone call. I would stay here again if my travels take me back to Portland.

NCAA tournament visit to Portland
Great access to public transportation to get to the games stress free and on time. No need to pay for expensive parking at the MODA Center. Ride max!

This place is great, but it is missing a dish rack, a broom and an upstairs chair.
Overall it was exactly what we needed and very nicely nice. 5 star certainly. We rented it thinking it was close to lake Oswego and it actually is as the crow flies, but a 25 min. commute at least any other way.

Not too fond of location.
Metro train runs behind property. Street was narrow, but overall it is located close to grocery stores which was convenient for us. House was very nice and clean. We had a great stay.

Mostly wonderful
My husband and I were mostly very impressed with the condo. It was very clean and well thought out; the living room was quite comfortable with a gas fireplace. The kitchen was clean and spacious. Although overall we were very impressed with the place, I have to say that the master bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable. It would have been a game changer for us ( I literally couldn't sleep on it) but luckily we lived nearby (our house was being painted - hence staying in a VRBO) and we could pick up some mattress toppers to go over their weird mattress and make it work. So other then that, I'd say we'd definitely recommend it.
