So close to the centre of Santiago, few minutes walk to enjoy the multiple tapas bars 😋
Car parking has a limited number of spaces, and is super tight in a long / larger vehicle, not one to navigate when tired or without an external pair of eyes, but to be fair you are parking near the centre of town.

A localização do hotel é muito boa e o café da manhã é razoável.
Não gostei que quando entrei no quarto estava completamente cheio de mofo. Nas paredes e nas cortinas e um cheiro insuportável. Quando informei na recepção não tive nenhuma resposta. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta em noites de 6° ou menos.
Outra coisa que não gosto e quando no site omitem que o estacionamento é pago ou terceirizado.

El diseno de hotel nos gustó. Todo nuevo y limpio. Las camas muy grandes. No vamos a olvidar las velas que nos han puesto en el salon de bar para tomar copas y infusiones. Tuvimos una tarde muy romantica y tranquila. Hemos disfrutado la estancia.
Como tuvimos dos habitaciones reservados, hemos visto la diferencia entre una habitacion y otra. La habitacion con 2 camas estaba bastante mas grande de que con 1 cama de matrimonio. Aunque eso no nos ha estropeado la estancia.
Lo que no funcionaba bien, fue el Aire. Hemos pasado calor por la noche.

The choice of TV channels was very limited in any language except Spanish.
The parking lift closes and has no sensors if there is a car there or not and scratched the car.

Location easy to get around
Room (the superior one we booked) was excellent- we stayed in a smaller one the night prior and it was good but not as roomy)

Really clean room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind, recommending places to visit in the area and even lending us an umbrella as it was raining quite a bit!
The hotel location is very centric so it is very easy to walk to the main attractions of Santiago.
The underground car park is very small with an awkward entrance and so it can be quite challenging to get into or out of.

Convenient location. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful, particularly the daytime receptionist. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We booked a room with a terrace - the furniture was rather dilapidated and we were unable to use it some of the time due to wet cushions.

Location is about 6 minute walk from Cathedral Santiago. the room exceeded my expectation, as it has bathtub which I've been dreaming of during my walk on El Camino. Breakfast is very good for only eur 8.00

It was a standard room.The staff was excellent 👌 and it was very clean.The bus stop for the airport is 5 minutes by feet and the ticket costs only one euro.Historical center of Santiago is 5 minutes away and all the atmosphere of the town was amazing.
No good value for money as similar hotels in the area were cheaper. The breakfast was poor and I didn't like much that the breakfast tables were small and very close to each other.

Small, smart hotel in the centre. Quiet street. Less than 10 mins walk to the train/bus station. Pleasant breakfast. WiFi and hot water fine. Good value.
Bedside lighting could be brighter.
