البوفيه في وجبه الغداء لم يرقى للتوقعات ولاكن البوفيه في وجبة العشاء كان متنوع وممتاز جدا

I would like to thankful Mr. Kashif he is so he is so cooperation , and he do for us upgrade also , he is a very respectable person .

The breakfast was excellent and over the expectation made by Mado.

There is no bath coat in the bathroom.

Очень приятный бассейн. Вид хорош с любой стороны (и на город и на лагуну). Очень просторные номера, очень чисто. Ванная комната очень комфортная, красивая.

The delays for porter services on chek out and the room Service at 2am very poor

The property was very clean the layout was very beautiful . The people were really nice and friendly . The cleaners were also very nice especially Mansoor.The rooms were very clean .overall the people were very warm and welcoming will be be coming back again next time .

Un bémol sur le ménage qui n’était pas fait systématiquement; nous sommes resté 1 semaine et on a dû le demander à l’accueil à chaque fois et la moquette n’a pas été aspirée ce qui est dommageable pour nous qui sommes allergiques aux acariens , pas faute de l’avoir demandé mais la personne du ménage faisait un ménage approximatif…..

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt und wir können es uns vorstellen wieder zukommen

The staff at the reception made me go down to the reception for the checkout although the minibar was already empty and there was no need to attend the reception office

Spacious rooms. Grandeur hospitality. Excellent cleanliness. Sumptuous and elaborate breakfast spread. Perfect location of sharjah, (Adjacent to local market shops and in front of beach).

Traffic between sharjah and Dubai, and Toll of 20 DHS everytime crossing between Sharjah and Dubai each side.

الاستقبال ممتاز خاصه انهم احترموا اننا في دوله عربه وكانت موضفة الاستقبال تتكلم العربيه مما سهل علي التفاهم ووصولنا إلى مانريد بيسر

room, it was very good.

breakfast timing needs to be extended a bit, its only till10:30, Indian food options are too less and whatever is there taste is comprised.light switches are big issue if you try to switch off certain light the whole room turns dark, it should be more convenient specially when you are with kids.
