Большой просторный 2-х комнатный номер с красивым видом на пристань для яхт, много мест для хранения вещей, сейф, кухонная зона с возможностью приготовить либо разогреть пищу. Отличная звукоизоляция между номерами. Удобно в путешествии, что была прачечная: порадовало, что порошок бесплатно выдавали на reception. Парковка большая рядом с отелем 10 $ в день. Хороший бар на крыше. Завтрак тоже понравился, сервировался в лобби, достаточно уютно, всем хватало места, был выбор и возможность упаковать продукты с собой!
В номере не работала посудомойка,и она была заполнена грязной посудой от предыдущих проживающих. Это вопрос к уборке и техническим службам отеля

Die Lage ist sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen, traumhaft. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich, hervorzuheben ist Manager Greg der immer im Kontakt mit uns und anderen Gästen war, ob alles in Ordnung ist und gab Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. So stellt ein gut geführtes Hotel vor.

Beautiful location, very clean, great staff.
When we arrived, there was no television service due to satellite issue, and the heat didn’t work in our room. We had to move to new room at 11:00 pm. Neither were in staff’s control and they were very accommodating

Beautiful views from the roof top, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Great choice for families with kids as they have access to two pools. The location is great, close to the park and Soto beach.
Parking should be included and not extra cost.

Great hotel and location. It is close to Eckerd College which is why we visit. Excellent continental breakfast. Also, right next door to The Island Grille and Bar. A really good restuarant.

My stay was a special end of summer getaway to celebrate nearing retirement year as an educator. It was also, our family's first trip with our pup in which we drove nearly ten hours. The pool and restaurant next door were a bonus. What's more, the manager kindly fulfilled our request for a double rather than a king accomodation, with the most extraordinary view. All the staff was amazing from the check-in to breakfast buffet and housekeeping staff. We definitely will consider visiting again and will certainly recommend to others.

This is a hotel proper for weddings, conventions, or just for families to enjoy! The facilities, balconies, mattresses, pools, amenity restaurant, (noise only until 10:00 pm), and decor is amazing, as it is the included high quality breakfast! The personnel is the best! So friendly! I highly recommend it!
In addition, Fort Desoto, next door, has one of the most beautiful virgin beaches to enjoy the sunset! There's a small pier too, if you like fishing! John's Pass is about fifteen minutes away, a great place with many restaurants, tourists shops, and a variety of boats to catch to enjoy the sunset at the sea, including a pirate one for kids, big and small! On the West, the Sunken Gardens and the St. Petersburg Pier, (about forty minutes away), are worth to visit as well!
Nothing really. This is the best hotel I've ever seen! Even the breakfast facility stayed open a little bit later than it supposed, in benefit of the late clients!

it was fresh and delicious and the people from the kitchen very friendly and helpful. I love to see everything very clean I met a Spanish lady from Ecuador very nice lady she was attended a very helpful with us.
I got there on June 4 early morning my check in was at 4pm, I decided to call to see if I can check in early and they were very unpolite and rude I just continued with this reservation because it was paid already. But these ladies from the customer service that morning were very unpolite, rude. I don't understand how they work there if they don't have patient to deal with customers.

6 person room with only 4 plates, cups, glasses etc.
No complete kitchen: no oven and microwave didn't have an oven function.
Nothing to do in the neighbourhood and need to pay toll to get anywhere.
