Place is clean. Self check in. No problem as this is our 2nd time staying.

Lift and parking share by others. 2nd time staying do no problem looking for parking. Lift landing can be cleaner.

We were disturbed by loud thumping music and vocal raucous from 11pm to 4am from the apartment one level below on both nights that we were there. There was no shower in one of the bathrooms

Kuvauksen merinäköala ei toteutunut. Huone oli myös studio huoneisto, vaikka esitteessä puhuttiin erillisestä makuuhuoneesta ja olohuoneessa olevasta sofabed-lisävuodemahdollisuudesta. Erittäin hitaat hissit. Viidestä hissistä vain kaksi oli toiminnassa.

The master bedroom in the main area , the windows insulation have gap and the aircon condenser air circulation makes loud whistling sound that is disturbing especially in the night when you are sleeping.

Poor condition of the building...housekeeping very poor...it felt like the bedsheets and pillow cases very not laundered and fresh! Kitchen has no towels or napkins..so, we ended up buying these!! Hence our score of max 5 out of 10!!

Our stay was good; we managed to book a room for one night. Since we were carrying our baby, we opted for an apartment rather than a hotel. The studio was clean, and there was a pleasant smell every time we entered the residence. Two queen-size beds were placed in the room. The balcony was perfect for having a little talk and enjoying wine while watching the breathtaking view of Melaka city. Don't worry, even though it was advertised as having a sea view, you will actually get both the sea view on your right and the city view on your left. A plus point was the jacuzzi. If you bring your kids along, they could play in it. The water shower pressure was pretty good, ideal for long-hour travelers who want to take a good shower and then rest. No cockroaches or bugs were found, and the rooms were clean. The air conditioning was good; two air conditioners were provided and the cooling period was just right within a few minutes. The material of the bed was good too; there was no pain or discomfort while sleeping. Overall, I could give it a 10/10. A plus point was that the management would send you each and every step for you to check in, so there was no problem if you checked in late at night, as we did after 12 am. There were plenty of parking spaces available, but make sure to park at the reserved floors only. There is a skybox located at the highest floor, but we didn’t get a chance to visit it as it was too late. However, don't miss the chance if you book this unit. Great service

I recommend that homestays, including this one, consider providing a hook or space for a baby swing cot, as it's a common need for Asian families and transporting the frame can be quite cumbersome.

Clear instructions given on how to access the apartment. Clean towels and warm shower provided. Space just sufficient for 6 of us. Complimentary parking for one vehicle.

Nothing to much to dislike except karaoke singing can be heard in one particular room in the night and morning.

Love the view! Also very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. We booked 3 nights and at the end of our stay, we found we could have stayed longer. That’s how much we liked the place.

The fantastic sea view is the only asset of the apartment.

The apartment was really disappointing. The list of problems is very long: - The surroundings: the condition of the whole building is poor. There are water intrusions everywhere, there are no sunbeds or towels at the pool, there is damage and problems everywhere. - The shopping mall does not exist - it is a huge space that is completely empty except for one small store. - The apartment: water intrusions in the living room and bathrooms; - The fan system did not work properly even though we replaced the dead batteries in the control units. Only one of those worked properly. - The use of the TV was not explained at all (3 different controls). - The second bedroom is more or less a closet with no windows. - The fans were apparently not maintained and squeak when started. - Balcony: There is one table and only ONE chair. - Kitchen: 1 large knife, no dinner knives, no coffee maker, no kitchen towels
