The villa is very well located for the resort centre and the beach. It was really nice having our own pool.

The property could benefit from some maintenance. The railings at the bottom of the steps are coming away from the wall which is dangerous. The fridge freezer also leaks all over the floor. There was a blocked sink in the downstairs bathroom which they did come out and fix. The pool lining is coming away from the wall. There were no cleaning products or cleaning cloths to keep the place clean and no soap in the bathroom. We had to do dishes with shower gel! I also found a used makeup pad under the bed which would suggest that cleaning wasn't very thorough. Also there was one air conditioning unit in the upstairs hall which didn't really do much for cooling the house. Messages about issues weren't always responded to.

The location was really convenient. We are so close to the beach. You just have to walk down 5 minutes and you are on the beachfront with all the shops and restaurants. We liked that there were no rave parties. The place is really clean with the basic stuff you need. We had a few problems like we ran out of gas but didn't know where to check but we called the property manager and they came so quick to fix it. And the view you wake up to in the morning is just amazing.

The coffee machine wasn't that good and the kettle could do with a bit of an upgrade as it was malfunctioning a lot. There was nothing to clean the bbq area with (but we bought some and left it there so whoever comes next, this won't be a problem) everything else was great.we had a lovely stay.
