房间很大，很干净，每日都有人打扫；

早餐需要点，上菜很慢，不是自助餐，种类很少； 不值哦 ！ 餐厅服务员态度一般。前台态度不错；

I had problems checking in. I reserved two rooms for a party of 5. Was only given two vouchers for breakfast. When we went down for breakfast, we were told it’s a 30 minute wait. We left.

Rooms are good

I paid for the breakfast as part of the room booking but I was told only American breakfast is eligible. Why do you collect my money when you don't offer vegetarian? I am a vegetarian and veg items are not covered in American breakfast.

I liked the bedding and sheets. Seems very comfortable, new and clean. Personnel were very nice and polite. Gloria was exceptional. Overall feeling was surprisingly good, the people made the difference, even the receptionist at the night time checkin was great.

I didn’t like the limited options for breakfast, but thankfully the staff accommodated our requests and gave us more options. Nevertheless the portions were small. Noise in the rooms was quite something- super loud. Also there is a general feeling of worn/torn despite investing in the facilities. Inadequacies of the facilities were adjusted by the great staff.

1. It’s right next to the freeway so you can get to the Bayside Market area and anywhere else pretty quickly. 2. The beds are comfortable.

1. The parking lot is extremely small and could potentially fill up quickly and leave people without a place to park. There were 4 large trucks with advertising taking up at least 14 spaces. 2. The lock on my door was faulty and wouldn’t lock unless I slammed the door a certain way. 3. The toilet kept running the entire time and this is after asking maintenance to fix it. It was extremely loud.

The cleanliness of the building. The staff that we dealt with was very kind and patient. There was a bar and great breakfast. Plenty of seating. Close to the interstate. It was quick for us to get to any part of the city.

Surrounding neighborhood was almost deal breaker. However the staff made sure to keep the property free from trouble. We were comfortable walking to the 7-11 on the corner. People in the area paid us no any attention.

Our room was nice and clean

Bad location the urber driver warned us not to be out walking around bad neighborhood, the next morning we were waiting on our ride and there was people laying in the sidewalks and a partially dressed lady was standing in the middle of the street and the area smelled awful. No places close to eat only one convenient store a block away. The attendant the evening we checked in was nice but the attendant the next morning rolled her eyes when we asked the nearest place to get something to eat.

I received a message about cancellation of my room after I landed into Miami from Texas after I was sent a text advising me that my stay was waiting .

The coffee machine in the room was not working and was not fixed after reminding 3 times and asked to get from the restaurant on the first floor.

Het was overall niet het mooiste hotel maar dat weet je van te voren ook wel.

Smoke detectors were covered in tape!!! The front desk lady was rude and unfriendly. When I walked up, she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Not a smile, look up or “ I’ll be right with you” She ignored me for 10 mins while she played with the key machine. Her name was Kim I believe. Hair back in a tight bun.

Everything has been nice until we had to go for our breakfast. so, we booked for a room for 4 people with breakfast. when we went to the breakfast dining, the waitress said they charge breakfast. so i went to the concierge to ask. then she handed me a breakfast stub and it seemed like they forgot to give it to us when we checked in. Then she told me its only good for two people. i told her i booked for 4 but she just said that they only have breakfast for 2 and dismissed me acting like she didnt care. Then when we went back to the breakfast dining, she told us to sit down and she will come to us. And she never did!! she told us twice or 3 times that shes coming but we been waiting for 30-40mins already but she never did. we went ahead other people but they got their order already and we never even got to the menu. i dont know if its because we're asians or what. but its just so disappointing.

the staffs and the breakfast situation. not one was helpful except for the manager who seemed to listen to our complains.
