The condo was perfectly located for all our needs in the southern Denver area. It was clean, felt safe, and most importantly felt like home!
I will look for this property again for my next visit to the area.

We are from out of state and had a wedding in Littleton. Leanne’s place was the perfect central spot! We weren’t far from the airport, close to the venue, lots of site seeing within a short drive. There was plenty to do and see. Truly was great and would stay here again and recommend!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this property and it was absolutely incredible. The HVAC was 100% comfortable (often this is our #1 complaint at other locations). The place was spotless. Owners use cleaning products from Young Living, with no harsh chemicals or foul odors. We would stay here again with no hesitation (heck, we'd live there for good, if we could, LOL).

This condo was beautiful. The information for booking and staying was fantastic. The hosts were timely and pleasant in their communication. Best of all, the property was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. I found this place to be very peaceful.

Beautiful property with lots of room for my children and I. We stayed for a week and it was so great being able to cook and do laundry for my family. Very spacious and excellent wifi so my kids could log in and do homework. Plus separate rooms to keep them both happy!! We plan on returning again and hope this condo is available for us❤️

Wow, this place leaves no stone unturned. Great location for a place called Boondocks for all ages. Also went to Red Rocks and Park Idaho Springs. You can stay off I-70 with minimal traffic. Had every amenity, including a garage. Quiet neighborhood with basketball court and so much more. Will stay there again.

We were traveling from Iowa to Colorado for our nephews funeral. Two of our grown children, my husband and I stayed at the VRBO and It was perfect for us. The 3 beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms for four adults was very nice. After the service we were able to invite some cousins, who also had traveled from out of state over to sit and visit and we ordered pizza for supper and it was very comfortable for all. The location was good for us to grab a few groceries for breakfast and also close to several good restaurants. Each morning my daughter and I walked on the paved trail that was right outside our building.
We would love to return here when we have more time and really explore the area.

My two daughters and I really enjoyed our nearly two week stay here while showing horses in Parker. The property was exactly as described- convenient, safe, well-appointed, homey and clean. Everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. I was a little disappointed that my oversized car did not fit into the garage, but I appreciated the carport and the ability to walk from the garage right into the unit. The unit is a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, and I especially liked having a gas station and convenience store just across the street. The close proximity to E-470 was a bonus. I will not hesitate one moment to book this lovely condo again.

It was a great location. It was quiet. The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. My, well my kids, only issue was their bed rooms didn’t have a tv in them. But overall it was amazing and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed from plenty of sleeping arrangements, a washer and dryer to a fully stocked kitchen. Also talk about location! We were minutes from everything. Communication with Leanne was great and she quickly responded to any questions we had. If we’re ever in the area again we will stay here!

This comfy and clean condo was perfect for our stay while visiting family and friends in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware and bakeware. The private garage was a plus with having direct access into the condo. The walking path leading to a fun play area and a picnic gazebo was a hit with the kids. Check-in was easy and there was prompt communication with owners. We will definitely stay here again!

This was, hands down, the best VRBO experience we have ever had! Leanne was so helpful and communicative, and the condo was super clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed including pantry staples. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Denver area!

This condo was perfect for us. It is very well equipped. The utensils, knives, pots and pans, etc. are of high quality. The condo is very quiet even though you’re close to a fairly busy street and there’s a unit above you. We will stay here again!

We appreciated the attention to details which just made the stay so much nicer, such as hangers in the closets, basic supplies in the kitchen, and even extra detergent/shampoo/etc in case you forgot something. Although the garage was a tight squeeze for our minivan, it fit & we appreciated having the garage access.

This was a great place for my family during our extended 3-week stay. It had everything we needed. Groceries and shopping are a short drive away. It's also an easy drive to get to downtown Denver. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. I would definitely recommend this condo.

I confirmed on the listing and it doesn't show nor say how many stairs there are. As someone who was not able to lift more than 10lbs, these stairs - 30+ STEEP stairs - made it really hard on my mother-in-law lugging all of our luggage up. The bathrooms are also outdated but were clean nonetheless. Kitchen is nice and roomy. Couches are hard and uncomfortable. Gets the job done.

We loved this property! It met all of our needs. We stayed for 3 weeks and were so happy with it! The condo is spacious, well equipped, clean and in an excellent location in northern Parker/southern Centennial. There is a convenience store/gas station across the street. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
