The location, the facilities,the comfort and how easy was for doing the check-in and use all appliances available.

I have just two suggestions. I suggest the owners to let more towels available for people who will stay more days. We stayed 12 days and had just 5 towels for 3 people. Also, I suggest the owners to let available a mop or even a broom so that people who want to clean the room do it by themselves.

I became ill with COVID and called the property manager who told me to call Booking.com instead. They reached out to her to inform her that I had COVID and was only traveling with another person. She denied the request stating the policy is flexible but it is not approved. I understand there are rules but there is not much I can do about becoming ill. The property in pictures looked very nice and clean but take into consideration that if something happens out of your control you will NOT get your money.

The breakfast was OK but there was no cream for coffee and no meat like bacon or sausage

I didn't like not having the name of the hotel. Was supplied address but not hotel name.

No coffee maker in room. Ice machine were nowhere to be found.

I paid more going through Booking.com than if I went through the hotel. I tried to get price adjustment but with no luck...its a scam. The hotel room was privately owned which I didn't know. BE CAREFUL when booking. Reached out with no response. Room next door partied with loud music until 5am! Hotel would do nothing. Air conditioner in this room was extremely loud. TERRIBLE experience!
