The one room with the bunk beds had no circulation whatsoever and was very hot for sleeping.

The place was close to the beach
There was garbage when we arrived to the house. It was soon resolved

Everything was properly planned from Vacasa property management team. They followed up over phone, sent emails with required information. Place was very convenient to village. Entire area was quiet and must visit for nature loving people.
Property management team were quick in responding to requests. Property manager apologized as it was too late to replace faucet in bathroom as it was broken but they did replace first thing in the morning. There are streaming devices in every room to relax. I will come back to this place again in future. My kids really enjoyed their stay.
Everything is great but here are my recommendations
1) Faucets are old and it took sometime for me to understand how to use them
2) TV's are bit old and they can be refreshed
3) Stairway entrance has unique smell. Please do something it. Ex: new paint or Deodorize

Everything was perfect except for the propane was empty we weren’t able to cook our meals on the grill was not happy at all. Will not be book again

we liked how close it was to the village
ants were all over the kitchen and bathroom and there were ants traps all over the place but they clearly were not working

Accommodation is very dated and tired. Rips in the couches. Dusty. Heat light in downstairs bathroom is not warm.

The other room with bunk beds. It was very small for 6 people.

The house located in very quiet area.. beautiful atmosphere.
The unit was clean in general but when you get into details you will start notice some issues.. as example one of the towels has some dirt on it, the bathroom floor has some old dirt.. Cleaning team should be more focused.
Some part of the house has dust.

Decor is a bit dated and carpeted. But it was very clean.

A little update to the standing shower would be much more nicer. It's a bit to small

Feel like at home, with different supplies available
it would be great if additional fobs can be provided, and parking is difficult for the second car to find the spot

- TV remotes did not work
- Microwave did not work
- we were locked out on the final due to some issue with the main door lock( and had to leave a whole cake in the refrigerator)
Everything else was great, loved the location, decor, layout, will definitely recommend the place to anyone going to blue mountain

The location is great, very close to the village market. Not too far from the beaches too.
I did not like about the parking. It was mentioned upon booking that 2 spots were allocated but no mention that 1 will be in the visitor parking. Also the cable TV was giving us a little problem, the picture becomes grainy once in a while that we have to touch the cable wire to fix it.

Condo needs to have a furniture refresh.
The living room furniture is comfortable but is showing wear.
