Le personnel est sympathique, la literie est confortable, la terrasse sur le toit est superbe, et de bons restaurants et autres commerces sont à proximité

Il y a avait une importante fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain par conséquent la chasse d'eau n'était plus fonctionnelle, malgré la venu d'un technicien, le problème était récurrent, heureusement je suis resté seulement 2 nuits

Das Personal war sensationell! Ausnahmslos ALLE waren IMMER freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . So was habe ich in der Form wirklich noch nie erlebt!!! Einfach perfekt und wirklich ohne Worte. Überirdisch! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es wurde immer aufmerksam nachgefragt oder auch nachgelegt. Zimmer sauber. Einziges Manko, wenn man es so nennen kann, war die Moschee mit den sehr lauten Rufen des Muezzins. Aber das gehört zur Landeskultur und deshalb auch völlig ok. Das wussten wir vorher.

Wir fanden das "Ibn Batouta", benannt nach dem berühmten Weltreisenden des 14. Jahrhunderts, ein sehr gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel, an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im Stadtteil Gueliz gelegen. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem ebenfalls geräumigen möblierten und mit seitlichen Sonnenblenden versehenen Balkon Auch das Frühstück war voll in Ordnung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt gilt dem stets freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal im Frühstücksraum und in den anderen Bereichen. Auf der hübschen Dachterrasse mit Pool kann man tagsüber und abends einfache aber leckere Gerichte bestellen. Mit einem Taxi ist man in 5 Minuten für 50 DH oder 5 € am Djemaa el Fna...

Aun que sea un hotel de 3 Estrellas está recién reformado, nuestra habitación era la más barata y estaba súper bien y muy amplia. El personas y la comida excelente

Por decir algo, echaba en falta en el baño alguna pastilla de jabón, gel, pasta de dientes… Únicamente había un jabón universal en el lavabo y en la ducha

Il frigo non ghiaccia molto , il bagno per essere una suite non era compatibile, poca pressione al lavandino, poca luce in bagno , non scaricava bene i tubi del lavandino , wifi a volte c'era a volte no , lenzuola a volte le cambiano non tutti i giorni, alcune sporche, eravamo nella suite.

Wonderful staff and exceptional cleanliness made my stay memorable. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement et la serviabilité du personnel.

J’ai pris une chambre deluxe mais je n’ai trouvé quasi aucune différence avec la chambre normale anciennement prise. De plus, j’ai trouvé qu’il faisait super froid même avec le chauffage allumé et qu’il fallait sans arrêt le laisser allumer pour être réchauffer un peu, le wifi est catastrophique vraiment.

Tout était parfait pour 7 nuits

Property was clean, located about a 20 minute walk from the medina (we are fast walkers) you walk down a main road to the medina so felt safe every late at night. Located close to a shopping centre with supermarket, easy to get a taxi and felt safe at night. Staff were really friendly apart from a couple on the first day we arrived who were a little bit rude. The guys on the door were super friendly though and helped us with taxis on the first day. Very helpful lady on the front desk on the last night who helped us print our boarding pass as we didn’t realise you needed to have a printed copy for Marrakesh airport.

We were facing the road and there is a mosque which has the call to prayer play and the doors aren’t very sound proof, it didn’t bother us but might if you are a very light sleeper for the morning one or if taking a nap in the afternoon. The room was clean but the shower was cold and hot intermittently with about 5 seconds of water every 20 seconds that was tolerable to wash in so you had to be quick.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but what was there was really, really good. Now that I'm back in Japan I find myself wishing I could have this hotel's breakfast again. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was close to downtown. We were staying here when the September 2023 earthquake hit. There was some shaking but the hotel was relatively undamaged. Some colleagues staying at other hotels had to evacuate, but we were able to stay here until the end of our stay without any troubles.

The breakfast had little variety. They served the same things every day. However, what they did serve was delicious enough that I still found myself looking forward to breakfast, even though I usually don't eat much in the mornings. There was a mix-up at check-in. I thought I was paying the city tax, but they had actually double charged me for the entire stay, even though I had already paid through Booking.com. I should've been paying more attention, but after a 30 hour flight I wasn't thinking very clearly. After I realized what had happened, the staff were quick to resolve the issue and refunded my credit card. They allowed me to handle the city tax at check-out. I was disappointed that the rooms had no bathtubs and very small sinks. Without any laundry facilities, I was prepared to do laundry by hand, but I wasn't able to because our rooms only had very shallow sinks with no plug and a shower stall. I also was not terribly impressed with how the staff handled the earthquake. There wasn't any attempt to direct guests to safety and we were left to fend for ourselves. I suppose they don't have many earthquakes in Marrakech so I can't expect them to have an earthquake plan, but I'm left worried what might have happened had the tremors been worse. There was no outlet near the desk, making it inconvenient to use a PC there. Also, the WiFi was very unreliable in my room. I ended up having to tether my phone to my PC to get any work done. It was still an enjoyable stay overall. Certainly not without a few disappointments, but I'd still happily stay here again for the price.

The location is great, staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable. The rooftop pool area is nice too and breakfast is decent.

The rooms could be cleaner and unlike what it says, not all superior rooms are the same size and they don’t all have a balcony.

For a 3 start hotel, our expectations were definitely surpassed. On arrival, we were greeted by the most friendly staff, as we arrived before check-in we were allowed to relax at the rooftop pool until our room was ready. Once we were able to access our room we were impressed with the very spacious and comfortable bedroom was plenty of wardrobe space and a mini fridge, and we also received complimentary water. The room also had a lovely view. We found this hotel to be ideally located and in walking distances of numerous restaurants and the local mall. Overall, We had a very comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Minad/city centre.

The bathroom was on the smaller side but still very manable for 2 people so not a dislike but I like to comment on the size of bathrooms and rooms in general as I know that can be an issue for some travellers.
