I generally stay exclusively at Marriott Properties. The Rudest manager ever! They cancelled our room at 6:30 because we did not check in before that due to our delayed flight. We booked 2 nights for my daughters college weekend. His first reason was our delayed arrival, second reason my declined American Express. NOT THE CASE. The lack of professionalism at this Marriott was devastating. We scrambled to find a hotel to accommodate us on the busiest weekend. missed our dinner reservations . The gentleman is disgrace to Marriotts name!

You can hear everything in other rooms next door to you and upstairs. We heard people fighting on and off all night. It was terrible.

The room was perfect- spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Fridge & Microwave, Krups coffee maker were nice but would have liked a water kettle for tea and real creamer for coffee instead of the powdered kind. Reception amd staff in lobby very friendly.

I chose this hotel because it was listed as having a restaurant, I wasn’t well and didnt have a car and didn't want to have to leave for meals. When I asked about the restaurant at late evening checkin they pointed at the coffee counter/bar in the lobby. They informed me breakfast starts at 7:00 but failed to mention it closes already at 9:30. In most hotels breakfast is served at least until 10:00…. So when I arrived at 9:40 there was no more breakfast possible . The lady was friendly though and directed me to a fabulous nearby place. My expectation for a proper restaurant breakfast in the hotel was not met and the reason I rated the hotel as not meeting my expectations. But it was all good in the end. I’d stay there again though.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the events and activities There's a great lounge area which worked out perfect for our extended family get together, due to rain. Roof top area was amazing, pub food was fantastic as were both of the bartenders!

My only thoughts were that the pool could have been slightly warmer.

Not everything on the menu was available, but they did their best to accommodate us.
