Location is great in the center of old town square. Check-in was easy and host was very communicative. Washer/Dryer were very helpful as we were traveling for several weeks. Enjoyed the balconies. Kitchen is well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would highly recommend staying here.

The location is fantastically located in Old Town in the middle of it all! We could eat any kind of food, grocery near by, and transliteration is super easy. Had a great time.

We rented both units, the studio and the 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was great, even though there is alot of activity in the neighborhood, there was no noise coming from outside when the windows were closed. We could even sit in the balcony at night and enjoy the music from the jazz bar across the street if we wanted, which was great. I think that it would be useful to have some towel hangers in the bathrooms. The place is small but functional and comfortable, and exactly how it looks in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay in the 2 apartments (as there were 4 of us, 2 couples). One is a 1 bedroom with a larger kitchen area, the other is a studio with a kitchenette. Both units have their own full bathrooms and lovely balconies. The location was perfect, easy stroll to the many restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, transit etc. we enjoyed the hike up to the viewpoint just a block up the street. Yes you do need to carry luggage up the 3 storeys, but are rewarded with these nicely appointed apartments and a delicious bottle of wine too!

We were very impressed with this place. Clean,modern, great location. Communication was outstanding. We highly recommend but want to note that stairs might be an impediment to some.

We rented 2 appartments that is possible to combine. We were very happy with the check in process although people should be aware they have to walk 5 minutes through the old town (pedestrian streets) and the apartments are on the 3rd floor. No elevator. The apartments are newly renovated and luxurious. Beautiful scenery from the balcony. Lots of resteraunts and charming shops. Good alr-comditioning. Highly recommended!

A beautiful property, perfect for our family! Superb location, close to the tramway, shops, restaurants, beach and other sights! Gorgeous apartment, we all spent mornings and evenings on the balconies enjoying the sights. Well appointed, lots of USB ports, air conditioning, very well furnished. The welcome bottle of wine was so thoughtful as well! Just be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs! Dorina was very attentive and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Girls' Family Heritage trip- 5 adults, 1 teen. What a way to start our France adventure! This place is so lovely and so comfortable. The view from either of the 2 balconies with my morning coffee was out of a dream. The location is central to everything we wanted to do in the Old Town. And the beach is a short walk away. The information booklet that was sent in advance was so helpful! Next time I won't forget the advice on how to get there from the airport! Tram, not Uber!! The host and property manager were very responsive and so friendly. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. Of the 8 places we stayed on this trip, this was our favorite.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is fantastic. The 2 bedroom was perfect for us (3 girlfriends). It is beautifully decorated and we loved the views from the balconies. The host was super responsive with any questions. I would LOVE to stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Just a great stay. We loved southern France. Nice was a great springboard for our adventures and this property was perfect. Yes, we’re old and the stairs were a challenge, but other than that we really enjoyed the property!

This property is in an amazing location. The 3 flights of steps will be a challenge for those who aren’t able but for those that can, it is a fair price to pay for the location, the layout, the modern conveniences this property has to offer. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Nice.

The location could not have been better The privacy provided by the way the apartment arranged for 2 parties to stay in was excellent! However, infringe of the main door were often dog poops and the rug in the living room very dirty! I loved staying in Nice!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for seeing everything that we wanted to see in Nice. We felt safe at all times, the property was spotless, and even though it is directly above an Irish Pub in a very busy square, it was very quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. It is in an amazing location. We really enjoyed your place and our time in Nice.

Clean, comfortable stay in a perfect location in Vieux Nice. From the balcony, you can see the Cathedral and Castle Hill nearby on opposite ends of the street. Apartment Rossetti is also a short walk to Cours Saleya, and to the Opera House where we were able to watch a splendid performance of Verdi’s Macbeth. We loved our dining experience in Le Frog (opposite the opera house). We felt safe walking around town even after dark. Richard is a kind host— he allowed us early check-in when I requested for it due to a 7:30AM flight arrival. Prompt communication with property manager Dorina who emailed a useful welcome kit about the property, and tips to help us easily get oriented with the town. The only downside is that we had to carry our luggages up to the 4th floor since the apartment is in an old building (but this is minor compared to the convenient location). Thank you Richard and Dorina for everything and also for the bottle of wine!

This 2 apartment setup for ourselves and another couple was an exceptional find! The location in the heart of Old Nice couldn't have been better! Clean, cozy and quiet (with noise canceling windows closed). AC and ceiling fans for great temperature control. We could not have been happier!

I have never given a review 5 starts but this deserved it. Perfect location. In the heart of old town. Less than a few minutes from the Cathedral Vieille Ville. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The old town square is 1 block down. We loved the balconies to people watch. The apartment is immaculate, both sides. Beautifully decorated with all upgraded appliances. We couldn't believe the price. Stairs going up are a challenge. Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper & shower soaps. Beds were really comfortable as well. Don't hesitate book it.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment, in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is very nicely decorated and it has been recently renovated. The balconies were a huge plus! There are many restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walk. The beach and tram is around a 5 minute walk. The beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet at night. It is on the 3rd floor, which gives you a nice view down to the Cathedral. Unlike most buildings in the Old Town, this one is on a wider than normal street (Rue Rossetti) with large sidewalks on each side, this gives a nice open feel when sitting on the balcony. Richard was very helpful and responsive with our questions and we can’t wait to come back. This is a must stay when coming to Nice!!
