Beautiful property. Everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach - it’s all here . Gorgeous view . Ease to access the pool and beach . Could walk to bars / restaurants. 2 parking spaces . Sadly our best offered accessory was the umbrellas . Our time was spent during tropical storm Debby ! Hope to stay again in better circumstances

This condo is in a great area for beach, shopping, and dining. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Check-in is at the condo, which was wonderful after an 8 hour drive. My only complaint, which just took me a day or two to get used to, was no curtains on the windows in the family and breakfast rooms. The windows/sliders are huge and beautiful with a great view so I understand not having curtains but at night you feel a bit “exposed”. All that being said, I would rent again in a heart beat! Great place to stay!

Had a great visit at this condo with our toddler. Everything was spotless, the bed and couch were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the access to the beach was close. The kitchen was also well stocked with spices, coffee, and everything needed to cook meals in like we like to do. Just the relaxation we needed for a few days!

we stayed to attend the dec. 29th gator bowl. little did we know that the pep rallies for both teams were a few blocks away. the condo is a gem. completely updated! my wife loved it! gonna cost me some money at home to redecorate! loved our stay! Go Tigers!

We were just looking for a quick 1-week getaway to tack onto a business trip. This unit was great for our needs. Pre-trip, VRBO made payment easy, and communication with the owners was timely and informative. Once you have all the information you need, you can just go straight to the unit. No official "checkin" process required.
Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Balcony faces the Atlantic. Due to the sand dunes, you can't fully see the beach, but the water is in full view. Regarding the beach, it was very nice. Pretty clean and well-kept. The beach police to patrol fairly regularly, which was nice to see. We weren't sure about the "right" way to access the beach, as the building don't seem to have their own planked walkway to the beach. But it was convenient enough for us.
Bathrooms were nice. Water pressure in the shower was really good. Everything seems like it was updated within the last several years, which was nice.
Just a couple things of note, none of which are showstoppers, by any means:
- TVs are Roku TVs, but we could only find one Roku remote. The one works on both TVs.
- The balcony is great, but small. If you like to eat on the balcony, you may want to rethink that.
- There is no elevator for the building. This 3rd floor unit worked for us, but we are fully mobile and capable of carrying our luggage up stairs. If that is a challenge for you, again, I'd carefully consider that before renting.

This is an excellent property, beautiful, well maintained as well as stocked with everything you need for the beach! One of my aunt didn't stay because she has a bad back and couldn't do the stairs, but my mom who has had two knee surgeries could, so don't let not having an elevator discourage you if you can handle 28 step.. close access to the beech makes it worth it! Had a great stay and would definitely rent this property again!

Everything was clean, bright, crisp and delightful. We invited my brother and his wife for one night. The second bedroom was set up more for kids, but it was alright.
We enjoyed our stay. The close access to the beach was awesome. I was at a conference during the day in downtown JAX, and my wife felt perfectly at ease. The nearby restaurants were excellent.

I'm glad I didn't read the part about "no elevator". I would probably have passed and missed out on our best VRBO stay ever. The condo was so well prepared with all the amenities we needed - and then some. Watching the sunrise over the beach - while lying in a very comfortable king sized bed - was indescribable. The telescope was a surprise treat. The owner should offer lessons to other VRBO property owners and managers.
