Moonlight Reflections
Te sentirás como en casa tan pronto como abras la puerta de esta hermosa casa. Es muy cálido y acogedor con el calor de una chimenea de gas y se aloja como una gran sala. Cuando te sientas afuera en el porche cubierto, tienes vistas a la montaña y al estanque. También puede escuchar la transmisión en ejecución que limita con la propiedad. Tiene la comodidad de todo a poca distancia en coche. Moonlight Reflections es un buen lugar para reunirse con su familia para disfrutar de la comodidad de quedarse y disfrutar de una película, un juego de mesa o un buen libro en el rincón de la biblioteca. Hay pesca, golf, ciclismo, senderismo, natación, esquí y mucho más. La diversidad de restaurantes seguramente elevará sus intereses desde suizos, mexicanos, estadounidenses, italianos o simplemente una tienda de sándwiches gourmet, todo dentro de un corto radio de 8 millas. Para aquellos que disfrutan de la cocina, hay una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor. Hay 3 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio, uno con una cama individual y 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio tipo loft. Disponible es un buen colchón inflable y un sofá que lo hace cómodo para que 8 duerman. ya sea que se vaya a pasar un momento agradable con la familia o un fin de semana romántico juntos, ha encontrado el lugar adecuado para quedarse. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the property. Kathy was communicative and helpful every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us secure a babysitter while we attended a local wedding given we were traveling out of town. The kids enjoyed searching for frogs around the pond, and us parents loved reading on the back deck while the kids napped. Thank you Kathy!

Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Moonlight Reflections. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was a 5 minute drive to Belleayre Mountain. It was also really close to an amazing new restaurant called the Printing House that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We all enjoyed our stay in Kathy's home while we took our daughter and her three friends skiing at Belleayre Mt. House was so close to the mountain it made it convenient to drive back and forth. Her home is cozy and clean and sits on a beautiful property with the sound of a rushing creek out back. We hope to come back again so we can experience the property/surroundings in another season.

We had a fantastic time atKathy‘s home. It was warm and cozy, and the perfect place for access to the ski mountains. I hope to be able to go back next season as my whole family, including the dog, enjoyed the lovely home and property. Cathie wasn’t an incredible host, and really attentive to all of my questions. The house is well stocked with supplies and of course, we enjoyed the welcoming bottle of wine.

This property is truly a home away from home!! It was cozy and inviting, not to mention it included all of the day to day necessities. We celebrated my mother-in-law's 70th Birthday and I'm so happy we settled on Moonlight Reflections! Also, you could not ask for a better host, Kathy, who was prompt with her responses and was so accomodating. It was nice to sit back and relax by the fire, surrounded by all of the comforts of home! It was obvious Kathy put a ton of thought into the decor and accomodations, to ensure all of her guests have a warm and welcoming experience. This place exceeded our expectations to the point we're already in the process of booking it for later this year, which speaks for itself. If you're reading this review, book it, you will not be disappointed!

Walking into this cottage after an 11 hour grueling drive from MD in rain and snow was a truly welcomed sight. The home is so cozy and warm and so nicely outfitted for guests. We stayed here as overflow guests who celebrated Thanksgiving in Margretville. The arrangements and kitchen were perfect to support Thanksgiving efforts.
My friends and I very much appreciated the hospitality of the cottage and host. Thank you!

Moonlight Reflections was the perfect cabin for our weekend away. Filled with everything we could need and more, Kathy thought of it all. Loved the cozy feel and layout as well as the beautiful scenery. We will be return guests for sure.

We attended a wedding, and needed a comfortable place to sleep and get ready for all of the wedding festivities. From the numerous beds, the two bathrooms, and the spacious living room, covered porch, and covered deck, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Close to the wedding venue as well as stores/restaurants.
Highly recommend staying here and we will be returning to enjoy the area we didn’t get a chance to see.

The house is beautiful and charming. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you're looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation, this house is perfect. Kathy was very easy to reach and very accodmating. She resolved an issue promptly and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this house in Fleischmanns NY.

We stayed here for a family wedding that was at Spillian. Absolutely loved it! The location was amazing. Close to the venue and places to eat. The house itself was perfect and super cozy. Very peaceful backyard. It was a quick weekend, but we loved hanging out on the porch listening to the frogs and the creek. If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely stay at this place again.

We stayed here when we were attending our niece's wedding nearby. Communications with the host went smoothly and she was very responsive. Having the 2 bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room to take off the chill (especially as it rained one day), and the covered deck was great. The house was spotless and the host had included everything to make our stay a positive experience.

We rented the house for a month- to have easy access to Belleayre mountain for skiing (5 mins). Kathleen, the property owner was very attentive when needed. The cabin itself is old (100 years old?) but they’ve clearly renovated parts and maintained it well. There are two twin beds in the attic, above the kitchen that became the girls room. There is ample space to eat and relax by the fire. Would absolutely stay there again.

Our family enjoyed our ski getaway. Location is extremely convenient for those looking to ski at Belleayre (less than a 10 minute drive). The road is extremely quiet and the surroundings are lovely and serene (loved having our coffee in the great room overlooking a beautiful snowy scene!). This is an older home as described so visitors should just be aware of that (extra layers of plastic on the windows keep them cozy and warm) but it is well cared for and extremely clean. The owner is attentive and addressed any concerns we had promptly and thoroughly. Even had a thoughtful touch of leaving a bottle of wine for us! We would rent again for our next mountain visit, which I hope is soon!

We had an amazing weekend here. The property was clean, welcoming and incredibly close to skiing. We didn’t get the welcome email from vrbo, so we had a small issue getting the information to check in. Kathleen was great and responded quickly to get us in to the property. She was very receptive to texts and had great recommendations for food. Highly recommend! We hope to be back!

We had a great time at Kathleen’s beautiful yard and pond and outdoor seating area and a cozy living place with lots of beds. There’s a house quite close which you can’t tell from the pictures, but otherwise it’s exactly as listed and perfect!

We loved our long weekend stay at Kathy's property. We were celebrating our anniversary with the family, and it came exactly as advertised. It's quiet, cozy, and comfortable, and the back deck is a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Hiking, dining, and shopping are all reasonably close by, but the house is well equipped if you decide to just stay home and relax. Kathy is easy to reach and quick to respond, overall it was a wonderful experience that makes us want to come back.

This was a family vacation - myself, my husband, our daughter, our son and his wife and our grandchildren. The property is beautiful, tranquil and super relaxing. We spent the days on the back deck just enjoying the time together - and the kids had the best time in the pond and running around. Kathleen is very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. Summer Get-a-Way
The house and property were an oasis in the mountains. Great location to base from for easy day excursions to the many great surrounding towns. Relaxing on the back porch and getting the fire pit going in the evening was a highlight. Needed more time! Kathy was on top of things and communication leading up to and during the stay was just right.

Tranquility and beauty
What a beautiful and tranquil home! The two decks were perfect for enjoying the beauty of the Catskills and the interior of the house was warmly inviting - wish it had been cold enough for a fire. Kathy has gone to great effort to provide everything needed in the kitchen, blankets, and linens and was a responsive and generous host who greeted us with a bottle of wine. The sound of the stream running behind the deck accompanied by the chirping of birds was a perfect place to unwind. We are already planning our return in the fall.

June Girls Getaway
Booking went extremely well and easy. It was our first time using vrbo. We went away with 5 childhood friends. This was our 39 th year going away together. We really enjoyed the outside deck and gas fire pit. In the mornings and afternoons we sat outside talking and catching up. Very relaxing and beautiful view of the pond and mountains. The living room was also a great meeting place. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of sheets, towels, games, kitchen dishes,etc. Beds were comfortable. In the afternoon we went for a hike. Many trails to pick from. A couple of us went zip lining at Hunter Mountain. Great experience! Our suggestions would be to update outside deck furniture and windows. We would go back. The owner Kathleen was extremely accommodating and made our experience even better.

It was very comfortable, great mix of old and new, meaning the original house has a lot of nice touches and charm; coupled that with a nice house addition that includes a cedar paneled family room, gas fireplace and newer bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
