very nice property, ideal for 5 adults, really nice place to stay would love to book again next time I'm in Plymouth but only on a sunny day.

was on the 5th floor, steps on the outside of building was surprising, got my cardio just going up and down (no lift) in the building, sink tap not attached , bit lose, but working ok, one of the bathroom lights would flicker, living room chair needs a screw to tighten the leg, just a bit of Maintenace.

Nice sized rooms and good facilities Fab views!

A little bit tricky to find Stains on carpet

Really nice apartment. Just 1 street back from the Hugh Street. Plenty of shops. Wetherspoons 2 minutes. Takeaways. Supermarkets. Really good. Tried for next week. But fully booked. Not surprised. Thankyou. Brill.

I liked how spacious it was and how welcoming it was when you walk in.

It was dust everywhere. The hot tap didn't work found hairs on the bedding. Toothpaste dirt all around the sink tiles. Smelt funky when we walked in. Nothing was working properly on the sky.

The fact that we had to climb up stairs to get to the top floor apartment.

Location was great. We had a hire car and the ability to park under the building was great as parking in this area is usually impossible. Netflix was available. 2 bedrooms + lounge - made it easier for everyone to adapt to jet lag. Was able to phone the agent for the property with issues and questions - they were friendly and helpful. Washing machine. Great kitchen. Beautiful view. Would definitely book this accommodation again when we return to Plymouth!! It was perfect for us.

Not an issue for us - but the flat was on the 4th floor so carrying cases up this was hard work... would not suit people with a mobility issue. The bunk bed room had the hot water cylinder in it that was not insulated - this made this room very hot. (Insulating this may also make cost savings for the flat). Not an issue for us - but we were there for 2 weeks and had to wash our own towels and sheets --- did not check whether we could request a change in sheets.

Decor was lovely, good amenities, beds were comfortable, rooms were a decent size.

Unfortunately a guest before us had smoked in the property leaving an extremely strong smell, especially in one of the bedrooms. There was also a dirty top left on one of the radiators, no bedding for the sofa bed (which I had specifically requested), no bag in the bathroom bin, the Sky wasnt working and the WiFi was a bit patchy. And one of the bedroom doors was extremely hard to open, and caused my mum to hurt her arm trying to open it.

Very noisy some nights from other guests having parties. internal stairs smelt really bad of urine, think people sleep there at night as the doors don’t lock. lots of rubbish outside some apartments.

it had everything you need and was clean and somewhere you can relax. it was just what we needed

The property was perfect for our needs - very clean and tidy with good facilities. Beds were really comfortable and the apartment had exceptional digital facilities such as great internet as well as Sky TV, including Sky Sports. The private underground parking was also a major plus.

No issues, the only downside was the number of stairs needed to climb before reaching the apartment. It made carrying belongings quite a task but other than that, all fine.

Was near to shopping centre.

There was no coffee machin. Tester didn't work properly.
