Decidimos compartir nuestra hermosa segunda casa en Naples Park con el mundo, porque es demasiado acogedora para no ser utilizada durante todo el año.
Así que siéntase bienvenido a disfrutar de esta maravillosa vida en nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, totalmente equipada. Relájese en la terraza en la parte delantera de la casa o en la terraza protegida en la parte trasera de nuestro hermoso patio. ¿Tienes hambre y te gustaría tener barbacoa? ¡No hay problema, nuestra parrilla está esperando ser calentada! Sin duda, también puede preparar y comer en nuestra moderna cocina.
Montar en 5 minutos a la playa (Delnor Wiggins State Park o Vanderbilt Beach) con nuestras bicicletas, o hacer esta caminata en 15 minutos. El equipo de playa te está esperando. Pasee por este vecindario agradable y encantador, al lado de restaurantes, tiendas, mercato y todo. Si trae su automóvil, puede estacionarlo en nuestro garaje adjunto. Hay mucho más espacio para traer un segundo o tercer automóvil.
También hay un pack n play y algunos juguetes para sus hijos. WIFI es gratis e incluido.
El siguiente aeropuerto es el aeropuerto Fort Myers RSW, a 25 minutos al norte de la propiedad.

We loved this property! Stephan & Maren were very gracious hosts and provided a beautiful, clean, and inviting home! We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, decor, comfortability, and location of their home! They have everything you could need for a couple of days or even longer. We used the beach chairs and cooler bags for our trips to the beach! We will definitely be planning to stay here again on our next trip down. Thank you!

When we arrived at the very clean property we were unsure if we made the right decision. Not being very familiar with this area of Naples, we had no idea how conveniently located this house is to everything!!! We had beautiful am walks to Vanderbilt beach, bike rides to The Mercado for coffee and less than 5 min drive to tons of shopping and restaurants! There are great "shuttle" services to and from the beach if you do not want to walk or deal with the parking at the beach. WE just loved it! The house had everything for the beach, 4 bikes and super clean. Stephan was very responsive during our stay with a few questions we had as well! Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect home for our family with a toddler! Everything we needed, toys, books, high chair, great pack and play with excellent mattress, lanai, great bikes with child trailer! Super easy and safe bike ride to the wonderful beach access next to the gorgeous State Park beach. Bright and homey! Simply perfect.

Incredible hosts!! Immaculately clean and organized and everything is labeled. Location is more like 1 minute to the beach! So easy peasy! This amazing family let’s you use their beach toys, baby gear, kids toys it is like they are the friendliest hosts and neighbors. Everything was pristine and new. Above and beyond! We will be back!!

Very nice, clean, great location, nice amenities. However I was unable to respond to my host on my cell phone and unable to get through to anyone on VRBO. I will hopefully get in touch with him when I am home on my computer.

This was our first VRBO experience and our first time in Naples. The welcome book gave us all the details we needed. There were plenty of dining options within a 15 minute drive. The home was inviting and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy. Definitely will recommend this VRBO to any of our friends or family who travel to Naples.

This house was perfect for our small family. Well appointed with plenty of cookware, beach chairs/towels/umbrellas, even a wagon and cart for beach gear. We especially liked the bicycles. We used 4 adult/teen sized bikes and rode everywhere. Bike pump and lock provided. There were smaller bikes too, even a tot pull-along. My family loved riding to beach and restaurants or just exploring the neighborhood. Owners were very responsive and seem truly interested in helping if any issues should arise.

This house was great for kids because they had so many things kids need. Even a bike trailer and toys.
Every year we end up bringing that stuff over from our family’s home and this year this house has everything.
The owner was fast to communicate and the house was clean.
Little farther from the beach access this year because of the hurricane but that should change once the state park opens up again

What a great experience. We were celebrating an early Christmas with our family in Naples and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you may want to do. Stephan was right on top of questions we had. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here!

My husband and I have rented many different homes in Naples Park and this one is among the most comfortable and well equipped for beach goers. Our favorite spot was the spacious screened lanai sitting under the fans…perfect dining, happy hour, and computer spot. Highly recommend for couples or families.

If you're traveling to Naples with littles, THIS is the property for you! The homeowners were so sweet and easy to work with, and they provided everything we needed for an amazing beach vacation. The home was within walking distance of the beach for those of us that wanted to, or a short seven minute bike ride for those who didn't want to walk.
The home had a high chair, toys, books, beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, two pack-n-plays and plenty of extra towels and linens. Everything we could have wanted was there. The beds were comfortable, the couch was amazing for late-night movies after the kids went to sleep, and the location was quiet.
We had a blast and will stay at this house the next time we come to Naples. Couldn't recommend it enough! Seriously, if you're on the fence about which house to rent, just do this one. We've stayed in Vacation Rentals all over the US and this one was our favorite. :)

Perfect location and nice house!
This house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and central to a lot of different places. My friends and I stayed here for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We explored Naples, went to the Everglades, checked out Sanibel Island and all were within an hour of this house. The kitchen was well stocked which was great, because we cooked at home several nights. Stephan and Maren were very friendly and responsive- we’d recommend their place to anyone!
