Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage war gut, da mitten in der Stadt.

Dass ein 2-Bett Zimmer, wenn ein solches reserviert wird, auch vorbereitet ist. Dass man, auch wenn es 2 Hotels in einem Gebäude sind, da einquartiert wird, wo man gebucht hat. Dass Zimmer vergeben werden, in denen der Teppich nass ist und danach man auch noch diskutieren darf, um ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Als das anfangs nicht funktioniert hat, wurde mir gesagt, ich soll einfach mein Geld nehmen und mir ein anderes Hotel suchen. Wir hätten fast kein Zimmer für das Wochenende gehabt, weil die Mitarbeiter einfach nicht fähig genug waren, zu erkennen, wo das Problem liegt.

Ich habe ein Babybett bestellt, leider aber nichts bekommen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Manager mich kontaktieren wird, ist aber natürlich nichts passiert. Der Eingang ist sehr Schickimicki Wir im Moment renoviert

The breakfast was limited. The staff on reception were very pleasant but slow.

Nur Frühstück

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekommen ein riesiges Zimmer mit 5 Betten sowie bei Jugendherberge, total ungemütlich. Kein Parkplatz bekommen. Wir haben uns beschwert aber keine Lösung bekommen. Echt traurig dass man was anderes bestellt und bekommt auch was anderes. Das Hotel ist in Renovierung, Aufzug funktioniert nicht, also leider sind wir unzufrieden. Schade!

The hotel's location was great, and to our delight, they provided us with paid parking, which proved to be very helpful during our stay.

Our experience was disappointing for several reasons. When we arrived at around 17:00, our reserved room was not prepared and cleaned, which was inconvenient. The staff offered us another room that was OK but unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that it lacked air conditioning and had a very unpleasant smell, likely emanating from the carpets. As a result, we had to keep the windows open for ventilation, but this led to excessive noise during the night and early morning, causing a significant disturbance. Our intention was to take a rest during our stay, as we booked the room in the middle of our journey back home, but the uncomfortable conditions left us feeling extremely exhausted. Consequently, we decided to leave the property at 7:00 in the morning.

There is no air condition in hotel at all... it was very difficult to sleep. It was 27 during the day, too hot for this hotel.
