This newly redone unit was perfect for my time at the Sugar Beach. It has everything that you need and not a bunch of things you don't need. I will be back to stay again!

The condo was clean and remodeled, I loved the relaxing colors. The kitchen has everything, even an electric teapot that we appreciated. The owners were helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. The jacuzzi is great and large, and there is also a dry sauna by the pool. The sunsets are spectacular. You can walk along the beach to the nearby espresso cafe, it's by the canoe club. It's an easy drive to any part of the island.

The condo was perfect for us and very well equipped. The bed was soooo comfy and the cookware is great quality. The views of the beach are beautiful. We sat on the lanai early morning and ate dinner there when home. The location was great as we were off touring the island most days and it is central, also just 15 mins to airport. Perfect! Everyone we dealt with gave excellent service.Highly receommend!

Sugar Beach resort is in a centrally located area of Maui, so getting to Paia to start the Road to Hana was a breeze! The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and looked exactly like the pictures. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was amazing. The waves hitting the beach right in front of the condo was amazing. The local contact person was very responsive via email. We had a great first trip to beautiful Maui!

My husband and I were here for almost 2 weeks. This condo was in the perfect location, set away from hustle and bustle but close enough to anything and everything you may need. It had everything you may need in the kitchen as well as for your outings including chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We also thoroughly enjoyed the view from the lanai and hanging by the pool in the afternoons. 100% recommend this spot and hope to be back one day!

The condo was beautiful, clean, cozy, and in a nice quiet location. Easy beach access, gorgeous pool, and lots of chairs to sit in the sun. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Lisa (owner) kept us updated on going to Maui and checked with friends and agencies to insure we would be welcomed and business would be open. Condo was well appointed and lots of spices and utensils. Lanai was enjoyable in the evenings to watch the ocean. The pool is directly below Lanai so sometimes noisy. Beach was very clean and a few steps from condo.

We had the unfortunate timing of arriving the week of the Maui wild fires. We were able to communicate easily with both the owner and property manager, which was a comfort under very trying circumstances. The condo is as advertised - clean and well stocked! We were able to cook most of our meals there on site as the kitchen had everything we needed. We would gladly stay at Sugar Beach 411 again given the opportunity.

Great location. Our unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Suggestion is to upgrade the toilet paper.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at the condo. Truly one of the most convenient locations for visiting Maui. Easy access to the west side, the north shore, the mountain parks, and the south side beaches. The condo is well taken care of and had everything we needed plus more. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus for early morning swims and soaks, the beach just steps away. We hope to make an annual trip and will keep this condo on our list for location, affordability, and amenities.

Our stay was lovely. Celebrated for my daughter's 35th birthday. We enjoyed the condo, ocean view and the sound of the waves. The property was gorgeous! Right at the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Grocery store and restaurants were 5 to 10 minutes. We'd stay again for sure! Mahalo!

The condo was as pictured, however, the building was dated. Although the location was central to everything, Sugar Beach was the only beach where the ocean water was brown and not blue. As a result, we did not swim in Sugar Beach and visited other beaches in Wailea. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added plus for our trips to the beach! The property manager, Marco was awesome. He helped us with checking in and provided more toilet paper towards mid-week. I would suggest providing Kleenex for future tenants so that they won’t use all the toilet paper. In addition, the white towels, pool towels, and linens were thin and low quality. I would highly recommend replacing the towels and linens to this beautiful condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort . We especially loved having ABC Store, the Sugar Beach Bakery across the street for the best lattes and malasadas, and Ululanis for the best Hawaiian shaved ice on the island!

This pristine condo within the Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei was perfectly located for everything that we were looking to do (driving the road to Hana, snorkeling tour out of Wailuku, beaches around Lahaina, etc). It had the most amazing view of the water and great amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything and more!! Loved our stay in your beach condo.

This space was so wonderful! We loved how centrally located it was in Maui- close to so many activities and places to eat (including Ululani's Shaved Ice)! We didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we wanted because we had so many adventures planned during our stay, but it was a great spot to come back to at the end of a long day snorkeling, whale watching, and meeting up with family. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed (and more!) here. Communication with the owner and manager was excellent, and parking was never an issue.

This is a nicely renovated and clean corner oceanfront unit with beautiful views! King size bed is super comfy! This unit is part of an old beach condo resort which is well maintained and has lots of nice on-site amenities. Would recommend.

The condo was clean and cute! I enjoyed my coffee on the lanai every morning while watching the waves crash! Highly recommend!

It was a great stay. The condo was clean with all the amenities one could desire. The condition of the complex was excellent -- clean pool, great access to a wonderful beach, and beautiful horticulture. There's even a massage salon on the premises. The location for us was ideal -- central to everywhere, yet secluded. Although one warning about the location -- when it gets windy, the winds are particular harsh on that part of the island. So why only a 4 star review. The internet went out on the third day of our stay, and while the property manager was responsive, it didn't get fixed. He gave us codes for nearby units, but the speed was too slow for video calling and efficient streaming. The lack of resolution took away from our experience.

Awesome stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this resort. We stayed at a resort prior to this, and this one exceeded our expectations. We were impressed that the host encouraged taking off shoes prior to entering. My husband is super OCD about cleanliness but felt comfortable here. We felt that communication with the property manager could have been better.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location has a beautiful ocean view and is highly accessible to the beach, pool, and shopping. We'd highly recommend staying at this condo and will likely stay here on our next trip to Maui.

Great communications and clear instructions for first time to Maui. Location is ideal for exploring the island. Or just stay put and walk the beach for hours. Short walk to bake shop, ABC, and Sushi. Gear rental on site. More shops and restaurants just a short drive. This is one of very few that put you that close to the water with remodelled style and thoughtfulness. Property staff clean pool/hot tub and grounds everyday. Grab groceries when you land and your on the beach in 15 mins. Lots of Aloha for this condo, the staff, and the experience.

We loved sugar beach! We’ve stayed down the road before, but the beach at that condo was very rocky. The beach here at Sugar Beach Resort was beautiful, clean and not many rocks. It was lovely having such easy access to the pool and beach! The owners were very lovely and accommodating. Place was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was excellent. Great views, clean and renovated interior, pool & beach access while being centrally located (close to the airport, short drive to other great spots in Maui). The check-in was easy and the hosts are very responsive. I definitely recommend!
