We absolutely loved how close we were to the slopes, as well as the easy parking, and would definitely return.

Really nice unit. Enjoyed our stay. Unit has everything for cooking in house. Short walk to mountain. We thought the hot tub was on premises but actually at a club house 200 yards away. Would stay there again.

Almost everything about this rental was shoddy: - Hole in living room floor at vent - Yellow brown stained towels - Threadbare towels - So dusty everyone had trouble breathing - Dishwasher never used up the soap so nothing was really cleaned - Very low quality bedding - Worst pillows ever encountered and we travel a lot - Divots in mattress - Other mattress sloped downward - Some pillows one inch thick—others had no "give" - Not enough blankets - Not enough shampoo, conditioner, or cream - Nowhere near enough Kleenex for week stay - No lock in shared bathroom between two bedrooms - Poor water pressure in downstairs shower - Walkway wasn’t salted enough and sidwalks were very icy - Limited dishware--very mismatched--many pieces dirty - Kitchen towels in drawers were dirty. - LInens were poor quality and decor didn't match - Fan over stove didn’t work - No fan in downstairs bathroom - Not enough hangars in closets - No maid service offered for a 9 day stay! - Lots of light bulbs out - We were told there would be separate ac/heat thermostats in each room and there was only one for the entire two story unit! - Only good points: Good tv system and soft toilet paper Very disappointing and nowhere worth the price.

It was a great location for accessing the mountain and main street. Would absolutely consider staying at this location again in the future.

condo was awesome! - very close to ski lift. closer than it looked online - even in ski boots! we came back in each day for lunch and then back out. it was super easy and made the day that much more enjoyable since you could come thaw out a bit. - very comfortable common area and kitchen. we had 6 adults and it was just perfect for playing gams and hanging out. The fire area with the two chairs was the hit! everyone fought over that spot thanks to how cozy and warm it was. - bus line is right across the street and if you download the myStopMobile app and select park city it gives you the real time location of the bus which is handy when its cold and you want to know when the bus will be there! Also you can put 'from' and 'to' in the app and it integrates with google maps to give you the bus routing. Super handy when we were coming back. - hot tub is great, large (could easily fit 15 people with space) and is outside but covered. -other guests had complained about it being hot upstairs and it really was...but this was easily solved by closing the vent in the smaller bedroom. - John and Steve were very responsive to any need we had and the owners were also great when we had TV issues. we loved this condo and would highly recommend it!

This Three Kings Condo was very nice. Appeared to be recently remodeled as the pictures show. We have a family of six and it worked out great- plenty of room, very comfortable, great kitchen and all very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The location is perfect as it is across the street from Park City Mountain. We would definitely book here again.

We had such a great stay for my wife's birthday weekend. The condo was in pristine shape and so convenient to everything one could want in town. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Three Kings. The location is great for skiing and the bus stop is right in front. The kitchen is just as advertised and is as nice as a kitchen in a multimillion dollar home. Julie and her managment team were great and very responsive. I highly recommend.

Beautiful townhome in a quiet area: 200 yards or so away from the base of the mountain (you have to walk across the street and up a little hill). Honestly, I was VERY disappointed because I thought that this was a ski-in ski-out based on the pictures of the home. The picture of the ski lift that is included with the pictures of this home is not even close to the property. The advertising is misleading because the townhome is not even close to the ski lift pictured. That said, it was a short walk to a lift, and the home was beautiful. Super clean and I am super picky about that! I would stay again!

The property was excellent and nicely remodeled. Within walking distance to lifts and park city base. Would absolutely stay again.

The location was great! Kids enjoyed the sleds and being able to play right off the back deck. Kitchen is fully stocked!

Amazing location - walking distance to main lifts without any of the noise or hustle and bustle. The townhome is absolutely beautiful and the fireplace really makes this feel like a resort !

This condo was everything we needed for a family of 5. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with all the spices, oils, and cookware you would need to make a meal. The condo was very clean and located close to several lifts. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We had a great trip to Park City! This condo was perfect for our group of six. The condo is impeccably clean, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and my son LOVED the sound system on the TV for watching football after a day on the mountain. The closest ski lift is about 200 steps away. Cross the street and walk up a drive way and you can see it. That made it very easy and flexible for our group of mixed quality skiers/boarders to be able to get their fill on the mountain and each person could go home when they were done. There were sleds in the closet when we arrived and the kids immediately put those to use. The slope behind the condo is not long or steep, but even the teenagers had a great time. My only negatives - 1. The condo could use a couple of humidifiers. The air is really dry. 2. I would be leery of coming here with young children. The condo is very nice and I know I would have felt uncomfortable when my kids were younger. On this trip, my youngest were 11 and they kept saying "This is the nicest condo we have stayed in" and all I was thinking was "Right. Because you are now less clumsy and don't spill things." Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again if we are back in Park City.

Our family 1st started coming to Park City in 2001 and we've stayed at numerous places. This condo far exceeded our expectations especially with its proximity to First Time, Eagle and Three Kings lifts. There are many other conveniences such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and a shuttle from the complex to take you. The condo itself had a definite welcoming feel. Everything had been updated. There was a great area to hang your ski gear and store your equipment upon entering the condo. There was even a glove dryer. Even though our 4 boys have outgrown these items, there were a couple of disc sleds and many other items geared towards young children. The environment was much like staying at a friend's house with a sense of trust the owner has in its tenants. We will keep this condo saved as a favorite and will definitely be back!

This condo is perfect!! Do yourself a favor and stay here.. Maybe 300 yards max to the ski lifts, a short walk across the parking lot. We were able to walk home for lunch which was a great benefit! The condo is beautifully updated, high end appliances, a great gas fireplace, nice tv on wall.. Also left a few spices/cleaning supplies so you didn’t have to buy those (great touch). Communication with owner was perfect, and her local property manager John was a great resource. We tripped a fuse one evening with the microwave and he picked up immediately and described simple fix. It’s also right near the bus stop to take you into old town Park City. Great location, beautiful condo.. This is an excellent option.
