Excellent, location, services, cleanliness. I will be back on every trip to Miami Beach. Excellent facilities being in connection with the hotel 1. The amenities card gives you access to the hotel services. Excellent food or snack to enjoy while you are in the pool. The apartment is perfect, great communication with the Host, always answered our questions.

This is A RESIDENT ONLY BUILDING. Meaning if you are not the owner of the apartment they will give you hell entering the elevator, hotel, beach, and pool area. Been to Miami over 100 times and have never had a worse experience. Will just book through the hotel next time. :(

This condo is beautiful, clean and great location. It was perfect for my solo travel. Photos are accurate, and you get a lovely view of the 1 hotel pool and ocean. The only disappointment was that I paid extra for early check in and nothing was ready for me when I arrived. The property manager was very sweet and helpful. However, I did not receive access to the door lock app until 37 minutes after my arrival and I never actually got my own key card with my photo on it & was told to use the owner’s.

This trip was amazing! The booking, communication, checking-in, checking-out was seamless and very easy for a Vrbo novice like me. The listing looked just as it was pictured and it was beautiful and clean...and the view was to die for! The host, Patricia, was very accommodating and was always available anytime I had a question or needed anything. I booked this home as a quick getaway for some RR with my hubby, and that's exactly what we got. We were able to enjoy eachother's company and enjoy all of the fun that South beach has to offer. I definitely recommend this listing for anyone who is interested! You won't regret it!

Funny

We would never stay here again. Dirty ventilation system was so bad you could see the dust and fiber build up in the vents, and overall unclean. The unit smelled of old fast food and was musty. The bed is extremely cheap and rock hard, we both tossed all night. It was such a bad experience we only stayed one night and rented a different one last minute so we could enjoy our trip. We messaged the host and offered to pay the night we were there and a cleaning fee even though it was not clean to begin with and were told "sorry it's to late to rent to someone else and that our money was non-refundable." So we paid for 4 nights and only stayed one it was that bad.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, spacious, and had excellent amenities. Location was also fantastic, and the property manager was very responsive in regards to any questions I had during my stay. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful condo and having access to 1 Hotel was awesome! Close to airport and right on beach. Only issue was stopped up drain in shower which was not fixed during our stay. Also, bring your own TP as there was only a roll and a half for 4 people for 4 days - ridiculous. Glad Walgreens was a across the street but come on.

Pretty Good Experience

The property was absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures. Marie was great and very helpful. Answered very quickly to any questions we had. Properly was very secure and clean and being able to use the 1 Hotel amenities was AWESOME! We had such a great time and will definitely book again.

Beautiful condo right on the beach where you can take advantage of the restaurants, amenities & pools at Hotel 1. Very clean and bright and gorgeous views. Very nicely decorated. We had a great time. The only thing is the WiFi signal is not strong which made remote work and TV streaming a challenge.

This was a great place to stay. Condo is clean and as described. Access to the Hotel 1 amenities was great and location of the condo was ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this condo for the weekend. It was conveniently located next to the 1 hotel at 1/2 the price and walking distance to everything. The unit was better than the photos. The only thing we had issues with was WIFI access. The service was spotty so hard to work. It might be the building because cell phone service was not great either. Everything else was great. We were so lucky to find this beautiful rental. It is brand new, spotless and in the best location in South Beach connected to the beautiful Hotel 1. The owner was wonderful, she let us check in an hour early 2:00pm and stay until 5:00pm the day we were leaving. Which made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was my first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous with the check in process but everything went well. The place is beautiful, and the price is amazing!! You will be so happy to stay here.

This condo has been by far our favorite stay in a while. The location is in prime Miami Beach- far enough from the craziness of South Beach but close to great restaurants. The apartment itself seems brand new and has a stunning view of the ocean and 1 Hotel's pool. My spouse and I hope to stay again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Really good place Recommend

The location to the beach is the only good thing about this property. We thought that paying such a high rate for the week would at least include the basics - hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, but these were all things we had to purchase ourselves. Even though parking is supposed to be free, we still had to pay the valet fee as well. We were packing light for our trip since it said a washer/drier were available as well. Just more things you'll have to shell out for. We've stayed at other rental properties before and they've always been well stocked with the basics and then some. All the positive reviews look like they were made by the owner's friends instead of people who actually stayed at the studio apartment (it's not actually a 1 bedroom).

We stayed 5 nights in Jan 2021. The condo and complex was exactly as described. Though, I personally think the view from the condo is better than what you see in the pictures. The condo is very nice, well equipped, and was absolutely spotless and sorted when we arrived. Everything is updated - appliances and furnishings are in new condition. It has a real kitchen that you can actually use for cooking and a Kurig coffee maker. The decor is tasteful and appropriate for South Beach. Everything works perfectly - including the shower, AC, TV, and WiFi. I personally found the bed and pillows to be comfortable. Access to the beach and pools was easy (just take the elevator to M level and walk out). All communications with the owner was quick and easy. The owner gave me their mobile number so I could text them with any questions/issues. Checkin/out was super easy - access to the condo is through a mobile app so there was no person to chase down for a key. Valet parking worked very well and the cars are stored in a very secure on-premise garage. The condo complex and amenities are great (shares pool and beach with Hotel 1). The staff we interacted with (front desk, parking valet, and beach attendant) were friendly and helpful. Great location on South Beach. I hope to stay there again at some point.
