There were many insects in room and bathroom . It was a very bad bedsheets. They not washed it seems.. No hygiene.

This was really a very good hotel. The hotel had a great ambiance, the room was clean. The food was also good and the staff was super helpful. It was a great stay.

Hard to reach as not getting direct connectivity on some days but it was all worth it in the end.

After booking online on Oyo. They confirmed me booking for the room with breakfast & while doing check in the staff at hotel said the room booked is without bathroom & toilet & if I want the bathroom-toilet included then I have to pay double the charges of what I already paid. Also after charging breakfast included the price they didn't serve breakfast also. Very worst experience.

They were always needing money.. i booked on seeing pay at hotel but from the moment i booked i have been getting messages to pay money in advance also they didn't allow ya room until we pay in full

1. Wasn't able to find booking reservation for more than 15 mins. (Late check in at 2 am) 2. No complimentary water offered despite the price being similar to budget hotels in city. 3. No phone or reception connection. 4. Not provided bath towel and amenities until morning 9 am post going and complaining in reception. 5. Power cuts throughout the night and the room had mosquitos / insects. 6. Not provided breakfast despite being mentioned in the booking that price was inclusive of breakfast. 7. The property needs to be removed from the booking.com app and website.

We booked one room for 3 adults and even after showing the same to the staff they didn't agree provide 3rd bed and asked us to pay extra Rs500 for the 3rd bed. They behaved rudely. Worst experience. Not going to book anything from your website.
