BEAUTIFUL ocean front/view 1 bed condo on NO DRIVE NSB, WIFI
Hermoso condominio remodelado de 1 habitación y 1 baño directo sin manejo, nueva playa de smyrna con vista al mar desde la sala de estar y balcón extendido. Equipado con un sofá cama Queen (con colchón de espuma) para la comodidad de los huéspedes. El plano de planta abierto con cocina de tamaño completo junto con electrodomésticos nuevos lo hace perfecto para entretener y preparar comidas. Amplio condominio de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en el segundo piso con increíbles vistas al mar. Lavandería a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal. El elevador está muy cerca para aquellos que eligen usar. Nueva cama king size con cómoda cubierta de espuma de gel. Hermosas vistas y al mar, playa y piscina. Cafetera Keurig, tostadora, refrigerador de doble cara junto con lavavajillas. Dos televisores grandes de pantalla plana y muchos juegos para esos días lluviosos. Incluimos cable, wifi privado y netflix. Este complejo está limpio con hermosos jardines y muy bien administrado. Ocean Village Plaza está directamente al otro lado de la calle que ofrece, tienda de comestibles, helados, salón de manicura y lugar de desayuno ... Publix está a 1. 5 millas hacia el centro de la calle Flagler, que cuenta con excelentes restaurantes y tiendas.

It’s the third time staying here so obviously we love it here. The place is on the beach, has everything one needs to feel at home. It’s affordable, on the beach, and very clean. Even though we didn’t need to contact the host, she has usually responded to questions in a timely manner. Great time was had here! Definitely will book it again.

This condo is just as advertised. Very up to date decor. Nice ocean view. Very clean. We felt at home here. Comfortable bed.

We have been staying here for several years. It is has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Wonderfully soft bed, the condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach/pool, and the balcony furniture is very comfortable. This place has us spoiled and keeps us coming back!

NSB is a great place to vacation at the beach. We have been coming for 32 years with our extended family and staying at Castle Reef. This Condo is a great value, getting a view of the beach as well as an updated Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and family area! We enjoyed our week and will be back again next year. Stacey was a great host!

My friend and I stayed in this well-equipped condo by the ocean. We loved that we each had our own area to get ready for the day - a vanity off the bedroom, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with another vanity, shower and commode that opened to the entryway. There were lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, sunscreen, beach towels, laundry detergents and other items not typically found in a VRBO. Plus great kitchen wares. The fold out couch had an amazing pillow topper making for a restful night after lots of boogie boarding, dancing on the beach (and in the clubhouse) and Aqua Zumba in the pool! I would recommend bringing Eucalyptus Oil as there is a biting bug on the island that does not like Eucalyptus.

Property was easy to find, clean, fantastically located next to the beach and a family-friendly pool.
Complex was quiet even at the busiest of times.
Everyone was friendly.

Everything about this property was great. We have done many of these throughout the last 20 years. I would describe ourselves as middle class travelers at best. This place was above the bar we have set. Condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Stocked with better dishes/cookware etc than most. Also had everthing needed for beach. Chairs, umbrellas etc. The stretch of beach this condo is on is breathtaking. Best stretch of beach we have been on and ee have been on lots of beaches. We flew in from Wisconsin and decided to go car less this trip. Just rented beach bikes. What fun that was! My wife absolutely loved beach biking every morning and night. Only took us 10min on bike to get to Flagler Ave. This was a 25 anniversary vacay for wife and i but Ioved the vacation so much we decided we are bringing kids back here in near future. Awesome place! Highly recommend

The condo was perfect for our stay. We weren't there much, since we were in town for wedding festivities. The unit is staged well and is very clean. We loved the location and were able to try two eateries right across the street. My husband and I love N Smyrna Beach and hope to come back for another visit. We'd definitely like to try to book this condo again!

The unit is very well equipped and comfortable! Patio has a nice view of the ocean. Beach and pool access are easy. Kitchen has all the essentials. Cleanliness is great! And Stacey, the owner, is an excellent communicator. We spent a wonderful week there!

Condo was beautiful, had all we needed and more. Lovely beach which went on for ever so great for walks. Easy drive to many great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful relaxing time despite the not so wonderful weather!

This is our second visit to NSB staying for 2+ weeks. But for family events, we would have stayed longer. We are already looking at schedules for our next visit. Stacey is prompt, helpful when needed, and always pleasant. We have stayed at the Castle Reef Property for over 40 years. We try to seriously look at other properties, but this place has it all. The unit was very well appointed with a great view of the pool and ocean waves. Stacey was very quick to respond when needed and you won’t be disappointed with this unit or Stacey. It was just my wife and myself this time, but we occasionally visit with more family. Unit was on the 2nd floor and we could either take the elevator or climb one flight of stairs. We enjoy the 2nd internet because of the convenience yet it also is off the ground so you have a great view. The property management also keep the grounds meticulous.

Convenient to pool and beach, restaurants. Weather was very hot so pool was like a bathtub, so we went down to pool each day around 4. Took two boat excursions and eco tour to see manitees. Kitchen had all necessary equipment to eat breakfast and lunch, and updated appliances. Took parking pass by mistake so I mailed it back to the office.

We absolutely love staying here! Great location, condo is beautiful and perfectly located across from laundry room, which makes it SO convenient! I love walking on the beach and seeing the spectacular sunrises! We have gotten to know some of the permanent residents, which makes us feel so at home! The owner Stacey is quick to respond and to help in any measure needed! Highly recommend and can't wait until our next time there!

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was ample space in the condo, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook meals and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the unit was ideal- short walk to the pool and beach and short walk to the car. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony, as well. We will def. stay here again if we come back. The town of NSB is super cute with lots of fun places to eat.

The location of this quaint condo is very nice. Off the parking allowed section of the beach allows for almost private beach experience. A market and a couple of eating places are right across the street with many more only blocks away. The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. There were no problems whatsoever. Owner communicated check in and check out completely and it was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very well equipped including beach gear, everything you need in a kitchen and nice patio furniture. It was very pleasant to sit out and listen to the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool. Luckily the reconstruction was not next to the unit but there is a lot nearby.

The Condo in New Smyrna Beach was excellent. Excellent being the location, cleanliness, accessibility. This rental is right in the middle of great dining and having access to being right on the beach. I am looking forward to renting again in the future.

Stacey was an amazing host! The property presented as listed and was clean, well prepared for our arrival. Her communication was really excellent and there were many extras available to us during our stay, such as plenty of basic supplies (trash liners, dishwasher soap, dish soap, towels, sheets, blankets, etc.). This is especially appreciated as it prevented us from having to purchase small quantities of those things for the week.
The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular and the entire stay was wonderful. I would rent this property again...we enjoyed it that much. Thank you for being so welcoming and prepared for our visit! Bravo!!

This was a wonderful experience! As others have mentioned, sitting on the balcony so close to the beach was a daily treat. The new stairs to the beach are so well built that they feel indestructible. Close to restaurants and shopping, this location works for any visitor. It's quiet at night and there's always room to park. Stacey was available by phone or email for any questions. The condo is so well stocked with anything you'd need----the kitchen beats mine at home!
