This is the forth time we (4 couples)have stayed at this rental unit. It works great for our group with 4 bedrooms and a nice family room off of the kitchen. Check in is easy, and Cindy and Rolf are great host. The place is also located very close to many wineries. We will stay there again!

Quick plan to get away with the kids before school starts! Cindi and Rolf were excellent hosts, met us at the house to go over some details. Everything was easy and the house was BEAUITFUL! Thank you for the ease of access and sharing your home! (The back garden is such a peaceful and wonderful place)!

we were family that included 5 adults and 3 children under 5. We also had family that live in the area, that came over to visit. Lots of lawn area for kids to "picnic" and play. But for us ... it was mostly about the pool. Kitchen and home are, lovely, well appointed and comfortable. Host Cindy was very accommodating and friendly. Home is on host's property and near their home, but it was not an issue. It was like home for us for 5 days. But I could see just adults being very comfortable also. Lots to do, we just hung by pool and yard the whole time.

We had a wonderful stay and lots of room for both of our families (four adults and 3 kids). There was plenty of room to spread out inside and the back yard was massive. Location was perfect for wine tasting (high recommendations for Booker and Paix Sur Terre), and the pool was amazing. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home, particularly the wonderful kitchen. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear. The hot tub was a consistent 104 degrees whenever used. Cats, turkey and deer abounded outside the fence. Neighborhood in front and on sides, agricultural land in back. Relatively close to Trader Joe's and Target. Beaches were a drive, but worth it.

We spent memorial day weekend at the property with another family. Great location, quiet location. Close enough to all the vineyards and a quick drive to town. The house is well stocked and in very good condition. 4 bedroom ideal for 2 families with young kids. The pool was a big plus for the kids.

We had a fantastic time staying here - great social spaces, incredibly comfortable beds, and all the facilities you need for a lovely week. The pool and hot tub are awesome - even if you’re unlucky enough to get some bad weather (as we were!). The house is perfectly located to explore wine country around Templeton and Paso, and is a short drive from SLO and the coast. Cindi & Rolf were great hosts, with lots of recommendations and tips for the area.

This house was amazing! Our whole party could not say enough good things about it. The pictures don’t go it justice. Every room was clean, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen & great room were fun to hang out, and the backyard was serene with the large patio to enjoy a cup of coffee with all the birds & deer nearby, or play a round of corn hole in the evenings. We hope to visit again soon!

Very well maintained property. Communication and responses from Cindi were prompt. The Piano is a masterpiece and we had good time playing it. You will find friendly cats in backyard and kids in our group enjoyed their company 😀

We loved our staying at Cindi & Rolf’s house! It was spacious and fit our group comfortably. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool is stunning and warm. The grounds were so relaxing and peaceful. I had a chance to meet both the owners and they were lovely. Would def recommend this place!

It is away from traffic but close to the wineries so that we had wonderful week The weather was warm, so we used the pool regularly. The kitchen is lovely and there is a gas barbecue outside so we made breakfasts and dinners, but it is close to good restaurants in Templeton and Paso Robles that we also visited.

My family rented this property for a week in late May. We filled the house with seven adults and one infant. It was perfect. The location was great. It is away from traffic but close to the wineries so that we had wonderful week The weather was warm, so we used the pool regularly. The kitchen is lovely and there is a gas barbecue outside so we made breakfasts and dinners, but it is close to good restaurants in Templeton and Paso Robles that we also visited.
The house was perfect for our family and we had a wonderful week. Cindi and Rolf we're great hosts.

This is a gorgeous Tuscany house very clean and all first class, nice neighborhood and close to all wineries.
The only aspect that we did not feel very comfortable were all. the rules that the owner tells you during the in person check in. Like be cautious with the white linens, how to park etc. I understand that some guidance is needed but maybe the way it is communicated and all the detail asked by the owners made us feel that you needed to be so cautious with the place. My family normally take care of things but this time we felt closely observed.
Other than that it is a nice place!

Great Location to Explore Paso
The house met all our needs and the location was a fantastic base from which to explore Paso. Short drive to wineries, Tin City and lots of nearby hiking/biking trails.
The house fit our group of 4 adults and 3 kids just about perfectly. Very clean and super well maintained. Serious pride of ownership from hosts, who were very attentive.
Hosts may also be seen coming and going from the large house at the back of the lawn and were much more present than in other rental experiences I've had. They were friendly and they were very open & upfront about this ahead of time.

This was the perfect location for my family to meetup halfway. It was such a relaxing few days and you can tell the hosts put a lot of love and thought into their house. They were so accommodating and wonderful. We will definitely return!

Beautiful house near Wineries
My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Cindi & Rolf’s house with our close friends. The home is beautiful and very well cared for both inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities for cooking which we did a lot of. Pool and jacuzzi were crystal clear, in fact the owners made sure it stated that way a couple of times while we were there. Backyard is up against a hill that has cows we can admire from afar. All the beds were super comfortable. My husband and I want a new bed now. House is located within minutes of some of the best wineries around. I definitely would stay again and recommend this home. Thank you Cindi and Rolf for sharing your home.

Perfect Getaway
Our family had a wonderful experience. There were five of us, and we celebrated our mother's 84th birthday. The house could not have been more comfortable, and communicating with Cindi and Rolf could not have been easier. We really appreciated the thought put into outfitting the house as we wanted for nothing. The location of the house is terrific, and we especially loved our early morning walks in the area. Our only regret was not having allowed ourselves more time to enjoy relaxing at the house, but we will be sure to do it next time. Thank you Cindi and Rolf for an amazing getaway!
