It was a great stay and great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

House is located in a great neighborhood and was very quiet. House had plenty of room for our group of 7 ladies from Texas Women’s Outdoors. Rooms are very spacious. Driveway was plenty big enough to accommodate us. Driveway at the street is a bit steep but was not an issue; just take it slow. All the ladies came from different locations and really enjoyed the entire stay, as we needed time to relax. Will definitely stay again!!

The pictures were accurate but it was what wasn’t pictured. There are some safety issues ….no handrail on lower part of stairs. No bars in master shower which is 2 steps down, floor boards are spaced and feet were pinched between boards. The tile in shower is cracked and chipped, the sinks are rusted/chipped, almost impossible to turn on cold water in shower. No plugs in upstairs bathroom. The furniture is very worn & dirty. I’ve rented through VRBO 25+ years and I guess there’s always a first time to be disappointed 🙄

Clean, spacious and comfortable house. It is an older house which has not been updated, but hosts are extremely attentive. The house is in a nice neighborhood providing short drives to The Stockyards, Cultural District and Downtown.

This house was clean and located conveniently near both our ultimate destination and also near plenty of grocery stores and shopping venues. The house was furnished with plenty of towels, linens and dishes. The owners were kind and prompt with their responses as well.

Nice big clean older house. Was very welcoming. Felt like being in my grandma's heritage farm house. It was very nostalgic Easy check in and great response by host. Great stay!

House is in a good neighborhood, close to the stockyards. Home was clean, beds were super comfortable. The ONLY complaint that I have would be the couch in the living had a smell so it might need to be replaced. Other than that I would definitely stay here and recommend to friends!

The house was exactly as advertised . It was perfect .. the stairs going up to the bedrooms were a bit squeaky but other than that it was great

Large house.
My family used all 4 bedrooms, that are a good size. Daughter had a 15 month child that she was able to use a portable rocker (we brought along) to put her to sleep while inside a bedroom. Living & dining areas are a good size, along with the kitchen. It is an older house in an older neighborhood. Steep driveway is a challenge when first entering. During our stay there was 1 day that I was not able to drive up the driveway when ice/snowstorm occurred (unusual Texas weather event).

Family Christmas trip
Home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. We had trouble connecting to WiFi, but that was not a problem since we were there to spend Christmas with family. Would book this house again. Very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent hosts, easy to get ahold of. House was clean. Beds were comfy. Living room was comfy to watch TV. Love the shower in the first floor bathroom. Upstairs had a little sitting room with a couch and tv.

This house felt very home-like and was well furnished, had lots of extra amenities if you forgot anything, too!
The garage is a huge plus (since most rental homes lock off the garage) and there is a huge driveway with lots of space if you have multiple cars.

Perfect stay besides driveway
Driveway had a very sharp edge that scrapes all bumpers of the cars coming in unless we cut at an angle. A warning for that would’ve been nice, but other than that this was the PERFECT stay! Lovely home & very spacious for my family! No complaints!

I hate to give bad reviews but, this property was dirty, unsafe and outdated. We spent close to 18 days at this house for business. The outdated is doable pictures were true. The dirtiness starts with the mildew smell when you walk in which you can see in the heating and AC unit. The house has tons of tile which has not seen a cleaning in a while. Take shoes to walk around on the floor with. The wood floor makes tons of nose and the stairs are supper loud! With no hand rail. Not great for older or younger people. The lights in the downstairs bedroom quit working the closet door was not great. One of the stairs came apart. They did leave nice bathroom soaps, shampoo & conditioner for us. The kitchen was furnished with small appliances. We do apricated that people offer their houses for our use.

Great Family Location
The house was beautiful, the kitchen was exactly what we needed to prepare our meals and the kids had a great time playing in the closets and doing puzzles and games on the built in desks. The neighborhood was so quiet I don't think we saw a single car go by. It was very convenient for our outings to the zoo and other places.
