No closets!!!!!! Should have been notified! Poorly equipped kitchen. Needed location because husband needed wheelchair.

You have to pay extra for another car park ing and early check in after all the other fees you pay I would never go back I have been going to Hampton over 25 years never paid for early check in

Overall, everything was okay. My huge complaint is the smoking. Our neighbors chain smoked and it just stunk up our whole place all weekend! They were also incredibly loud - the walls are paper thin. Move the disgusting smoking chimney thing to the side of the building away from all the rooms

We liked our "apartment" stay and our only complaint is that the bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't know we wouldn't be supplied with towels. My bad on the second part. Otherwise it was a great place close to Flamingo Coffee on the corner and the strip just a short walk away.

There’s so much to do in Hampton Beach and it can all be done from this location. The property is not a five star hotel. It is a basic place to sleep and shower while at the beach.

We have rented from Sami before at this same location and property is as described. Sami is a very attentive Manager and always around and seen frequently onsite. Property works for out family and prefer the location. We try to come back to this location every year!

Although the property manager is very responsive, I would not recommend this rental, especially for a family. Our room had a dirty paper plate under the bed and a paper plate with a half eaten piece of pizza in the dresser drawer. The space could use updates and the sofa and bed are extremely hard. The bunk bed clearly has some screws loose as it squeaks with every movement. Also, the window in the bedroom with the bunkbed looks out into an alley with all the supplies for the apartment complex. You can also see directly into the bedroom of the room next door. Again, would not recommend.

No need to drive
Sami was very accommodating. He was able to move us to a beautiful, super clean room. Seems like these new owners are working hard to improve this rather tired property in a prime beach, bar, restaurant, boardwalk location

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
5 min walk to beach/boardwalk out of all the DAILY PARADE OF VEHICLES. Nice and quiet relaxed location. I wish there were more towels and linens. Definitely could use some sprucing up and a fresh coat of paint. Sami was very friendly and nice. He was always on site.Needs better furniture and a table and chairs for chilfren seating. All in all i liked the place .

Location perfect 1 block from beach! Watched fireworks from right outside our door. Owner, Sami & family very welcoming & quick to respond to our needs...would stay here again for sure!

Quick one night beach getaway. Property was clean. Parking is tight for anything bigger than a sedan if there are multiple cars in the lot.

Unit is a little dated and could use some updates but the location makes up for it and it was priced accordingly. Sami communicated well and was very responsive to a few issues that came up. He was very accommodating and was availbale most of the stay which was great. If you are not picky and are looking to be in the midst of the action this is the place to stay!

Dumpy Hampton Beach Drug Den
When I booked, I certainly didn’t expect anything fancy. I did expect family friendly accommodations and cleanliness based off of the reviews. There were stains on the comforters. The couches were covered in dark covers that haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The ac output wasn’t connected to anything so there back was blowing out hot air in the middle of a heat wave. Apparently, there is a disclaimer of this on the rental door, but not on the VRBO listing. It reeked of cigarette smoke, which the owner denies, but why would I make that up? I wanted to spend a few days at Hampton with my family, and it was so skeevy that we couldn’t even let our children sleep there. The floors were filthy. My kids feet were black from walking around barefoot for 20 minutes. We checked out as of 10A. The owner refuses to work with me on letting me get a refund. I’m not sure how these reviews are accurate. It is an overpriced drug den at best.

Our Family Reunion
The apartment was located in a great area. We were a block away from the Main Street. My family and I were able to walk right up the street and participate in all the happenings. We would do it again but not for a family reunion, maybe for a getaway.

Right next to beach,boardwalk. Very clean,very comfortable, Sami the owner was a great person. Always smiling and happy to do anything to make you comfotable. Thanks sami ,i will see you next summer.

Great location, Amazing host
We had a wonderful week long stay on B St. The apartment is a short 1/2 block from the ocean. We used both the air conditioning and the heat and were most comfortable. Sami is the perfect gentleman host and answered all of our needs. We'll be back!

Easy walk to the beach
It was great to have easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own towels.

Sami was the manager and he was so nice and so accommodating he made our stay even better.
The location to the beach was amazing, parking right in front of the apartment so easy to unpack. The kitchen was fully furnished minus a toaster. I would love to stay here again, I stay at Hampton every year and this was the best experience I’ve had yet. One thing needs improvement is the air conditioning was only effective enough to not be hot it never cooled the apartment where we wanted it I think it needs a bigger one or a second unit in the bedroom.

The owner Sami was a very gracious and helpful person .
The rental apartments could use some updating furnishings and A few more amenities like an Iron board , little sitting table and chairs and some extra cleaning in the bathrooms and a more effective Air but overall the apartment is comfortable and very close to the beach . Also the owner Sami went over and above went we had a problem . So I would highly recommend this apartment unit for a vacation.

The property was nice. The only issue I had was the people banging around on the second floor in the middle of the night.

4th of July
Sami was super responsive and supportive. Willing to provide anything that was needed, very accommodating in moving us downstairs for my pup that has health problems. Had a nice stay except the actual 4th which had nothing to do with our accommodations or Sami. Protesters destroyed the street we were staying on lighting fireworks. Officers did their best to control.
