The best thing is that the house is equipped with 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The location is nice right by the trails. House needs some tlc but worked nicely for our group.

The property was awesome, but the management team (Vacasa) was not great. The centralized line was responsive, but the local office was difficult to work with. I most likely would not book with Vacasa again for that reason, but the house was great.

House was clean and very well organized with everything you would need for a trip. Close to a bus stop and also quick drive to downtown. It is walkable, about 20-30 to center of Breck. One note is the grill was a little dirty and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, but obviously not a deal breaker.

Fabulous space for 10 people, beautiful, great location, well appointed. Enjoyed a siblings reunion. Several issues: there were 2 double beds, not one queen and 1 double; double bed mattress slopes to the middle - needs replaced; main floor double room bath has slow bath and sink drains; hot tub had one corner set of jets that didn't work; would be helpful to have more than one front door key for keeping house locked with multiple guests doing different activities. Overall, highly recommend.

The house was great. No issues there. Plenty of bedrooms, and bedding. We found it to be very clean, and the layout was good for our needs.
We had been very much looking forward to using the hot tub, but when we arrived it was flashing an error code. From the brown ring around the waterline, it appeared that had been the case for some time. We contacted the management company four different times, but never got a call or a text back, and when we left, the hot tub was in the same condition.
If we’d known before we got there I might feel differently about it, but there was just no one who cared enough to communicate with us either before or during our trip.

This was perfect for us. Five bedrooms each with its own bath separated in such a way to afford privacy to all. Many individual sitting areas for together time or alone time. Three decks for outside time with views that were beautiful. Close to town for driving or a bus that is very convenient. Plenty of soaps and paper products for our week long stay. All in all I can't say enough good things about this home and I thank the owners for sharing it with us.

I was very pleased with the layout of this home. It was perfect for our group of nine to enjoy two weeks in Breckenridge. There is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of spaces to be together.

I would love to give the home a higher rating, but I was disappointed with several little details. Perhaps I simply had too high of expectations for a rental property. The Vacasa staff (especially the repairman, Brandon) did all they could to address the issues they could address at the time, such as repairing a broken clothes dryer and replacing a missing smoke detector. There are other details that could be addressed at another time, such as vertical blinds, carpets and furniture, to make it a much nicer experience for future guests.
We had a wonderful time. I guess I was just expecting a little more attention to details, considering the price.

Now when we arrived at the home we did have some issues. The water was turned off and after 2 days it was fixed. Also, the dryer was broke so when we washed our clothes we had to hang them outside or in the bathroom. I specifically wanted this house because of the jacuzzi bathtub but unfortunately that didn't work either. Overall though we did have a good time.

The house was beautiful and provided plenty of space for my family. I loved the view and that it was a very short walk to the free ride bus stop. When we had an issue with the hot tub, Vacasa was very quick to respond and solve our problems so we could continue and enjoy our vacation!

The bedroom in the basement with the bunk beds and twin bed is extremely small and the beds are uncomfortable. This bedroom doesn't work for adults but could work for children. We had a wonderful vacation at 21 Rachel Lane. The house was exactly as described and easily accommodated 11 of us. The layout is perfect, with a kid friendly space in the basement. The neighborhood is lovely and very close to town and the ski resort. And the views, especially at sun rise and sun set are phenomenal.
We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were full of spices, condiments and staples for preparing a variety of meals. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

This was an amazing home! My guests and I enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The location was less than 5 minutes from main street and from the slopes. There was more than enough space in the house. We were able to make dinner with the kitchen stocked with utensils and condiments. I would come back and stay at this house again! Highly recommended if a large group of people want to get away for the weekend! Thank you!

A few of the queen rooms have their own bathroom and the master suite is massive with a separate 2 person shower and jetted tub. The house is a short walk to the bus and is a relatively early stop after the Gondola parking lot which means it won't be full when it reaches the stop.
