Condo was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Only a few minutes from Old Town as well as Gondola and ski lifts. VRBO owner Katherine was easily reached if we had any questions. Very pleasant mini break.

Katherine has provided everything you could need with her property. So comfortable and felt like home. The ski area is minutes away by the vans to the door. Amazing, and we will be back for sure. Loved it.

The condo was great, exactly as described. Shuttle to ski lift was so convenient, and also the free bus to downtown was nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend!!

This abode is Very Nice, comfortable, the view of the valley is Stupendous, and shuttle service is easy, but I found the VRBO ad misleading in the aspect concerning the washer and dryer. The ad gave me the impression machines were within the condo, icons on the ad would not allow more information, and the machines were at the clubhouse with typical laundromat quarter fees. Also, the parking lot was a dangerously slick ice sheet in front of the unit.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Steamboat. The shuttle to and from the ski resort was easy to use and the views were beautiful over the valley. The unit has everything you need and Katherine is super communitive and accessible for questions.

Place was perfect..view hot tub was beautiful! Not skiers but snowmobiling and Strawberry Springs were amazing. Lots to do great food!

We had a great time.
We had comfortable beds. Very quiet location but still close to activities and restaurants. The bathrooms were very clean and had tall toilets. I'm 6'4" tall and I could sit on them. They must have updated recently and the flooring was wonderful. Terrific views. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location, had all the amenities you need, the shuttle to the gondola picks you up 50ft from the front door which also doubles as a shuttle to town if you download the app and reserve it, very awesome. Host communication was great. Highly recommend.

Our group of golfing girls enjoyed this condo. The location was beautiful and the view from the deck was great. The outdoor space held 5 of us spaciously for food and drinks. We chose not to use the free shuttle as the roads are not well lit in the dark and we saw a bear on the street in the evening. We would definitely rent again from Katharine.

This small condo was a great, no frills stay for my husband and I as we explored Steamboat. It gets a 4 overall due to furnishings and noise from neighbors.

This was a wonderful place. Very clean and comfortable.
There were all the amenities one would expect and extras such as an electric tea kettle, lots of fans and even lotion and Q-tips in the bathroom.
The communication with the host was excellent!

Perfect little get away
We were only in town for one night, but this condo is perfect! Clean and well organized. Everything you need is there and ready. Katherine was pleasant and kept great communication. There is nothing I would change about this comfortable condo!

Very clean. Great directions throughout the condo. Beautiful sunset view. Easy access to ski via bus or shuttle. Cozy fireplace. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, pots, pans etc.

Katherine's condo had one of the most well-appointed kitchens I have ever come across in a short-term rental like this. My mom and I especially loved the gas fireplace and the balcony and it's amazing view. The beds were great - not too soft, as is often the case. Katherine was really quick to respond to a couple questions I had about trails and local hikes, and her instructions to find and enter the condo were easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and well-appointed condo in convenient location
We had the privilege of staying in Katherine’s property for a family weekend in Steamboat. The condo complex is located in Steamboat among other comparable properties and the location is great. The condo was well stocked with basics and essentials. Comfortable bedrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. Coffee and fully equipped kitchen. The balcony had a nice view of Steamboat. The host, Katherine, is very responsive and communicative over Vrbo messages. Check-in was easy with the keypad door entry and parking for two vehicles was plentiful and near to the apartment. We loved our stay in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. We would recommend it and we would stay here again. Thank you, Katherine!
