Property was clean in general. Clean sheets. Clean bathrooms. However, my dog enjoyed going under the couch for « snacks ». A lot of the dishes, was not clean. Some were greasy especially the ustensiles. Easy to understand since they DO Not provide dishwasher soap. Never thought I would have to bring it. The kitchen cupboard are extremely disorganized. Very few dinner plates. Mostly dessert plates. Very messy cupboards. Very old small appliances. Coffee maker is old and coffee is warm. Not hot. No Keurig. No turn table in microwave. Very old as well. No good lighting in dining/living area. Only One lamp that stands on the couch armrest and one track light on the wall. Nothing over the table. The furniture is old and unsafe. The handle of the stove fell while pulling on it when the stove was hot. Fortunately they came to fix it quickly. The bunk beds are both falling apart. The top part is shaky and the slats fell on the Lower bed while I was on top making the beds. Because they do not make the beds in the top. If my child was under, he would have had them (2) in the face. Steps on bed ladder are loose. This is for both bunk beds. Basic items like hairdryer was not available. I had a very unhappy teenage girl.
I’m always a happy customer but I would never return to this place nor would I recommend to anyone. We love Blue Mountains and we’ve never been disappointed except for this stay. Time for owners to spend a bit of money to make people’s stay enjoyable and safe.

The unit was perfectly suited for ski in ski out, as well as the walk to the village. From the booking, arrival and departure everything was easily done.
2.0
The home was roomy, functional and clean but fell short on certain amenities considering it was advertised to accommodate up to 10 people. Minimal utensils (6 or 7 spoons, forks and knives), minimal toilet paper (ran out on day 4 of our seven day stay), no Kleenex and several light bulbs burnt out. The dishwasher did not work and we needed to call for maintenance to repair the oven door handle and replace the bathroom door handle. The single key fob and no ski locker was an inconvenience.

It is hard to write a bad review since I don’t think I have ever had to do one. But for the price we paid for this place we should have stayed at a hotel. The checkin was late because the cleaners weren’t done. The key for the ski locker did not work, the dishwasher didn’t work, toilet seat was broken in one bathroom and the mush mash of kitchen supplies wasn’t great. I think the owners need to invest in better care of the place to charge this kind of money. I have vacationed a lot and it was a let down. Also didn’t like the surprise of the extra $385 fee because this is a Vacasa property marketed on VRBO. Won’t be booking anything like this in future.

Great and Cozy Stay
I booked this place to have a relaxing weekend getaway with my friends and our dogs. Upon entering the property, the place was very inviting as well as fairly tidy. However, our dogs started to paw under the couches and we noticed that there were some leftover snack crumbs from previous group stays. So cleanliness could be improved on. Otherwise, our stay on this property was enjoyable. We liked how close the Blue Mountain was to our place and how it accommodated our family pets! Overall, a great place to stay all-season round!!!

The place was nice, fit our family of 9 well. Equipped with everything we needed, 10 - 15 minute walk to village, beautiful views of the mountains.
The place needs a major upgrade on cleaning service - while beds, bathroom and kitchen was clean the rest of the place was one big ball of dust. Literally dust and crumbs and dirt. I spent the first 20 mins upon arrival dusting and vacuuming (vacuum would turn off often - please replace).
Also look out for the neighbour (I believe they are owners). I hadn’t stepped foot into the building yet and she had already told my 14 year old to keep it down and told me to keep my family from walking to hard or loud????? She then one night (around 12:30am) when a few of the adults were up late playing cards (ages 40-65) banged on our door to tell us to “shut the hell up”. Scared and woke up our 4 kids!!!! This was horrible and put a damper on our mini vacation.

No hassle check in. A bit lived in, as in furnishings but we came to ski. Spent most of our time at the village and skiing.
Great location, bottom of Happy Valley and lift. Very convenient for rest, snack and washroom breaks.
Great view of skiers/boarders from bay window.
Nice 10-15 min leisurely walk to the village centre.
Would have been nice if it had a balcony.
Ski/Snowboard locker was VERY CONVENIENT!

Great stay at Blue Mountain
Comfortable chalet with everything you need and dogs welcome. Only issue is single fob provided for front door so had to co-ordinate daily activities with whole group as otherwise would not have access to the apartment.

Great location to Blue Mountain. Condo is on the 2nd floor, 18 stairs to carry up equipment, groceries and luggage etc. Ok if you do not have any mobility issues. Condo was very comfortable, roomy. A lot of DVD’s but they are dated and/or worn and not viewable. Good idea to bring your own

Stay January 2022
The locations closeness to Bloe Mountain, free parking. Condo has everything you need. Needs some updated DVD’s, some not playable. Better to bring your own. Please caution visitors regarding very large icicles above the door. We were aware of them so very careful closing the door.

Fantastic location!
This property met our needs 100% - it was clean, well supplied, and the location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to the closest lift!

Beautiful
The view of the mountainside is spectacular. It was a beautiful home. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Love the master with the bathroom. The kitchen was clean and tidy. It is very close to the village. By car about 10min or less, I would definitely book this place again.

Perfect family stay
This home was perfect for our family - three children and two adults. Spacious, well equipped kitchen and ideal location to take advantage of all fall activities in the village.

Great family rest
The property is well placed, good layout for us with a young special needs child, there are a lot of stairs but she is still light at present. The beds were comfy. It does require a little updating here and there. The cleaning company did leave a few bits like a pull tab from a Soda can on the sofa, some sticky stuff on the coffee table but overall we loved the location and being close to the attractions.

Prime Location for the Price
The location is great, less than 5 min walk on paved path into Blue Village. Kitchen fully stocked, clean. Bunk beds could use better mattresses and master bedroom bed is small. Updates could make the place even better but for 2 nights it served our needs.

Unit 209
This place would be great if it was updated. Beds were uncomfortable. Feels like you're sleeping on springs. My kids did not sleep well at all. Expected it to be cleaner. Couch in the living room also uncomfortable. TV upstairs doesn't work. Location was great. Close to the village. About a 10 minute walk. Would I come back? Probably not.

Could be a 4-5 star
Unit itself was clean and great. Just needs a few upgrades to make it better. Relative to other units, it is an average rental.

Nice place very walkable
Really nice place, lots of room, incredibly walkable to Blue Mountain Village. Some items could use some updates to make the space more usable, but overall it provided a great space for a weekend.

Great family getaway
My husband and I loved this place. You are literally right beside blue mountain and walking distance to the village. We drove 5mins to northwind beach and had the best time it was a quite, peaceful clean beach. The place was perfect in good condition. Updated showers and enough space for the whole family.

Great location and spacious unit!
Village within walking distance and unit had plenty of space. Very cozy and loved the tree lights :)
3.0
Great location- had good potential IF a few things were done to it.
We loved the location of the property. Easy access to the village, skiing, hiking, biking. However, this was our first get-away during Covid. I was reassured by the company of their protocol, which made sure everything would be super clean and sanitized. This didn't happen. There was dust on everything, the remote control was sticky, there was urine/ feces? something light brown on the one toilet, that I had to use my own disinfectant wipes to clean off. Not a great start. The condo is cute, and spacious for the two of us. Could easily take a family of 4 for sure. The kitchen has a lot of odds and ends and dishes. Again- how is this properly cleaned each time someone rents it? Less might be more. The carpet and blinds need to be removed. Something easier to keep clean. The ensuite bath is recently renovated, which is quite nice, but again, housekeeping is an issue- Found leftover soaps, a sock next to the tub. It would have been nice to have had one mornings worth of coffee grounds. Most places do, so I didn't pack any. We drove into Collingwood to get our coffee, as the starbucks in the village opens a bit later. Again, I love the location and would stay in this building again, but not this particular unit. We had difficulty finding the internet password, so I emailed the company but no response.
We also have a condo that we use to rent out, so I know the difficulties, but I found this one needed a huge over-haul. Less clutter, simplify it, would help keep it safe and clean for guests. Better communication would be nice too. This place has so much potential! I wish you all the best!
