Close walk to the village. Went golfing everyday. Room was great for our family of 5. Only thing was pet hair on comforter and sheets so we had to wash them. Other than that would definitely come back to unit 130. Thank you.

You can’t beat the location of this Rivergrass property, just a ten minute walk from Blue Mountain Village. The unit is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and two nicely designed bathrooms. I only have two minor quibbles and one MAJOR ONE. The photos in the listing show a large tv above the fireplace in the livingroom. In actuality, this tv has been moved into the master and replaced by a very small one shoved in the corner of the room??? The other minor quibble is with the livingroom lighting. The listing photos show lamps in the room….for some reason, these have been removed, leaving only rather harsh overhead lighting. The MAJOR quibble is with the wifi. The signal was either poor or non-existent during our entire stay. The old “unplug it and wait two minutes” trick did NOTHING. In this day and age, reliable wifi is as essential as indoor plumbing.

We had a great stay at Rivergrass 130. It was a last minute booking and we had our small dog with us so it being pet-friendly was perfect. It was spotless, beautiful, and in the perfect location just a short walk to the village. We would definitely return!

Perfect location! Love the shuttle bus service and literally steps away from hot tub and pool. It was convenient having a full kitchen and private washer and dryer. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus as well. Hallway bathroom didn’t lock (sliding barn door) if travelling with non family members.

Comfortable, great location, and well-appointed. I love to cook and there were lots of pots, pans, and even a slow cooker! Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Absolutely loved the jet tub. Nice little walk to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Strategic location
Great unit. Spacious and well appointed. A little too big for just a couple. Living room faces the Golf course . Right across the road from Blue Mountain Village with one bedroom facing the mountains! We took in the fireworks literally from our front yard! Ample parking as well and right in front of the unit.
Only irritant was the pet fur on the couch in the living room:-(.
Will be back if ever visiting Blue Mountain and Collingwood again.

Great place for our Blue Mountain visit!
Great location which was super close to the village (about 3 min drive). The suite was super clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, kitchen appliances etc. the living room was big and it came with built in speakers which was very nice! The unit came with a BBQ machine as well. Bathrooms were clean and newly renovated it seemed! We went in a group of 6 and Rivergrass 130 was very spacious for us, we probably could have had a group of 8 and still be comfortable! Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

Comfortable
The unit was comfortable , clean and spacious enough for the use of a walker by my Mum and also room for the dog and crate. The barn door on bathroom is not a great idea as it swings open and is not private. A few more pots, cutlery, dishes , pot scrubber and electric kettle would be nice. We enjoyed our stay and close proximity to ski slopes. Nice view from unit of slopes and golf course. In the summer I would suggest a better patio set. You can, unfortunately hear a lot of foot traffic noise, flushing water, from the upstairs unit and at night this is not pleasant.

Good location - more attention to details
The location and cleanliness of this condo was spot on. The bed was very comfortable, but ridiculously high. I stand at 5'4 and had a hard time climbing up!?!
The towels in the bathroom had seen better days and were rough on the skin.
There were only 3 wine glasses and I thought the kitchen was lacking in utensils.
The big pain was it was a cone shaped coffee maker. We brought basket filters which obviously did not fit. Someone else also left basket filters behind too. Would have been nice if filters were supplied. I don't think cone baskets are all that popular now.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price that you are charged, more attention to details should be paid.
Oh, and we left in a snowstorm at the requested 10 am checkout time and nothing had been shoveled or plowed outside.

Amazing place overall
My family and I really loved this place and would definitely book again in the future. The only minor issues we had was the shower temperature. We were unable to make it a little cooler. Don’t know if it was broken or we just didn’t know how to regulate it but we tried. The other thing was the door was left ajar when we arrived. It appears the cleaners may have left it open by accident. Other than that it was a great place overall. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like home. The BBQ grill was a bonus and that wonderful jet tub. The kids enjoyed having a bubble bath in it. I highly recommend this place.

A bit disappointed
Overall the place was nice. At the very end of the court so walking to the village was a bit of a hike. There were two things I had an issue with. The main bathroom only has a stand alone tub with a handheld sprayer. It does show this in the pictures but I thought there would be a shower stall in the same bathroom. Showering while holding a sprayer does not seem appealing to any of us. Defeated the purpose of booking a place with two full bathrooms as we all used the shower in the master en-suite. In addition to only having a tub, this bathroom also had a barn door on it that didn’t lock. My little Morkie could push it open with his nose and come right in while anyone was using the toilet. Further to that there was a gap that u could see through if you were looking at the right angle. You could also hear people peeing because of the gap!! Barn doors are nice looking but not appropriate for a bathroom door. Needless to say, this bathroom was barely used and was very uncomfortable to use in any capacity. The second issue was the TV situation. The place had three tv’s none with full cable. The family room was small to watch a movie on and had such a bad cable connection we could barely use it. The second bedroom wasn’t even connected to cable so unless u brought DVD’s you couldn’t use it. We brought our Apple Box too but the TV was so old it didn’t even have an HDMI hook up so the TV was useless for my teenagers who like to watch shows late at night. The master TV was the best as we could hook up the Apple box to it and watch a movie. Unfortunately, 2 adults and 2 teenagers plus 2 dogs don’t really fit in a king size bed so our movie night was a bit crammed to say the least. The place was clean, a bit dated but I expected that considering they permitted pets but honestly, a bathroom needs to feel private, the door needs to lock and fully close. And what does it take to update a few TV’s these days? All in all we made due but I probably wouldn’t rent this place again unless these issues were rectified.
