Great location. Very helpful landlord, couldn't be better. Lot's of stuff for kids and adults to play with.

The host was very accommodating and helpul. Genuinely just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to make sure we had a great trip. We had a wonderful time and a very relaxing stay.

A perfect rental for our family! In great condition and so much space to spread out a bit while visiting Hayward. A really nice backyard too for hanging out in. We would definitely rent again.

AS GOOD AS ANYONE COULD EXPECT AND BEYOND. GREAT LOCATION, FABULOUS HOUSE, FANTASTIC AMENITIES. HAD A PARTY OF 25 PEOPLE ONE NITE AND THE OUTSIDE BACK YARD WAS PERFECT! DO NOT THINK OF ANOTHER PLACE IN HAYWARD IF YOU ARE DOING 3 OR MORE PEOPLE- JUST STAY HERE!!

We had a great experience at Beau's place in Hayward; so much to do we didn't really need to leave the property, though we did walk to the shops downtown a time or two and to the pizza place a half block away. Very conveniently located for sure! The house was clean and well equipped and every bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a plus with 6 adults and 2 small children! And the back yard was so fun with a tiki bar, pizza oven, firepit, bikes, and so much more to do. Beau was such a great host checking in with us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything and always available for questions if we had any. Great experience and we will definitely rent this home again when in Hayward!

We had a great stay! This house had everything we needed for our multi-family vacation. The back yard is amazing, rooms with their own bathroom is a huge plus, and the overall layout allowed for us to still spend time together and be able to relax on our own as well. Very clean and comfortable. Beau is amazing; willing to be there whenever ypu need him! The amenities were amazing, lots of "toys" for all ages to enjoy from bikes to kayaks and basketball for the younger ones in our group to enjoy. This is our second time staying here and look forward to another stay in the future!

The property was better than the description. Centrally located it was perfect as a home base for the wedding weekend. Some of us were able to walk to the downtown area and enjoy the shops. We all felt very welcome and safe. My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. The Petersons are the best hosts!!

This property was perfect! Clean, convenient, comfortable and well, just perfect for our family. Loved that each room had a private bathroom. Strong Wi-Fi and available entertainment. Kitchen had all we needed. We spent our evenings in the lovely back yard and we loved it! Thank you so much to our hosts for for the wonderful stay!

The house is set up nicely so that there is both plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out. There are so many bathrooms, and there is a significant amount of room for parking. We parked three vehicles and a boat trailer off the street. We enjoyed the games, and the books were also a nice touch. Beau was communicative. He responded when I reached out, and he reached out to us daily to be sure everything was going well. This family allows renters to use SUP boards and kayaks, and we had access to the organized shed (I'm so impressed!). We were able to check in early, and this house is so reasonably priced! What's not to love?

There were nine of us and two little dogs for a small family reunion, and the rental was perfect inside and out! Though the inside of the home was not lacking a thing (including comfortable beds!), we spent most of our time in the backyard, even when raining. We had so much fun around the tiki bar, smoking meats, playing bags, warming by the campfire… it was hard to leave the property. But aside from all that, our host - Beau - couldn’t have been more hospitable (seriously). Communication was outstanding from beginning to the very end. From checkin and giving us a lay of the land, to suggestions along the way, and always available for questions, he will be a tough host to beat. Oh! We also used the kayaks and paddle boards but did not have time to take advantage of the bikes :/. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! I’m already talking to friends about renting for a girlfriends get-together.

We had a multi-generational family vacation and stayed in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for everyone, and all the conveniences of home. We appreciated the nice outdoor area equipped with yard games and plenty of seating. The location is perfectly within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would definitely book another stay here.

Wow! Very impressed with everything about the house, the amenities and the owners. We felt so welcomed with their personal touches. Very friendly and responsive to my questions/texts and made us feel at home. Would definitely stay there again!

This house is really set up well for multi-families with separate bedrooms, each with own bath, but shared common space including excellent back yard. We mostly stayed close to the house because we had 2 toddlers, so a few things to do within walking distance was appealing. The hosts provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We took advantage of the kayaks at a darling nearby tiny beach on calm lake. There is lots to do within a short drive. Hopefully this house will start a revolution so the surrounding neighborhood comes back to better times. Our hosts should buy all the cute old houses nearby!! Had a wonderful stay.

I cannot say enough positive things about Beau’s house. We are 4 couples who have traveled to a different VRBO every summer for the last 12 years. By far, this was the best home we have stayed in. The house was immaculate! There was more than enough space for the 8 of us. We spent all of our time at the house enjoying the tiki bar, swing chairs and fire pit. The amount of things that Beau has for guests to use - kayaks, corn hole, etc - is amazing. The location is perfect! We walked to supper each night, walked to great shopping, and were 8 minutes or less away from 2 great golf courses. Beau was a considerate and attentive host, offering suggestions if we needed them but giving us our space as well. I would definitely go back to the Bo and Arrow and recommend it without hesitation!

Can't say enough good things about our stay! Everything was exactly as stated in the description of this VRBO. Beau met me at check in to go over everything about the house and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. He gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to see. I will definitely stay here again!

This house and property were the perfect rental for our annual girls’ weekend. In 20 plus years we have never stayed somewhere more perfect for 8 women to relax and catch up. Hayward was super fun and the lake area is amazing. We so appreciated the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, all bathrooms, and the tiki bar patio area!! We will likely be back again next year!!

Our family of 4 adults and 4 children stayed comfortably at this house. The host put great thought into incorporating everything we could need within the house. He also was very accommodating and willing to share excursion ideas. The house was only a few blocks from downtown area of ice cream shops, restaurants, stores, bars, etc etc. Can't go wrong with this stay!!

Everything about the property was perfect. Easy check in, lots of amenities and perfect for families. We loved our visit and hope to make it an annual rental for LWC.

A great place to stay! Exactly as described. Very clean, well appointed, super close to downtown. Beau was awesome about checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything and to offer suggestions. We would definitely go back. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a place in Hayward.

I cannot put Into words the experience we just finished at the Beau and Arrow Inn. The house was unbelievable in its own right, however Beau himself turned this into an experience that was top in my 30+ years of travel. I had my former exchange students from Germany along for this trip. They both loved how gracious the hosts were. The Petersens suggested we go to a Hayward Hawks baseball game while we were there. We did and it was phenomenal. The host made sure we had raffle tickets and guess what…my son won a great prize. Beau tells you at check in, I will give as much advice as you like or leave you completely alone, it’s your choice. My suggestion to you is book this place if it’s available. Further suggestions would be to use the amazing back yard, bicycles, kayaks, wood fired smoker and wood fired pizza oven. They are amazing. I am already scouring the site for a time when I can return to this amazing property.

3 small families, 4 kids 2 and under. Happened to be MuskyFest weekend. Downtown area was loaded with vendors. Easy stroll with littles in tow. House was great, no concerns or issues. Friendly hosts.

Great house and hosts. Clean, spacious and so close to downtown. Everything was perfect, will be back!

We are 6 adults all over the age of 70. Each year, for the last 30 years, we pick a Wisconsin location to visit. Our Hayward experience was so much more than we could have hoped for. Beau and Bethany were so accommodating. Their property was immaculate, the furnishings were comfortable, and they promptly answered all our questions. It made for such a pleasant stay. We found the area had plenty to do for all ages and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Beau and Bethany for sharing your hospitality and knowledge of the area.

We are foodies, love to cook/grill together. Loved the quaint yard to play bags & enjoy cocktails at the outdoor bar. So close to DT so walked everywhere. Shops, restaurants, etc. Lumberjack show & mini golf were fun on an overcast afternoon. Unfortunately we had pretty much an entire week of clouds, rain so we never used the water equipment but, Beau said he would haul them if we would’ve needed them. He was so kind & gave us a lot of fun ideas & restaurants to visit! We found everything we needed for a fun stay. The beds are very comfortable & the house was cute! Thanks Beau!

The best way to start this review is by saying that Beau has absolutely set the gold standard for hospitality! Check in/check out was very simple. The house was immaculate and the kitchen features top of the line appliances. There is plenty of room for large groups and with 5 bedrooms the opportunity to "escape" to your own room for a bit is always available. The yard has "toys" for everyone... a tiki bar (awesome place to relax with your beverage of choice), trampoline, basketball hoop, fire pit, smoker, grill, outdoor games, etc. There truly is nothing they haven't thought of!! The most unique feature, though, is the wood fired pizza oven. Beau stopped over to show us how to fire it up and actually stayed to bake our pizzas for us! WOW...how's that for going above and beyond?!?!? We have stayed at VRBO homes at least 18-20 times and our experience with Beau and Bethany is unmatched by any other property that we have stayed at. As residents of the area and business owners in Hayward (check out their recently opened Surf shop in town!) they have a unique knowledge of what to see, where to go, places to eat, etc., and they always happily answered any questions we had. There is no doubt that we will be returning to stay at "The Bow & Arrow Inn" again in the future. Beau and Bethany were FANTASTIC hosts!!! Thanks again from the Hotter family.!
