Lovely community excellent location super convenient to the beach pool was a bit far but really nice and relatively quiet very nice people everywhere condo was lovely and comfy really nice high ceilings a bit outdated but we didn't mind things to do were not super close but we were mainly interested in the beach the pool and the relaxation, enjoyed it immensely, super great deal so nice it was available at the last minute! :-)

Well-stocked, spacious, comfortable studio that I would book again! The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The balcony was roomy with three chairs and the fact that it was screened in was a bonus! It was a great spot to watch the thunderstorms roll in. (We just wish it had a fan.) Beach access was much closer than I expected with a nice deck walkway, showers, and hose to rinse away the sand. The beach area was not crowded at all. We appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella—they made our day easier and more comfortable. (We loved them so much that we are going to buy a set of our own.) The water was beautiful and clear the first day. (Storms brought in rough waves the next couple of days, but we enjoyed it anyway.) We found lots of sharks teeth too. The pool was a short drive, and it overlooks a pretty pond area with birds, turtles, and large fish. There are restrooms there too. Owner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our visit and appreciate getting to stay here!

The unit was across the street from the beach and beach access. The neighborhood was very well kept and upscale. The area was safe and quiet. I especially liked the desk area.

Overall this place was exactly as listed. Came for a wedding at TPC Sawgrass but also wanted to make a little beach vacation out of it. Short walk to the beach and about 10-15 mins drive to TPC Sawgrass. Very nice community and surroundings. Enjoyed our stay!

My partner & I were there for a friend’s event. We spent most of our weekend away from condo. We slept there. We boiled eggs, made coffee and drank wine. Condo well stocked for what we did. The towels were plush. The bed & pillows comfortable. It was cold so we did not sit out but the porch looked nice. Interior dated but everything worked and we did not care. Comfortable couch and plenty of closet space.

Better than a hotel room, this studio is steps from the beach and includes the gear you need — umbrella, chairs and towels. So nice to have washer and dryer, and renter provides everything to make your stay easy and a little nicer. Lovely little screened balcony is perfect for late afternoon cocktail hour. We are repeat customers and will definitely return again!

A great location for the beach. The unit itself is pretty dated appliance wise. Need to patch some holes and a fresh coat of paint would be a good idea. It worked for a 3 day getaway.

I stayed here while waiting for my new home to be finished. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. I'd stay there again if I ever needed to.

PVB is the beach I love the most. Cannot beat the location of this condo. Easy communication with the owner. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and bath is in need of some updating. We had a great visit to the area overall!

This studio apartment is very large and comfortable it has everything you need for your stay. Short walking distance from the beach which is great when the sun gets warm.

We had the best stay! Across the street from the beach and less than a mile drive from family who lives in sawgrass. Everything a hotel room would have to offer plus much more and a better price! So easy and clean with a great private deck to read and drink coffee. We will book this condo each time we come to ponte Vedra to see family. Already looking at dates for thanksgiving!

Cozy studio close to the beach
Condo was clean a was just a short walk to the beach. I definitely appreciated that the owners had beach chairs and towels available for guests - one less thing to pack! The only thing I needed that it didn't have was a wine opener - but I'm sure those easily get.lost in rentals. Would stay again.

The property was clean and well stocked with supplies. It is not a place for seniors with joint issues. There are 15 steps going up to the condo, a metal rail which gets very hot which makes holding on difficult. Bath tub is a little high for seniors. It is not updated as far as appliances and you need to bring your own blender. Though there are some beach pictures and a starfish comforter, there is really no beach atmosphere which is just a personal touch that I enjoy. The furnishings and paint make it more of a cozy space vs a bright, beachy place. It is a comfortable atmosphere I which to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

Roomy and well appointed. Chairs, towels, cooler, all u need for a trip to the beach which is 5 minutes tops away. The king bed was comfortable and we each had a good night s sleep.
The apartment is a little dated but well kept, even a Keurig coffee maker. The coffee mugs could be replaced as they had a few chips but nothing that gets in the way of a good cup of coffee. The bathtub has one glass door that doesn't slide easily. These are minor things I point out so they might be looked into for repair or replacement. All in all a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks for your excellent communication!!

Beautiful area, great accommodations
Really enjoyed my stay. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. Unit is very nice and thoughtfully stocked with beach towels and chairs, laundry detergent, coffee and tea, shampoo, etc. Cindy was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Would Stay Again
Great place to stay. The beach is literally a minute walk away and is beautiful! There was a Vrbo scam going around during the time of our stay and Cindy was extremely responsive to what was going on and checking in with Vrbo to ensure everything was okay. Beds were a little uncomfortable but that was the only complaint.

Very happy with the place , and areas around overall great . The one thing we didn’t like was the sofa bed was not too comfortable.

The place is inexpensive.
No working smoke detector. One was removed and a very old one is on the wall. I tested it and it doesn't work. The toaster looked like it had caught on fire a couple times. Gross. The oven and stove are old, as is the diswaher. The carpet is newer and clean. Sparce kitchenware. Not very impressive but cheap. It could be fixed up pretty easily. The information book lacks any information. Tv but no instructions. No map of the facilities or description of what is accessible to guests. Security gate access is fine.
