Beautiful house! It was large enough for my volleyball team. Lots of space and location is perfect. Looking forward to renting the house again next summer.

We stayed for the Fourth of July and Birthday party place was wonderful lots of space clean accommodation where awesome they had everything you needed from high chairs to handicap ramp communication was wonderful would for sure stay again

I gave a 5 star as it was generally very good. Issues to address: no hand towels, no washclothes. shower was small with low water pressure. otherwise comfofrtable and great location

Initially, we were annoyed and later, quite angry after reading reviews more extensively, containing similar complaints, which have not been corrected. We would not recommend VRBO nor this property unless these issues are corrected. Garage ramp does not meet handicapped guidelines and would be risky to use; 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and NO additional supplies; Shampoo nearly empty in all bathrooms; only glass soap dispensers for showers; very small trickle of water in downstairs bathroom sink even when both hot and cold faucets are turned on; extremely cold downstairs; very thin bedspreads; NO blankets anywhere; 1 washcloth per bathroom without additional ones; NO place to hang clothes in entire downstairs; no instructions on using basement fire escapes; no instructions re: thermostat; no Kleenex. The above is surprising in an otherwise lovely home and attractive neighborhood with beautiful furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and nice lighting. Tod was a responsive host but had not corrected these issues.

Property is as described..Very Clean and large enough for our family, located in a nice community. We were in town for a funeral 2 nights but if we needed a longer stay this would be a great home to enjoy. From the front door to the Garage, well acquainted An extra bonus in the garage were bikes for all ages, a grill, ice chrst and extra tables and chairs. Its the perfect space for family enjoyment. We took advantage of the board games in the lower level where we played uno. Massage chair is present but not sure how to use it or if we needed to hire someone but it looks nice. Everything worked, house very comfortable. We also enjoyed the nostalgia of the cassette player with all nice cassettes to choose from and they even had a record player. How Cool is that....No complaints
All Smart Tvs are working. However, remember your passwords if you want to stream. Cable is not included. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The owners were amazing to communicate with. They let us check in early as we were there for a funeral. The space was amazing and the neighborhood was so safe. We rated the cleanliness a 4 due to cheese found on the shelves and bags of chips found under two beds. Other than that it was sparkling. The jet tub wouldn't work and we couldn't figure out the massage table.

The house is beautiful and it was perfect for our get-together! I can't say enough about it! Loved the layout, perfect for a family gathering! The basement is perfect for kids but we had babies. Didn't need to use the extra table and chairs in the garage but it was great they were available if needed! The only minor concern was the thermostat would automatically increase the temperature in the morning and the house would be very warm. We absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

We got this house to get all our adult, teen children and grands all together in one place for a weekend to celebrate Christmas! This was the BEST WEEKEND! EVERYONE enjoyed it, plenty of room, sleeping areas, kitchen! It was PERFECT! The owners were amazing to work with!! Thank you for such a wonderful house for an amazing weekend!!

Plenty of space for family Thanksgiving. Kitchen well equipped. There was plenty of space for kids to play and adults to visit. A family friendly home. Appreciated the ease of check-in and communication.

Family came from Florida, Arizona and Nebraska to stay in this very comfortable home, while in Town for a wedding… my 94 year old father was very comfortable and relaxed. It’s not easy to travel with someone so senior so we carefully chose a home that met his needs .. the ramp in the garage helped his accessibility into the house. The Kitchen was well stocked .. water pressure and adequate water was perfect when many are taking showers simultaneously. Nice to be able to park your car in the garage. Would highly recommend. We were in town for a trade show, and the VRBO met all our needs, it was clean, near to all the events, and was in a quiet neighborhood, the property managers were responsive throughout the entire stay, would stay again.

The house and check-in went smoothly. Everything was clean and there were no major issues. The single issue we had was with the new Nest thermostat constantly putting the temperature high, but Tod dealt with the situation quickly. Everything else was just as great as the last time we stayed!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, the neighborhood is great, the house is well equipped with everything needed.
There are a couple of things to mention. Some thought may be given to adding some additional blankets.
The toilet roll holder in the main bedroom bathroom was off when we checked in. The anchor screws had not held. I positioned the holder on top of the tank so it would not fall out in the middle of the night, which would be frightening.
Also, I broke a wine glass. The glass had been placed in the dish washer on the top rack. The glasses are high enough not to allow proper clearance. I was trying to reposition the glass when in tipped and struck another glass and broke the stem. Please let me know how much it costs to replace this one glass. I do apologize for this accident.

This property was perfect for a 30+ family gathering. Very well stocked home with lots of room, seating, and dining.
The wrap-around porch was great for sitting and chatting and the large basement held us all for a karaoke sing-a-long. The children enjoyed the nearby pool. Appreciated the property managers quick responses to questions!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

This home fit our needs at a good price point and location. We had plenty of room to spread out within the home and also within the neighborhood - community pond/park and elementary school were within walking distance.
Our family of 7 also appreciated the large dining table and well-stocked kitchen, allowing us to enjoy dinners together.
A few small items could be addressed to make the home feel more inviting...
1) more blankets -beds only had a sheet and a very thin quilt
2) hand towels and washcloths - only bath towels were
provided making the home feel more sterile than a hotel
3) bikes in better repair - only one bike (out of 7 or 8) was was
in working order
Overall, we found this home to be in a good location with plenty of space for everyone. The owners seem interested in providing a good experience, so I suspect they'll add a few blankets and towels to further enhance the stay for future guests. We'd stay here again.

7 women friends met up for a reunion. The kitchen spices were BEST stocked rental I’ve ever been in. We did a lot of cooking and wanted for nothing regarding dishes/cookware. Tod was a great communicator. Easy check in/checkout. Only suggestion is more blankets/throws available for cold older ladies. We had a few smokers and the screened porch was fabulous for that use and much appreciated. Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out. Living room furniture was blissfully comfortable! Beds were also very comfortable. Would book again in a heartbeat if we reunion in Wichita again.

This property was exceptional! The home was very clean, well organized and lots of room! Driving into the subdivision we saw the police station. It made me feel very safe to be so close. I and my family had a wonderful time staying here. It was definitely set up for family's. They have bikes, games and tv's in every room. That you for such a wonderful stay!!

This is our second time to stay at this house. It has served as a retreat space for us. The owner was easy to contact. The house had plenty of space for us. Highly recommend!

The house was large and comfortable. It was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and it was large enough to have additional family come by for dinner. The kids enjoyed playing in the large finished basement. We will most likely stay again next year.

Yeah, the TV worked this year. Didn't have a can opener in the kitchen. No Blankets were found in drawers or cupboards. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

There ended up being 5 couples in my family that met in Wichita for a cousins wedding. We had not all been together in 5+ years. We were able to enjoy our time after the wedding visiting in a wonderful home setting.
There was a problem with the AC the second night so it got really hot! It was NOT the homeowners fault and he tried everything to get someone out on a Saturday night to fix it to no avail.
We did love it and the location and would definitely use it again!

Perfect house for volleyball team
The house was great! Plenty of space to spread out. Nice quiet neighborhood. My girls loved the bikes!! The location to the Wichita Forum was perfect. We hope to be able to rent this house again for next year’s volleyball camp!!
