Big Cozy House In The Dunes (5bed/3.5bath plus loft) - Nested In Wooded Hillside
Prístina pero acogedora casa de 4 habitaciones con loft y 3 baños completos y uno 1/2 en tres niveles a solo dos cuadras de la playa. La casa está ubicada en un entorno arbolado en una ladera que se inclina hacia abajo para tener vistas de la casa del árbol del patio trasero arbolado y un nivel inferior de salida (una habitación inferior con puerta corrediza de vidrio a la terraza privada). Primer piso dormitorio privado con cama queen y baño completo en suite. Medio baño separado en el primer piso. Arriba, dormitorio principal con cama queen comparte baño completo con altillo. Sótano con dos dormitorios y baño completo y sala de juegos / bonificación (con servicio de lavandería). Gran salón con chimenea de gas y techo abovedado abierto a loft arriba con hermosas ventanas / luz. Madera clara en todo. ¡Cocina moderna abierta al comedor que se abre a través de puertas correderas a la cubierta posterior! Amplia terraza trasera con parrilla Weber de gas natural para asar a la parrilla. Perfecta cabaña de dunas del lago Michigan! En la parada 2, muy cerca de Washington Park, el zoológico, el chapoteo, el puerto deportivo, el restaurante Fish Camp y el faro / muelle. La playa está en excelente forma aquí (no se necesitan malecones, mucha arena). Disfruta de la serena vista del patio trasero con árboles y pájaros mientras tomas un café por la mañana y planificas tu día en la playa o fuera de casa. Tres de las habitaciones tienen camas queen, el loft tiene una cama doble que tiene un nido que aparece al mismo nivel, como un rey (casi), y una habitación litera de nivel inferior con dos juegos de literas (twin / twin y twin / full / twin trundle - para hasta seis niños - tal vez más en el piso ...). House es nuevo en el mercado, así que aproveche las bajas tasas ... Un montón de cosas para hacer cerca: tiendas de venta directa, cervecerías, restaurantes, golf, el lago Michigan con sus infinitas posibilidades. Podemos referirlo a los mejores capitanes del lago Michigan en aguas profundas para un día de pesca de salmón y trucha. Internet completo con WiFi y discos de Google para mantener la señal fuerte, así como TV por cable en varias habitaciones. We had great time to visiting on Memorial day weekend! Our group of 8 was comfortable, even with a day of rain .. and I'm pretty sure no one actually used the game room.
The house is in a neighborhood but is set back in mature trees that blocked the neighboring homes. It is a short walk from Lake Michigan and to the park.
Todd was a great host responding to questions quickly. The property was clean and actually feels larger than the description.
Definitely adding to our save list so we can visit again.

First time using Vrbo, and overall everything met my expectations. The listing was very accurate and the owner made sure had new appliances, enough plates, utensils, and important home comfort and TVs in all room. Very impressed with cleanliness and upkeep.
We had a bunch of 18 year graduates staying and they all really thought it was absolutely comfy and cozy for them!

Had a great stay here! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own space but still enjoyed spending time together in the living room. The dunes were a short walk away, even a playground for the little one! We’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

We had about a dozen family members staying for a four day weekend, and all of them complimented me on finding this awesome property. Will stay again!

The house is huge and can realistically sleep a dozen people. It was well supplied in terms of linen and kitchen amenities. Beach is a 6-7 minute walk and is lovely. We had a minor plumbing issue but the owner sent someone to fix it quickly. This was a girlfriends' weekend getaway and we had a great time.

Michigan city vacation
The house was large and comfortable for my family. There was plenty of beds and lots of space for us to eat together on the deck. The layout of the kitchen was awkward. One of the plugs 2 plugs in the kitchen went out, so we used appliances on a rotating basis. The kitchen was well equipped with all kinds of appliances and sharp knives. There was everything I needed to bake a cake with my grandchildren. It is a short walk to a lovely beach. We had a great time.

Nice Beach Area
The house was clean but the deck railing was a little jakey so I didn’t allow my grandson on the deck. Unfortunately, every queen bed had mattresses where you feel the springs when you lie down. That is the worse when your visit is a week long. I’m not sure the owner has ever slept there but definitely give it a give a try.

I really wanted to take a bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub but the stopper was removed. The fireplace is fake. The beds are squeaky and old. I just expected more. Very disappointed.

2021 Christmas
It was a great experience...of course it was winter and cold when we arrived in the house. We couldnt figure how to light the fireplace even after watching many how to videos needless to say the house took a while to warm up. We also couldnt figure out the gas grill, maybe we have a thing about gas and lighting pilots so we werent able to use the grill for our meal and the stove only had three working eyes. Other that those small things (which are big during Christmas and dinner) we have a wonderful time in the house. The house was clean and well kept and they provided everything down to the smallest of things. I brought trash bags they had em, extra light bulbs, which we needed for one of the bedroom lights and plenty of beds to choose from. The bedrooms each offered something special which made it hard for us to choose but we eventually chose our rooms and was satisfied. I love the house and will tell everyone.

Deer Hunting Trip 2021
Found the property to be exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of beds for the men on the trip and plenty of baths as well. Cleanliness was good and plenty of pots, pans and utensils!
The only real complaint I have is possibly the cable TV. It seemed to be very basic cable without ESPN etc. There seemed to be apps on a couple of TV's but were not very technologically savvy so we couldn't figure that out...
Just a Comcast with a sports package would have been great!
