This was a great place for me and my family to stay. I found it to be one of the nicer areas in Denver. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It fit our family of 5 nicely. The surrounding pools were a fun addition. We would definitely stay here again!!

The street is very busy. Trucks start driving at 4 am or earlier and this make it very difficult to sleep.

Great Experience
Truly enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and spacious. We had good family time in the living room area watching movies. In addition, the host left a folder with “things to do” in the area and we went to the wildlife reserve. Excellent location…close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Denver getaway
We enjoyed our stay, property was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable which is huge to me. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the spacious master shower. The location was close to restaurants shops and movie theater. I also frlt safe in this location. If you want to swim, there is a fee at the ounity pools but there are several to choose from.

Lovely Denver townhome
Our family loved our stay in Denver! The home was nearby museums, airport, shops, and highway. Julie was very accommodating for checking in/out- since had red eye flight. The kids did not want to leave- they absolutedly loved the stairs...we do not have stairs in our home...lol. Thank you again for making our stay a memorable one. We would love to return back to Denver in the near future! Maggie and family :)

Clean house, comfortable beds, extra amenities, easy check in and check out, walking distance to food options, and in a great neighborhood! You can hear traffic from the master bedroom but we didn’t mind one bit. The host was great and made sure to check in and make sure we got settled in fine. Would recommend and stay again!

Convenient location between hiking and downtown Denver. Convenient entrance and home layout for a trip. We were in proximity to our friends suburban home, breweries downtown and hiking in Denver. Julie responded to all questions we had and was helpful!

Spacious, quiet, excellent location!
This property was a truly great stay! The host was responsive and friendly while being very quick to answer any questions we had. The location is close enough to any amenities needed such as restaurants, grocery stores and conveniently a 5 minute walk to a car rental service. This was our first VRBO stay but it definitely set the precedent for what to expect from all our future stays at other rentals!

Very cute and spacious!
I stayed here with a group of four other friends this past weekend and we had a wonderful time! The space was adorable, very clean, and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Julie was also a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond! This place definitely felt like a home away from home for the weekend!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great as far as being close to main attractions in the area, but it is next to a busy road that was pretty loud at night. Otherwise, no complaints and the host was great.

DENVER HIDE-AWAY
This location was perfect. Tucked away on the outskirts of Denver, it became our private escape for 4 days. Convenient shops and restaurants across the street. Condo was pristine. All appliances were top grade. Neighborhood felt very safe. 100 percent pleased!

A quick Denver visit
Me and friend were in from New York visiting an old friend who lives in Denver. We hadn’t all seen each other since before the pandemic and wanted to reconnect. Julie’s listing had everything I was looking for in a weekend getaway to a city I’ve always wanted to visit. The place was immaculate and had so many modern touches in it, ve it from the appliances to the overall design of the house. She had beautiful works of art all over which added so much character. If I’m ever in Denver again, I will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

Thanksgiving with 1st great grandson.
Great room concept excellent for family group to be together while also cooking a big meal. Bright, sunny, open. Lots of kitchen counter space. Used the spices. Whole house big and bright, uplifts your spirit. Great television with lots of viewing choices. Excellent mattress in master bedroom. Owner has great setup for entry to property and locking each time you go in and out. Double car garage so you can load and unload car inside. Couldn't have been a better experience!

Great getaway spot
This property was great. The house was in a central, very accessible location near restaurants, stores, highways, etc. It was in very clean/modern condition and quickly felt like home. It was so enjoyable to cook meals in the well-appointed and beautiful kitchen.
Julie was very responsive and helpful with any minor issues encountered.
As was indicated in the ad, this might be a tough place for anyone who struggles with stairs (since there are 3 stories), but for most everyone else it would be a great place to relax and get away! I was sad to have to leave!
