My friend and I came for a Mother’s Day escape weekend, and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and lovely time. The suite was only fifteen minutes from the ferry, and located on a quiet road directly across from the beach. Everything was very clean and spacious with great attention to detail. Sue was wonderful to deal with and we will be back to hear the sound of the waves and watch the sun set from the patio area.

I really want to give a full 5 stars but the beds were pretty awful. All of us woke up with back issues which continued for the duration of our stay. But other than that “10”!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Location was fantastic with a great view of the ocean. Inside was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a group staying upstairs which were a bit noisy, but that was the only negative of the trip. Overall I would highly recommend for visitors to the Gibsons area. .

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Sue's immaculate 2 bedroom home on the Sunshine coast. The home was beautifully presented, incredibly clean and had literally everything you could possibly want. Sue was so welcoming and friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely weekend walking along the beach, enjoying the view and wandering around Gibsons. Sue was a great host. She met us personally upon checking in and gave us a very thorough tour of the vacation rental and property. The location was perfect for our family, right across the street from the beach and only 10 minute drive into town. Very close to other things to see and do as well. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Sunshine Coast.

It was an amazing experience. The owner was awesome, very friendly and professional. Very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and the view of the ocean doesn't get any better. Waking up to the sound of the waves felt like heaven. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful location on the beach with amazing view. Property was clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. Our dogs had a great time running on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. We had a great time! The place was as advertised and more! Place was clean,well organized and was suited for our needs and our 4 dogs. Sue was very hospitable offered us free reign of her herb and lavender garden. We love how close it was to the beach and downtown Gibsons. The prestine water from the spring reservoir was also an unbelievable plus! 100% we’ll be back for sure.

When we arrived we were met by Sue the owner who took the time to walk us through the property and showed us where everything was. Sue was an amazing host and gave us ideas of where to visit in the area. This property has absolutely everything and the grounds are nothing less than perfectly kept. So many beautiful shrubs and trees we sat out and watched the cruise liners pass by in the distance. Beach is dog friendly and us off leash. A definite for a second visit for my sister and I and our two dogs. Thank you Sue for an amazing experience. So many hikes and things to do can’t wait to get back to the Sunshine Coast.

We stayed at Sue’s place with my family and had the best experience imaginable. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The private 2 bedrooms suite is located just 2 minutes from the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. Also, we saw Orca's from the front yard. The WiFi is strong, so my husband could do his work without any issues.
I’d highly recommend staying with such a friendly and thoughtful host!

Great location in a quiet end of the beach but close enough to get into the cute town of Gibsons for restaurants and shops. Sue is a great host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. This space is a must stay! You can tell by staying here that so much thought and care has gone into making the space ideal for their guests. The kitchen is perfectly stalked and everything you need while staying in such a beautiful place is there at your finger tips. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. When I booked it I was looking for a place where I could bring one of my dogs. Unfortunately due to dog sitting issues for my other dog I had to bring my second one along. Sue was extremely accommodating, she is super friendly and fun to talk to, extremely excited for us to stay at the property and thoroughly wanted us to enjoy our experience there. Communication with her was via phone or text. Very quick to respond to any concerns, she also helped me out a lot with the ferries since we were expecting some storms.
The property is extremely clean and not far from town or the ferries, about a 10-15 minute drive. The location is amazing, right across from the house is the beach with local people walking with their dogs rain or shine. There are windows from end to end so you can see everything! We kept constantly looking out for whales but didn't see any this trip :(.
Everything was well stocked and Sue makes sure that you have everything you need. My pups and family will definitely stay here again and again. We only stayed two nights so will review more the next time around!

Sue's home is one of the nicest, best located and real value of any place in Gibsons. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this stay was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we could have imagined. It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and would occasionally take our meals down to the ocean, right outside our door.
We were only a couple minutes drive from town, which was handy. Communication was instant and Sue is very charming, accommodating and just a lovely person. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment and we will definitely make this a staycation mainstay.
