This property is fantastic for a family or group. The place is spacious and very comfortable. The owners include all sorts of extras, like beach equipment and bikes. There aren't many family board games, but there are cards and you can bring your own. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond by text/phone/email with any questions.

Poor cleaning at best

We really enjoyed the house and all the amenities provided, which include Smart TVs in every room, beach and pool toys and accessories, and plenty of room for our family group. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the wonderful pool and the pass for Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which is a lovely stretch of the Gulf only minutes away from the house. The property is well-located to enjoy all that Naples has to offer including beaches, fantastic restaurants, shopping and other sights. We definitely recommend for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Naples!

We loved this house. The house was very clean and had everything you would need to live like you were home. I ran to the beach everyday and the others walked. There is a large grill on the patio and the pool was awesome. We will definitely rent this house again. Rob the owner was very helpful with questions and always responded right away very friendly. We had airline issues and lost 3 days for our vacation but the place made up for it!

We have stayed in many vacation homes and this is definitely a favorite!! Rob and Karen are so easy to communicate with and present a home worthy of their great reviews. There are so many details I could mention but, one thar just stands out when you're with a group of 10 is that the hot water tank actually accommodates a large group. Everyone always had a hot shower and you didn't have to wait forever in between Seems silly to mention this in a review, but when everyone is trying to get ready to go somewhere it is important. The pool, the hot tub, the space...absolutely top notch. The family is already asking when we can come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great house, comfortable beds, warm clean pool. Nice location to Wiggins State Park with free park pass included for daily parking at the Beach. Property manager was great in response ( locked out once and he was there in 20 minutes ), main TV was dark and he replaced with new 65" in one day. Thanks !

The owners were great just like the property. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay at Naples Park. The house was exactly as described. It was clean and very well decorated. The pool was clean and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and if we are in the area again would stay here for sure.

The house was amazing and we felt like we were home. It’s well maintained and spacious, checked off all the boxes of what you might want or need. The area is the best, few blocks to the beach. We shared this home with another family.and never felt too cramped. Very spacious., kitchen was nice and roomy too. The house was only about 1 mile from the beach (short drive). The state park pass was really nice to allow free parking for the beach and very much appreciated. Lots of beach chairs to use for all 10 guests. The pool was nice to have at the house as well. The dryer broke down during our stay and they very quickly obtain and installed a brand new one. The owners were very responsive from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this one.

Clean comfortable and close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It had everything we needed and much more. It was as beautiful as it shows in pictures. The neighborhood was very nice. I would have loved to have been right on the beach but this house was just a couple of minutes away; so the drive was very easy. The beach passes were awesome for us to come and go as we pleased. I can’t say enough good about this beautiful home. We enjoyed every minute there.

We had a lovely time coming here to “Asolare” for our family vacation. After not taking a trip for a year and a half, as Floridians, it was so nice to be able to pop over to Naples without having to fly anywhere, to a beautiful, large, comfortable home & have a wonderful week of family fun together. The 7 of us enjoyed the pool, hot tub, played board games together & just really relaxed. We also enjoyed many nearby restaurants too. The hosts Rob and Karen were so lovely & accommodating as well.

The house was perfect and well stocked. Entry was easy and the property manager kept us informed before check in and answered all questions promptly. The location was perfect with only a short walk (about 15mins) to the beach. They even supplied a park pass! We were also able to golf at several of the local golf courses and had a blast on a day fishing charter only a short drive away. It truly was a perfect vacation.

Great family vacation home! The home is well maintained and nicely furnished. It is bigger than it looks. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, coolers, beach toys and 4 bikes. It is a one mile walk to beautiful beaches. Rob & Karen were very quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have been more happy with our spring break stay in Naples Park! House was beautiful and meticulously maintained. We appreciated the extra space in this property so much! Pool was wonderful, as was the kitchen and grill area. Close proximity to the beach was great and we never had an issue with parking thanks to the included parking pass. Owners were wonderful to work with and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

We had a great stay. Great location - close to the beach and the pass into the state park was a plus! Communication with the property manager was easy and always responsive. The house was spacious and comfortable. Loved having the heated pool and grill right there for the cooler days.

We booked our trip two days prior to leaving. I was concerned there wouldn’t be any homes available let alone ones as nice and perfectly situated as Karen’s. My guess is there was a cancellation and we got lucky. The pictures don’t lie. If anything, the pictures don’t capture how nice and roomy it is. The ceilings are tall and there is a lot of light in every room. What I really appreciated was how Karen has made her rental feel like a home. t took us no time at all to settle in. It’s a ten minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, close to the grocery store as well as many other shops and 15/20 minutes to town. The home was very clean, well appointed, the pool was clean, bikes to use and even a few kettlebells/weights that I was able to workout with. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Perfect vacation for our all adult family. Minutes from beach, beautiful home, and amazingly quiet for location. Everything you would need to make this your home away from home. Thank you!!! for making our trip perfect.

The house was roomy enough for 8 people. the house has some updates and great big showers. the location was fantastic and the beach is just a short drive away (can also be walked). We had a blast, even during COVID. It does come with all necessities. the pool and spa were a great addition. The only drawbacks were that the twin beds were not properly put together and there weren't enough beach towels.

We stayed at this home during Thanksgiving week after canceling our hotel due to concerns over COVID. We couldn't believe our luck, as the house had a great layout and such a fun location, only a short bike ride away from the beach. The house's layout was convenient, with the master bedroom downstairs and the 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, giving our kids (and us!) some privacy. The hot tub was great for late nights. Every day we went running and biking along Vanderbilt Beach, which was about a 5 minute bike ride away. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen. This was our first time in North Naples and it is full of action, although not quite as lush or secluded as more southern parts of Naples. The house could use some updating as far as paint, floors, and furniture, but for a beach house at that price in that location, it is awesome. Rob was incredibly kind and responsive to all of our requests.

Hands down this was the best house we've ever rented. The owner was on top of everything from day one. Even texted us we could check in early and the night before check out texted us we could get a late check out if we would like. This house had everything we needed and even more. It was absolutely beautiful!!

This property had everything we could have asked for. The house is exactly how the pictures appeared. There was so much room and having 2 master suites was great. The home is in an excellent location, close to the beach, entertainment and shopping. They also had a season pass for Delano Wiggins State Park, the park is beautiful and has excellent access to the beach. We also attended a spring training baseball game and it was only 30 minutes to the ballpark. The owners were excellent to work with and responded to any questions/e-mails promptly. They made everything extremely easy for checking in and checking out. Thank you for great vacation in Naples!
