The location is wonderful, very private with beautiful views of the sea. Quiet and peaceful. It was helpful to have a kitchen, especially since there aren't many restaurants nearby. The hot tub made the experience very special!

The unit seems to be only lightly insulated, so it was cold when we were there (December) - so we had to ask for a space heater which was provided quickly and helped a lot. In general would be better to have the bedroom downstairs where it's cool rather than the sitting room.

The view from the houses is amazing. Fantastic jacuzzi and hot water pool.

The houses are very basic inside but very cute.

We loved this place, with a very nice view and a nice house. You can even see the whales from the houses with a binocular. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi.

we loved waking up with such a beautiful view onto the ocean. The apartment was very good and we liked the attention to details, like having our own bathrobe on top of the towels. The kitchen was complete with all necessary utensils, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.

Great stay there, we enjoyed so much we stayed one night more. The second room we had was truly perfect (next to jaccuzi and more upper.

(Rather people instead of the guesthouse) The childriens of the first night of the upper floor which just ran the entire evening in the flat and as its not truly soundproof.. a bit boring. So beter expect having a villa without other floor.

Swimming pool and Spa with sea view. A really nice place

It is well located and has a really nice view. The house is equipped with everything you need if you wish to stay in and cook The variety of pools and that two of them were heated. We informed that we were travelling with our 2 year old and they even supplied a baby eating chair

The parking lot not beeing level is a night mare to get out safely The amount of insects in the house and all the traps for them Although there was pleanty of hot water the shower fixtures were falling off and the drain couldn't drain the shower when it was fully opened.

- Jacuzzi and pool area would be nice

- The accommodation is poorly organized, you have no storage facilities at all - the accommodation is very small and wrongly divided, which makes it uncomfortable for a longer stay. The wooden table outside was always wet due to night rain and inside there was no possibility to eat at a table. - The bathroom is a disaster, the glass door that can be seen through cannot be closed, the toilet is so narrow that you can hardly sit on it, the toilet seat constantly hangs out, no window, no light without a fume hood - due to the moisture in the Apparemnt constantly worms in the apartment - everything in the appartment was so wet that even the clothes in the stowed suitcase were wet. There was a strong smell of damp - hostess does not respond to messages and no reception on site - very noisy neighborhood, which have claimed the pool and Jacuzzi for themselves alone - Kitchen is moderately equipped e.g. no cutting board

amazing view - super confortable bed

This hotel is a little gem. Located 15 min by car (needed) from Madalena and Lajes, it is a little paradise. Great view over the sea, in the middle of the vineyards. Very quiet area. Kids very welcome. Apartments are big enough, extremely clean and have every thing you need (AC, kitchen, etc). Swimming pool and jacuzzi Washing machine can be use for free. In the area (5min ride) there is a small natural swimming pool on the coast with small snack.

The view is amazing! Really enjoyed the pool and was really nice that they have a washing machine.

We never saw the host. The place was nothing like the pictures and it was very humid.

We liked the entire property. We had a great view from the Maracujá house. Lots of amenities inside the house and a washing machine on site. On site parking.

- Highlights are three pools/jacuzzi with a great view to the ocean - Very nice and clean apartment with basic stuff (oil/vinegar, salt/pepper...), also with a washing machine and a BBQ - The host was very helpful and we responded fast to our questions. Thank you for everything!

- Nothing too big but the road to the venue is very steep - The bathroom as well as the entrance area/kitchen are pretty small. No big thing for a few days.

The jacuzzi’s, the well equipped kitchen (salt, cloths etc.), the bed and blanket. and ofcourse the view!

The kitchen chairs were stools(so without a back) which made sitting a bit uncomfortable. Also the shower was leaking en water is going at the bathroom floor. The bathroom didnt dry easily due to high humidity and the ventilator didnt help.

Driveway is STEEP and single lane. it is very hard to maneuver when the is more than one car driving.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our acores trip. The accommodation is very clean and provides many facilities, such as a swimming pool and whirlpool which you can use for free. From there, you can even see the mount Pico in the back!
